The staff was so kind. The car parks were too enough. I really liked.

The recption femail employe asked me to pay an additional money alleging the tax. She shoked when i replied that i had paid full cost online. After that she said ok ok. It's not good to employ suck as these people as it is 5 star hotel. Also when i asked the reception repeatedly to get something, they keep me waiting for 15 muints. One time i back to the hotel at 12am found the room is not clean. The boffiet was not many items. I disliked the lighting in the room.

The price was very good, the room was spacious and well equipped but the floor was not very clean even after the daily clean. The gym was good as was the outside pool. Staff very good at getting taxi's. Very close to the metro but no restaurants around the hotel. Very comfortable bed.

Cleaning could be better in the room. Rooftop pool not open. Breakfast pots should have been cleared more efficiently, enough staff but used pots not cleared quickly. Limited cuisine for breakfast for European tastes. No bar.

Location

The information regarding where to board shuttle at airport was not given properly. Moreover the shuttle just stops for a minute and it's really not possible for a first timer to locate shuttle at the airport.

Friendly restaurant staff, comfortable room.

Couldn't locate the airport transfer on the place it should be. It wasn't there on advised time. We had to come back to airport terminal and take a taxi to hotel, which was really disappointing.

We booked 3 rooms for 6 people. The check in was quick. We had early flights. So, this is a good hotel to stay with free shuttle to airport. We were there late. So, we didn't use any of their facilities like pool and gyms. Also, the room is larger than the pictures. The beds are comfortable. The cost of the stay included breakfast. However, our flight was early. We had to leave with 6am shuttle. Receptionist offered "breakfast to go" for us. So, we all got a box before we headed out to airport.

The area seems quiet after 7pm. We couldn't find any restaurant nearby. We finally found an Indiana place called New Defood Restaurant. It's about 3 blocks away. The foods there was cheap. They have varieties of international foods and tasted really good.

Bed was super comfy and room was a great size, good location.

Towels were really old and falling apart. Expected nicer towels for such a nice hotel

Staff was always very friendly and attentive. The room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.

Bathroom/WC setup wasn't the best. AC didn't seem to work properly and would reset randomly. Lighting control setup wasn't convenient.

This was our second trip after a fabulous previous visit last year. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a good size. A shuttle is provided for the airport. The price paid was excellent for Dubai at the present time.

The configuration of the room was possibly the strangest that I have seen. The sink was in the main part of the room, the shower and bathroom was tiny and not well designed. The overall design of the room was poor.

Loved the hotel overall. Very clean, nice rooms (apartment also has good facilities like microwave, washing machine, pots, pans, etc). The staff if EXCELLENT. Very courteous and helpful. Probably the best part. The breakfast was awesome, with loads of options

2 small issues. 1 bathroom in apartment, there are 3 doors to it and they all get in the way of each other. Secondly, there was no coffee machine in room despite being told there is. They also don't give toiletries unless you specifically ask them too! (like brush, combs, etc).

The property was big, clean, and beautiful. The reception area was spacious with elegant flowers and excellent staff. The receptionist Darshan had a pleasant attitude and was down to earth. He really enjoys interacting with people and you can tell he likes his job. The breakfast was very good, it’s an international buffet and was worth the money, I’d say it’s good for 3-4 days max as it’s the same items but many to choose from. The room I had was a 2 bedroom suite and so it was big and spacious with big windows to see outside. Outside the hotel there is a mini market which is open late so any items you need you can quickly get them for good prices.
