Room set up for superior Buffet breakfast was relatively good though it can be more improved as the choices are mostly Indian food The staff named Leila was helpful. She was accommodating. The other 2 girls - I forgot the name (I think she is from Malaysia and the other one is from Bhutan) were also warm.

With unexpected flies on buffet area At first they were not warm to new guests though they managed to be smiling and warm towards the middle up to the end of our stay

Hyatt Place is an amazing hotel. The facility does provide value for money. The breakfast is really good with multiple choices like fruits, cereals, eggs, cheese and variety of other options. Hotel offers a good Wifi which is fast. Roof top pool is although little small but good for a dip. Room size is quite big with a sofa bed as an additional feature. Staff is very courteous at front desk as well as at restaurant and house keeping. The location is also very central and convenient. Union station is about 5 min walk and Al Ghurair Mall is at 2-3 min walk. Overall an amazing place to stay.

few days into our stay, we hadn’t slept all night because our son was having disturbances with his sleep .. so we decided to have breakfast in room my husband stayed in with our son and I went to get the food. the staff making the omelette did not serve me after even acknowledging me and served the women behind me and greeted her well. after this when I was served he made my omelette 3 times wrong I asked him where the bread was and he replied very rude most of the time he ignored me and looked at me in a very weird and annoyed way . I spoke to the lady in charge and told my husband and decided to check out that day .

The hotel is located near the subway entrances, a local supermarket and a shopping center that includes a hypermermaket so that you can find what you need at any time of the day. The area is safe and pleasant. At level -2 there is free parking for those staying. The hotel staff will do everything in their power to help and guide you. It is a place where you will return with pleasure.

The sound insulation of the windows can be improved. The hotel pool is under renovation (this information should be visible at the time of booking) and although a free transfer to the pool of another hotel is provided, the comfort is not the same.

The Hotel is in a very prime location. The reception in the front desk specially Mr Mohamed was such a charming guy, professional and extremely helpful.

The lobby at the entrance of the Hotel is always crowded with guests and visitors sitting for long hours without any purpose just chatting and staring on guests.. This causes much inconvenience for the guests and families entering the Hotel or going out with so many eyes tracking them. This place is supposed to be for the guests checking-in or checking out waiting for the reception.

We liked the staff at the hotel, they were helpful and friendly. We like to mention some of the staff at the hotel, a special mention to Jamal the manager for upgraded one of the bedrooms to an apartment suite as both our twin bedrooms were not available upon arrival. Muskan who was the room cleaner supervisor and her team of cleaners ensured that our rooms met our expectations, the maintenance guys, Agiriyis, Ajay & Abdul Aziz, who sorted out the issues in the room. Also a special mention to Arjun the security officer who went out of his way to get us a taxi. Also, the staff at the restaurant during breakfast shift were very helpful and the chefs making the breakfast food items were very kind. The reception staff were welcoming to us during our entire stay. Thank you.

I think some more general information about the facilities available at the hotel would have been useful rather than having to look on the TV screen.

The staff was very well behaved, polite and helpful. I had a very good time at the hotel. Generally the staff was very well behaved and cooperative. Here I would like to mention a few staff members who were very cooperative and helpful in making my stay at the hotel a memorable one. The staff at the reception that included, Salaman, Emanuale, Vaishali, and especially Leyla were very helpful and cooperative at all times. In the Engineering department Ajay and Abdul Wahab, immediately took care of the complaints and very well. In the restaurant Waqar Khan was very well behaved, polite and cooperative. The housekeeping department, staff members including Hem and Naresh were extremely well behaved, hardworking and cleaned the room and the bathroom and made up the bed very well. The overall experience of staying at Hyatt Palace was very enjoyable and satisfying. I would highly recommend the hotel to people in my circle of influence and would definitely stay in this hotel whenever I return to Dubai. All the Best to the whole team!

On August 5, 2023, the arriving or leaving guests at the hotel made a lot of loud noise by talking or shouting at each other along with children and the ruined the good experience of my stay at the hotel.

-The hotel is just across the Al Ghurair Mall. It’s also near Union Metro Station and Union Bus Station. There is also a nearby supermarket, Al Madina. -We were able to check in in our room even when we arrived early before 12nn. -The room is clean, spacious, and cozy. We were given a non smoking room which we really liked. Sofa bed is huge but only one small side table is available. -TV reception is good. We enjoyed watching movies. -The staffs are accommodating and friendly. -On the last day of our stay during breakfast, they gave a slice of cake and “Happy Journey” was written on it. We really appreciate the kind gesture. -Amenities are complete. There is also an iron and ironing board available.

-limited options for the breakfast buffet. -you can hear the noise from the hallway.

Mr. Jamil was very helpful and welcomed us, we would like to thank him personally for being such a nice person, the hotel didn't give any troubles with a late check-in (we arrived after midnight), the room was perfect, it was cleaned every day, we got a water supply every day that was much needed, the hotel is very close to the metro station from which we could go anywhere around the city.

The breakfast was nice, it had a lot of choices, though we didn't particularly like it, the elevators were a bit of a problem, because it sometimes took very long to go down because of many people coming and going on almost every floor, but we know the hotel can't do much about it

I loved food, I was there from Czech republic. Being an Indian, I loved that food was served indian. We even loved sheesha, swimming pool facilities. Also, the staff who cleaned our room, Farid and Naresh and supervisor Guna made us feel home. They were very sweet and friendly. I felt home after long time. The service is awesome at hotel. They provide you with everything which is required at a call or even personally.

I felt the services like dessert safari which we took was little expensive and we couldn't enjoy that much, we missed the fireshow as we had to return back. It might be due to Ramadan but it can be little cheaper as we found outside.
