It would be hard to fault this hotel except for one thing - see below

In 2021 the management of the adults-only lagoon pool was subcontracted out. This means that very loud music is played at this lovely pool throughout the day. This not only affects one's enjoyment of the pool itself but the music can be heard throughout the hotel - in the rooms - at the other pool etc... The "day guests" at the lagoon pool seem to dominate it in terms of numbers and service provided to them. I can see it is a fun day out for groups of friends but it is not suitable for such large numbers of them to be at the flagship pool of the hotel. Also, as there is no keycard access to the hotel buildings or the floors with rooms, these day-use clubbers have access to all areas of the hotel. I think this is a security issue.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms , comfortable, hygienic and spacious rooms with a high quality service. The staff at this property are all great! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Regarding breakfast @ the hotel ,only two words can describe --" Simply amazing". they had every exotic fruits that you can think of. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai and yes, if we are visiting Dubai again this is where we will STAY.

What to write don't know.

Amazing hotel, very simple, full of greenery. Staff is competent and friendly. Except for summer when it’s super hot - that is the best hotel to come for a holiday I’ve found so far. We stayed in a Lagoon View room - was a bit loud outside during the day but the view worth it. Around 7 pm all music shuts down, so no noise comes at night.

Additional lights in the room would be appropriate, it’s very dark in the evening.

Everything. We travel a lot, to all the major cities and luxury hotels and this one was probably the best one so far. We especially liked that we could go to sleep early in peace and never heard any noise in our specific room. Which has become basically impossible to find anywhere in 2023.

The only thing that bothered us, but that is totally subjective, is very loud music with hard bass on the Twiggy beach most days. The whole resort is a concept of peace and calm but that part is like being a teenager on cheap Paralia beach in Greece or something like that which we really didn't like.

the food was great and the location . the resort being near the airport was perfect. the room was spacious

i havenet been paid my deposit yet its been 3 weeks now. the closet was small for two people. the bedsheets werent comfortable. the bathroom doesnt have the hose for toilet, only bidet. the staff at the twiggy pool area were quite slow and far away to call on them. the room checkin request was to be top floor, but they put me in the ground floor and then i didnt like it and they said ok top floor. shouldv been top floor.

The location, staff, care, pools, ambient, restaurants, food, breakfast variety.

Our room overlooked the construction site, it wasnt really pleasing both visually and auditory, as they were working 24h.

the location was wonderful and also the concierge service were awesome and helpful.

I didn't like that there is no Bidet sprayer شطاف in my room.

Location is great with nearby restaurants and a short drive to the Dubai Mall. Staff service and friendliness was exceptional. The 3 pools were all different but had plenty of shade from sun umbrellas. Pool staff were attentive, especially around the Family pool. Early access to our room was very much appreciated. This was our 2nd visit to Park Hyatt Dubai Creek and we were not disappointed

Getting around the complex can be confusing if trying to stay inside the aircon walkways

This is a stunning hotel located on Dubai Creek. From, the bougainvillia filled grounds to the stunning infinity pools with white sandy beaches overlooking the creek, it really is a design feast for the eyes from every angle. The view from the balcony of the creek and the Dubai skyline when the sun sets is sublime. The buffet breakfast has a great choice and it is a real joy to sip on your morning coffee whilst overlooking the boats moored in the marina. We travelled with our daughter who enjoyed the kids activities of mini golf, kids club and the family pool but the Adults only Twiggy Beach club with cool music and the quiet central pool (which is a real oasis) were also lovely places to relax. With so many choices for dining, we decided on the Thai restaurant which was buzzing with great food and also went to Boardwalk which has a stunning location out on the creek although the food could be improved. All in all an amazing stay and we will be back soon for our third visit!

Kids club could be closer to the family pool

Location, rooms and the vast majority of the staff were fantastic! Particular shout out to the reception, the Thai kitchen staff and those in The Cinnamon Club

The only exception to the excellence we saw in this superb hotel were those at Noepe. The organisation and service in this area was not good and getting a drink from the staff here was not easy- they need to spend some time in other parts of the property.
