the place perfect for chilling because is quiet the staff and also are so friendly definitely come back again .

If you are a traveler bring some cash or if you have a credit card that's good because when you arrived at the hotel they need a security deposit . it's a bit annoying cuz they don't tell us before we book online or any details about it.

More than the price value we got on booking.com, we didn’t expect the exceptional level of customer service from the whole team. A big shout out to the reception team Ankoush & Vanessa plus Filipina staff too, the welcoming itself and knowing it’s my Bday, they made a little extra perks with balloons in our room plus a complimentary cake arrived in our room. The Manager Mr. Gobi was very accommodating and helpful. The genuine smile and willingness to help is something very rare at this time and we are truly grateful we landed in this hotel when I initially thought I booked a different one on the other side. Kudos to Kuya Samuel (concierge) who was so friendly and eager to offer help from the time we arrived and the check out time. We’ll definitely comeback for our next family escapade. Only the part that the pool was under maintenance but we managed to have our little one enjoy a dip in a bubble bath.

The location is great. Al Rigga metro is a five minute walk. Costs 3AEDs from the airport. Its central to the red and green line. A NOL card is essential unless you are driving which I didnt. I didnt eat any food at the hotel. The nearby areas are cheap for food and plenty choice in 20 minutes walk including a Saravan Bhavan. The Gold souk is also close. The room has very comfy beds. The size is quite large. We were bothered by the disco sound only on one day. Try and ask for rooms on the 3rd or 4th floor. The minibar is a good and bathrooms are also good. The cleaners were very good and did what we asked them to. You get two 500 ml drinking water bottles daily but close by are good supermarkets and you can buy water too. We had a good holiday. Shahrukh and Wazir are very good blokes.

The pool is so small that I just about fit in it. So didnt try any other facility. Didnt eaat any food at the hotel either.

I and my wife love the place. The manager down to the cleaners were exceptional. The cleaners and securities both day and night were willing to serve us even if a request was not their duty. Vinay and Vishal in the house keeping department needs to be promoted for their excellent services. The securities were very good and friendly especially the oldest one. I can write a whole book about this place.

The only thing I didn't like was the fridge in my room 4018,it didn't get as cold as I expected.

The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was good. The air conditioner was so great. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. It was my partner’s birthday and the restaurant staff even saying happy birthday to him and brought him cake. I’ll never forget that. Aman and the travel company that you had near the front desk were very helpful and affordable. I’m very glad the hotel has them there. friendly, and helpful.

 I didn’t like not being able to bring a cup of coffee up from breakfast into my bedroom without restaurant staff coming to my room later and knocking on the door asking for the coffee cup. Also, I was stopped at the elevator and told I can’t bring up a bowl of fruit from the restaurant buffet. I just thought that was strange. I would also recommend they spend a little time and money on wallpaper repair and those sorts of maintenance.

Everything was good except the attitude of the Front office mgr during my checkout.

The attitude of the Front office mgr (Nikunji Bali) treated me as a road side café. He has spoiled the wonderful performance of others. His attitude towards the guest is unprofessional. He did shout from the distance and ask the guest unfair preconditions. This is the 2nd time that I observed.

I love Everything except the pool was freezing on 1 and half weeks I stayed there. And its winter season.

The Club at the groundfloor will make you sleep at 4am, because the sound waves will vibrate your bed causing you to sleep less and a bit irritated. The building doesn't have noise proof, because you will hear all the car honks, the neighbors doing karaoke and even the meows of the street cats., tho my room is at 6th floor.

i often stay in grand central only whenever i travel Dubai. i dont take breakfast at the property. i always chose to have BF out.

Hotel should provide parking system free of cost, charging additional 20 DHS for parking doesn't make sense. i understand that hotel rented out parking space to third party, yet reservation customer shouldn't charge. charge those who visit clubs and pubs. not your in house guest.
