Location for the hotel is perfect, customer service overral is great, and facilities are very useful. Other than that I had a bit of an issue with my check in when I arrived early and my room was not ready and I had to wait 3 hours for my room to be finished so I go in, I was a little annoyed with that.But the receptionist at the front desk was very attentive and made sure everything was to my standard.

I didn't like that the internet wi fi connection was really bad, many times I tried to conduct facetime calls and the reception was really bad, I became very frustrated and impatient with the whole thing.

Communication. First 3 days no hot water in shower after complaining. 4th time fixed. Asked to clean the room in the am. Said yes and not cleaned. Never filled up the shower gel. 4 days empty.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean. Facilities in the room were excellent.

The staff needs to be well informed of the surroundings and direct guests properly. I had a summit to atttend at Le Meridian which is across the road. Your staff directed me a longer walking route to the main entrance. The staff of Le Meridian guided me to a short cut. Another incidence was when asked him about getting few things but I was directed to places that are more expensive. I suggest the staff should be proactive and hands on to search things for guests’ comfort.on the net etc including assist to order online from the guest’s mobile obviously.

The location is great: just 5-7 min walk to the airport and metro station. The hotel is modern, clean and stylish.

The check-in process is very-very slow. It took 15-20 min for the person at the reception desk to enter all the information in the system and to check me in. It looked like they are writing my whole biography there. Then they asked to wait until they check if my room is ready, and I had to wait 15 min more. They did not come back to me with an answer, so I had to ask them again if they know already if my room is ready and, if not, whether I may just leave the luggage. Overall, the check-in process took 35-40 min, which is way too long.

Overall my stay was superb. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was good but the service, much better. Gym was clean and well equipped. The bar was very nice. Only observations were the pool tables lacked functioning equipment (cue tips missing). And no tea spoons anywhere. Excellent Wi-Fi, Housekepoing always happy to help. Super rates for this hotel. Missing cue tips for the pool table equipment. No teaspoons! I’d rather have a teaspoon than seeing a wooden stick that is not sustainable. Pool bar not open but that’s an observation not a criticism.

As stated on my other review these people no jaw to make you feel welcome the staff here are superb. Friendly and welcoming, nothing was an issues from day one. The restaurant staff turkey care by the second day they know what you want to drink and are always on hand to help. The cleaning staff fantastic and friendly. The bar staff both the pool bar and main bar fantastic. The reception the same nothing is a problem. The food was fantastic we had half board and would recommend to anyone going there to do the same the food was so good that when it was repeated the second week we were all happy. The pool area and the gym perfect the gym is better than you could wish for. The whole hotel was great and I will return again.

Location - I arrived to Terminal 3 at 02:00am. There is no shuttle to this hotel. I had to walk 20 minutes. This comment is irrelevant if you come from Terminal 1. The room could be just a bit cleaner. It wasn’t dirty. Not at all, but could be better.

This hotel is in a great location, especially for a stopover, as it is very close to the airport. It is also not far by taxi from Dubai central. The rooms are really spacious and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel serves great meals at a reasonable price. Beds are very comfortable.

The shower in our room was over the bathtub and while it was a very nice, spacious and modern bathroom the bathtub is so high that it was difficult (and dangerous for an older person) to get in and out of the bathtub for a shower. If you are young (or tall) it would be ok as you could probably just step straight into and out of the bathtub but if you are older and short (like me) it is definitely a challenge. I mentioned it to the concierge on checkout and he said there are rooms available that have shower only and I would definitely recommend that for someone older.

Great facilities, pool, gym, restaurant, bar, games, books and even a gift shop. The rooms are very large and comfortable beds. Everything you need and the staff are lovely. Dining is available or room service and the food is good.

The free shuttle bus times are limited from the morning until around 2pm. To get to and from the airport is either a walk to the train and then ride to your terminal or a taxi which can cost between 25-100AED! so even though the location appears close to the airport, the commute is long.
