Amazing facilities and we really enjoyed all the different pools around the resort. Being able to use the JA beach resort as well was a bonus! There was an extensive array of activities which we didn't manage to cover becuase we only stayed for 2days, would definitely come again and stay longer to ensure we can do more here! Breakfast was delicious with loads on offer and it was also catered well towards kids, with a kids club over at the Beach Resort area. We also loved the beach facility and the kids splash pad/mini Water park is a must visit. A must stay for families.

With us visiting over the public holiday period it was MEGA busy. Something we weren't expecting on that scale. We often had to go to reception ourselves to ask for water top up and to order room service food becuase the phone lines weren't being answered. I'm assuming the staff were overwhelmingly busy. The buggy carts that took us from Beach Resort back to Lake View was also not equipt for the busy period. So we decided to walk back through the resort, there was a lovely breeze so the heat didn't bother us thankfully! We got to enjoy the views at least! With all the stunning greenery it was a delight.

I love this resort so much, good for families, golf car take you to the beach or any where else and there is a big swimming pool, really nice, I recommend it for families.

- Our family had brilliant 2-weeks stay at JA Lake View Hotel: i would say it was one of the best leisure we've had recently, no doubts. Sincire gratitude to the whole hotel crew - bravo! And particularly the territory of the JA resort is just a masterpiece, it is not easy to find such wondeful and green resort feat. private beach within Dubai area - 100% worth coming with family!

- Temperature in our room was not comfortable enough upon arrival, but hotel crew managed to cope with that rapidly. - Probably, some furniture inside the room requires a bit of technical maintanance i.e. softclosing system. - We were offered a room at ground floor and i anticipated extensive outside noise, but it was all good even taking Kinara resto nearby. - Beachside bars personnel could be a little bit more proactive while serving guests.

Another amazing trip to JA Resort, service is amazing and the facilities are as good as you could ever want. All inclusive package is a must - the food alone is worth the extra!

This time around the check in experience was very poor, it took the best part of an hour to check in. The only other negative was the pool temperature, for July, way too warm, a cooling method needs to be considered

Nice hotel, nice rooms.

According to the website the 'Deluxe rooms' have "enchanting desert views', don't be fooled by this. No desert or enchanting view to be seen, just a look at the industrial site a mile away and the parking lot. If you want a nice view on the golfcourse book a different room. Airco is quite loud.

Beautiful clean room, resort was fantastic with so many restaurants. All inclusive was excellent! Kids club was superb!

Some form of night time entertainment or somewhere with a bit of atmosphere as it did get very quiet at night

Amazing location. You can use the facilities of the adjacent hotel/resorts as well. So many pools, activities and restaurants to choose from. Rooms are big and clean. Our room was facing the pool. The breakfast at restaurant 81 was amazing. The spread is quite large. Wide variety of options. It was refreshing to see glass bottles in our room rather than plastic bottles.

Wait time for the buggy could be improved. Pool bar opens only at 11am. We had to call the room service for the dental kit as it was not provided by default. Would be better if the TV provided was a smart tv. Kids these days needs cocomelon to keep them occupied. But otherwise all good.

It was very modern and clean building with great field for golf players. Friendly staff at reception.

Half board excludes any drinks, even hot tea or juice, from the dinner buffet. Very noisy at night from the disco club,and every evening the restaurant downstairs was doing loudly their table/furniture rearrangements, and daytime annoyingly loud private company parties at beach. Not sure why the private parties have to use so loud speakers and mics while guests are relaxing at the beach and cannot participate in these events. Restaurant staff were always forgetting your order for the drinks. Had to follow up several times. There were no dispensers of hot water, unlike in many other hotels.

3 hotels at one resort with an exceptional free shuttle service whether it's between resort's facilities or outside the resort if you're planning to visit one of the Dubai's main malls (Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Ibn Battuta Mall). Receptionists were professional and flexible at both check-in and check-out times and they were very helpful and welcoming. The suite was clean, neat, quite, and in-room service staff was dedicated and assisting all the times. Breakfast at the 81 restaurant was amazing as the buffet pertained a wide variety of selection and delicious food. Pools and the private beach along with their gears were clean and there were plenty of helpful beach attendants.

One of the cooks was counting how many omelettes I was ordering and was questioning me a couple of times as he didn't understand that these omelettes were for my family.

a fantastic 9 days spent in the resort . it was extremely busy as Eid holidays fell during this time , however it was a god send to have the adults only pool to use away from children. Colleagues very good , Daruis , Feby and the team at the all day dining really work hard throughout the 3 meal period. Housekeeping colleagues were very good. Food quality in RePUBlik was amazing , the female Chef there is talented , one of the best steaks I have ever eaten ! Great to have so many restaurants to choose from.

Seeing guest bring in pizza deliveries to eat by the pool was disappointing and guests with flasks making their own coffee was not what i expected. No waiter service at the pool bar and the floors were very slippery to walk back and forth and didnt open until 11 am , so there was no water provided until that time. there was a drainage smell in the bathroom throughout the stay which was not pleasant.
