I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all the staff members at the hotel. I would particularly like to commend MARCE and IMAN for their exceptional service at the reception desk. ALLAN deserves special recognition for his distinguished, helpful, and outstanding support throughout my stay. Additionally, ASHWANI's youthful energy and dedication to providing excellent service were truly remarkable.

I have been staying at the hotel since the 11th of August, and every week I renew my reservation through the Booking.com website. However, it is strange that despite my repeated requests for a room upgrade, my request has not been fulfilled. As a long-term guest, I believe my request should have been considered with more attention.

Breakfast. Worst breakfast and is not suitable with four stars hotel. Only reason will stop me book again at this hotel is breakfast. Very poor !!

Good location, walking distance from Al Rigga metro station, comfortable room, clean, quiet, very friendly staff (special thanks to Ashwani, taking care of us on the 8th floor, the "breakfast team" in the Feta restaurant, and the nice lady in the coffee bar in the lobby, all great service!) WIFI is perfect, next stay in Dubai will be Edge Creekside Hotel again

What truly makes this hotel stand out are the exceptional staff. Their professionalism, constant smiles, and unwavering cooperation have been a highlight throughout my stay. Today marks the 35th day of my stay at this hotel, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks, respect, and appreciation to the reception staff: Christine, Marce, and Tirath. A special mention goes to the wonderfully kind and cooperative Algerian ladies Kanza and Iman. I must also express my heartfelt gratitude to Allan for everything he has done for me and for all the guests. Additionally, my thanks go to the service staff on the 8th floor, Ashwani and Zar Ni, who have been absolutely amazing. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to book their stay at this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Edge Creekside Hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The food was absolutely delicious with a variety of options that truly exceeded my expectations. A special mention goes to Ashwani from housekeeping, who did an excellent job cleaning our room daily. He was very polite, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect during our stay. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out. The overall experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and quality.

While my stay at Edge Creekside Hotel was overall excellent, one thing I didn’t like was that shisha was not available during my visit. I understand this is a temporary situation, but it would have been nice to enjoy it at the hotel. Hopefully, it will be available again soon.

This is my first stay jn the hotel and it was a fantastic experience, I appreciated everything , room was nice and very clean all the time ,, the location is also interesting the hotel is closed to the main points of deira, bur the most interesting above all this was decidedly "IMANE" (at the reception), she was so nice , her kind assistance during all my stay made me feel more confident and satisfied about the choice i had made for this hotel .... she was simply AMAZING! We absolutely loved our stay at the Edge Creekside Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. The location is stunning, nestled alongside the creek with beautiful views that create a serene atmosphere. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing all the comforts we could ask for. The amenities were top-notch, especially the inviting pool area and the cozy lounge where we enjoyed relaxing evenings. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful menu with delicious meals, and we appreciated the attention to detail in every dish. The best thing I liked about the hotel is they accomodated us before the actual check in time. It shows the flexibility of the hotel policy to keep CUSTOMER FIRST in mind. When we arrived the normal check in time was 2 pm. we arrived around 7.30 am and the staff was kind enough to allow us use the toilet and other facilities and by 9 am we got the room. Special thanks to Front office Manager Mr Tirath who was kind enough to provide room at the earliest. Now location. Well close to two metro stations Al Rigga And Deira City Centre . About 15 minutes walk. Plenty of Food Options around the hotel. Cleanliness was above expectation. Room had all the toileteries provided. All in All a great hotel to stay. You also have a day store close to the hotel say 300 mtrs approx.

There was nothing that I can say I did not like. The hotel was of the best in class standards

The staff were very friendly, very helpful and very kind. Mostly one of the housekeeper name Ashwani he’s one of the best cleaner every time he cleans our room and also stuck up product in the room and also extra water. Nazrul at the reception was very kind and also help us with anything we needed to deal with transportation and other things that we needed.

The property was very clean. Our room was always clean every time we wake up in the morning and head out by the time we get back, our room was clean and spotless. My flight got canceled. I had to stay an extra day. I called them. They made it easy and simple and they kept the same room. Also, there was one of the lady that worked night shift. I forgot to grab her name, but she was very helpful every time when I try to head out to the airport, she always tell me she will keep the room for me to make sure I do get on the plane before she close it out i’m thinking her name will be Marcy.

Reception guy Danish was very rude , i came early because my flight asking about any available room, he told me there’s no available room now, i stayed in the reception, after that there’s 3 rooms made check out, when i went to him after any check out asking him to give me a room he was telling me always it was a suite , after chrestine came , she give me a room immediately without any check out of any new room , she is really was very helpful against this guy was very rude , even he spoke badly
