Property was great. Great customer service and excellent staff. We had breakfast included, the staff went above and beyond to serve every customer. Abhiram and Rahul always greeted us with smile and they made sure that if we need anything, it is getting served at table. At security, we were greeted by Ashim and he provided excellent customer service. He was always there to help if we wanted taxi or if we wanted directions to find local shops. At travel desk, we met Munawar from Rayana Tours. Munawar provided us with daily travel plan and helped us to find best deals. He was very polite and respectful. The kitchen staff and cleaning staff were exceptional and so was the concierge team. Christine at the reception was super helpful. The face of this hotel is represented by the people you encounter before you have even checked in - the security team and the concierge. They are just exceptional and always happy to help The food is but amazing.

I was first checked in Room 806 and it was smelly. Initially thought it was the sheets but it turned out to be water dipping into the room. When l raised the issue after some days, I was moved to a room overlooking Sharja and the airport. Breathtaking!

The room was clear hotel is near to masjid and restaurants.

Im a regular guest to the hotel. Unfortunatly this time my stay was disturbed due to finding of cocroches in the beding😒 it was really so disgusting. But thanks to the staff who managed to change my room but again i wasnt feeling comfy after the 1st incident. Please try to deep clean the room as ur hotel is very nice you do not want to loose customers due to small issues of not cleaning well the rooms or apartments

The staff helped us to have an early check-in since we were travelling with kids. The size of the apartment and all it's amenities (kitchen, bar, ironing, facilities, etc...). We enjoyed the location which is quite different from Baniyas. It is 10 mins walking distance to Baniyas Square if you don't want to take the metro. It's also close to two malls, Union Metro station, restaurants, local shops and two mosques. Breakfast is quite nice. We extended our stay for two additional nights.

They provide only two towels although they know you are more than two persons in the apartment. You just need to call every day and they provide more.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District Residences and had an overall pleasant experience. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The layout of the room was functional, featuring two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area, and a separate bedroom. Housekeeping was prompt and maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. Location: The location is fairly convenient, being close to Union Metro Station, though it requires a 500-700 meter walk to reach it. The surrounding area has a few lower-grade Indian and Pakistani restaurants, which may not appeal to everyone, but there are plenty of dining options available within a short distance. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes catering to different tastes. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot items like eggs, sausages, and local specialties, there’s something for everyone. The staff was attentive, ensuring tables were cleared quickly and food items were replenished promptly. Overall, it’s a good option for a comfortable stay in Dubai with spacious rooms and good service.

Rooftop Bar: The rooftop bar was a bit of a letdown. It offers only a limited selection of beer and whiskey, with no food options available. The bar itself seemed poorly maintained, and as it is open-air, the temperature was not ideal for a relaxing atmosphere. The interior arrangement also lacked comfort and appeal. However, the saving grace was the staff, who were very friendly and supportive, always eager to help.

Overall, the hospitality at Hyatt Place was truly remarkable, they also offer fruit tray for new year Eve, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch service and amenities.

However, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. While the breakfast started off great, the quality and variety seemed to decrease day by day. Additionally, the room carpets had a few stains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. Overall, despite these minor issues, the hospitality and services provided made for a mostly pleasant and comfortable stay.

Suites were very spacious equipped with all the facilities including washing machine which is not available everywhere. Sitting lounge was separate with a large sofa bed and bedroom had an extra large double bed. Apartment had a terrace as well with seating for 2 people. Bathroom had modern fixtures and was way spacious. I would take it as a 5 ⭐ hotel rather than 4 star. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Service was very quick

Restaurant food was not upto the mark. Breakfast was expensive. But if u take room only and opt for breakfast outside there are numerous cheaper and good options

The property was an excellent place to stay for all types of people. For first time travelers to Dubai, this is a a good place to stay if you want to relax but if you want to go to tourist destinations it may take a few minutes longer but the airport is close by and you get great plane spotting areas in front of the shops on the opposite side of the hotel. The breakfast was good as well . The rooms are also very spacious and very good for the price. There are great restaurants around the hotel if you want a more Bedouin experience. The buffet at night is very good and is 45 Dirhams per person. Overall a great place to live and stay.
