The breakfast was perfect as the cook assisted to meet my expectations. Healthy morning porridge was made specifically for my needs. I would like to recommend some berries to be available as these are health foods that are found at every buffet

The pool in the club area is a wonderful recreational location! However there are some recommendations of improvements, especially the broken Glas with dirty insight and there are rusty nails which are absolutely not safe in a Pool. The toilet in the Pool Club pool is poorly maintained as it does not flush properly and I had several irritating red spots on my hands which is an indicator of poor hygiene in the pool

The Hotel is very nice and very well located, but the exceptional experience was the staff. We got stuck for one night in Dubai due to a Lufthansa cancellation desaster. Our booking was therefore a necessity rather than an travel choice. The Hotel turned a very stressful experience for our family with two little kids, into a very nice experience. The airport pickup was excellent, the food great, the people friendly, and the staff went out of their way to even decorate our room, for the birthday of our son, who turned for during our 1 day stay. The room was super nice, spacious and convenient, the facilities from the multiple pools to gym, etc. were absolutely great. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Truth be told, I rarely leave reviews of hotels, though this time is an exception. I've spent roughly 20 days at Le Meridien and - honestly - it's been one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The service and all the stuff has been great, always available but never invadent. The room, the in-room service and the cleaning team have been great. I'm quite picky with cleanliness and finally I've found a hotel in which I really have nothing to worry about. Apart from that, the hotel itself is really great and well designed/thought. I've booke a Royal Club room, and if you have the chance, do the same. The afternoon tea and the happy-hour are really worth doing. We've been so addicted to it that sometimes we would plan our day to be there at least for one of the two.

Everything was really great. I've spent the last 10 minutes trying to think what they could improve or I didn't enjoy too much, but I can't really find anything.

Superb, personal service throughout the hotel. Great distance from airport and metro and a large well equipped room.

You have to request a kettle for the room, unless you're prepared to do battle with the coffee machine for hot water. Since our last visit to the Club a strict dress code has been imposed for the Afternoon Tea outside on the patio by the pool, so I was not acceptable in a neck to mid calf length sarong. It was disappointing to see that the Royal Club wasn’t looking as classy as before with the water features in the Reception area switched off and little maintenance issues here and there.

Booking.com website says that they offer free shuttle to Dubai mall and Le Mar beach. While this is technically correct, there is only one shuttle per day which leaves in the morning.

A comfortable, relaxing place with easy access to the airport

The room service meal took a long time to be delivered. The fish and chip dish was awful as was the Greek salad. The fried chicken was just OK. Totally out of character with an upmarket hotel. A second armchair would have been appreciated.

Great service, everyone was very helpful and all our needs were taken care of with professional assistance. Comfortable room with entry to a beautiful garden with pool. A lot of birds chirping in the morning, made our stay even more relaxing. Tasty breakfast with many options and very attentive staff. Restaurants in the hotel are were also great. Convenient location, next to the airport and metro station. And thanks to the gardens you don't feel like you're in the city at all.

The door to the corridor should be more noise-proofed. We had very loud neighbours. Maybe the garden pool operating hours could be longer? We'd love to take a dip in the pool while looking at stars in the night sky.

Great hotel and the staff completes our amazing stay. We stayed 10 nights with a family group of eight with two children. We recommend Le Meridian club and Le Royal Club rooms as it includes in the same price the afternoon tea with small cakes and sandwiches from 3pm to 5pm and the Happy Hour from 6pm to 8pm wines and tapas also taking you to the airport on our departure. A big variety of breakfast and food was lovely and the staff was attentive, kind and with always a smile on their faces. We are very grateful to all the staff that really made our stay Perfect ❤️

We loved everything, we cannot fault it in any way.

The staff was super helpful and courteous everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, waters always restocked everyday which was great. The pools were nice and the drinks were good too. Sameera, one of the lifeguards was great and gave us towels whenever we went there. At the breakfast venue, the employee making the eggs was great and memorized what we liked after the second day. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

It was a bit far from Downtown Dubai which could also be a good thing for those wanting to be away from the crowds.

This is my best hotel when it comes to a business trip or even with the family. Apart from nice, clean, 5 stars services, Also I got upgraded to Royal rooms with ZERO additional cost. Very delighted and happy 😃. They know how to please REGULAR customers like ME. Thanks to the management who are sitting behind the wall, their leadership is seen at the front desk, FACILITIES, services, and the smile in each of the great team taking care of GUESTS.
