Amazing facilities and we really enjoyed all the different pools around the resort. Being able to use the JA beach resort as well was a bonus! There was an extensive array of activities which we didn't manage to cover becuase we only stayed for 2days, would definitely come again and stay longer to ensure we can do more here! Breakfast was delicious with loads on offer and it was also catered well towards kids, with a kids club over at the Beach Resort area. We also loved the beach facility and the kids splash pad/mini Water park is a must visit. A must stay for families.

With us visiting over the public holiday period it was MEGA busy. Something we weren't expecting on that scale. We often had to go to reception ourselves to ask for water top up and to order room service food becuase the phone lines weren't being answered. I'm assuming the staff were overwhelmingly busy. The buggy carts that took us from Beach Resort back to Lake View was also not equipt for the busy period. So we decided to walk back through the resort, there was a lovely breeze so the heat didn't bother us thankfully! We got to enjoy the views at least! With all the stunning greenery it was a delight.

I love this resort so much, good for families, golf car take you to the beach or any where else and there is a big swimming pool, really nice, I recommend it for families.

One of the best hotels we've been so far. Adequately priced with good amenities. Large and clean rooms. Frequent buggies to the beach, kids club and splash zone. Friendly and helpful personnel. Good breakfast with decent in-room food service options. Complimentary mall transfers are a good addition for extra evening entertainment.

Pools close at 6 and generally there is not a lot happening in the evenings. There are paid kids activities but the description didn't look tempting for us to try. Instead we were taking buses to ibn batuta mall and used their kids amenities.

The splash park was awesome. we enjoyed a lot. The bedroom was too comfy.

The only thing we didn't like is that we were not able to order food from outside.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, and very helpful staff. They offer everything needed to entertain kids. You can access the beach at JA Resort by buggy.

Another amazing trip to JA Resort, service is amazing and the facilities are as good as you could ever want. All inclusive package is a must - the food alone is worth the extra!

This time around the check in experience was very poor, it took the best part of an hour to check in. The only other negative was the pool temperature, for July, way too warm, a cooling method needs to be considered

We had an amazing stay at JA Lake View Hotel Dubai! The customer service was top-notch, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and some thoughtful amenities, which made our stay even more special. A huge shoutout to Reshma at the customer service desk, who was incredibly helpful in explaining the best facilities and how to make the most of our stay. Also, Akshaya from Kinara restaurant was fantastic—her recommendations for food and drinks were spot on! Families will love the Splash Water Park, and the mini golf and zoo area are must-visit spots. The only downside was the jacuzzi and sauna access being time-restricted and chargeable (50 AED for in-house guests), which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely love to visit again! Highly recommended.

Seperate timings for women so managing time was difficult and it was chargeable 50 dhs to use jacuzzi and sauna.

- Our family had brilliant 2-weeks stay at JA Lake View Hotel: i would say it was one of the best leisure we've had recently, no doubts. Sincire gratitude to the whole hotel crew - bravo! And particularly the territory of the JA resort is just a masterpiece, it is not easy to find such wondeful and green resort feat. private beach within Dubai area - 100% worth coming with family!

- Temperature in our room was not comfortable enough upon arrival, but hotel crew managed to cope with that rapidly. - Probably, some furniture inside the room requires a bit of technical maintanance i.e. softclosing system. - We were offered a room at ground floor and i anticipated extensive outside noise, but it was all good even taking Kinara resto nearby. - Beachside bars personnel could be a little bit more proactive while serving guests.

I was very happy with how the ladies at the Reception were very friendly and helpful. We communicated our requests and they delivered in the most exceptional way. This is our 2nd time to visit, and we celebrated my husband's birthday on both stays. They sent us a cake, fruit platter and some balloons - with a handwritten personalized card! We simply could not ask for anything more. We used the buggy service to enjoy the resort... everyone was so friendly and entire place is pretty special! We had breakfast there too, we all loved the experience!

Everything was exceptional. I only hoped that we had the chance to use the entertainer vouchers, it so happened that it was a bit restricted on the day that we checked in. Although, it is totally understandable.

Nice hotel, nice rooms.

According to the website the 'Deluxe rooms' have "enchanting desert views', don't be fooled by this. No desert or enchanting view to be seen, just a look at the industrial site a mile away and the parking lot. If you want a nice view on the golfcourse book a different room. Airco is quite loud.
