Very good location with 24/7 grocery store nearby. Accessible to everything. Cheaper than others with the same service and quality of room. Hassle free check in/out. Complete breakfast with very accommodating staff. I will always consider coming back.

-the location of the Suha JBR Hotel Apartments is really good; -there are lot of supermarkets, drug stores and cafes around; -the Tram Station is only two minutes away on foot; -the way to beach takes only ten minutes on foot, but goes along the construction; - the apartment is very spacious; -WiFi works in every room; -the Staff is really friendly and helpful, especially the Houskeeping Team Shyam and Tez. They were ready to assist with every issue; -the pool is a little bit small, but very clean.

- some of the kitchen equipment was faulty. But they were changed on request.

I liked everything in this hotel, amazing staff, amazing service team, amazing apartment, amazing location. Very helpful and friendly staff, beds were comfortable bathrooms was excellent. Overall, excellent stay. My family enjoyed it a lot. Thanks to all staff from top management for making our stay enjoyable and memorable.. Very much recommended hotel. Will definitely come again soon

Location is incredible! Apartment by itself is great, just the floors were super dirty, like your socks become black after 5mins walking, so if u like white socks - bear that in mind. Beds are comfy, conditioners great. Kitchen had teapot, basic kitchenware. They were renovating some floors, hope they will do all places renovation soon.

the property was in a prime location which was really good, the staff was really friendly and helpful when needed. The cleaning team were very helpful and really made us feel welcome, especially Rehka and Shyam.

a few things, some of the furniture was a backdated and it was a really shame that the WiFi did not work in the pool area, that should be a given in any hotel especially a hotel in such a prime location like Suha. also the TV cable channels were not the best and the resolution of the channels were really outdated. finally the breakfast was very basic and needed, the pastries were never refreshed and if you come to breakfast after 9:30am forget about finding any pastries or cups for coffee. again this is something that can be fixed so It’s not a big thing.

Great location, our apartment 304 had a pool view and partially marina view. Supermarket Al Maya is next door, 10 m from the hotel, you can find there cooked food and everything you need. Fresh market close to the tram station is small but has fresh fruits and vegetables. Safest way supermarket at the traffic light is very big and has nice promotions and good price. Waitrose at Marina Mall is very expensive but you can find everything there. Beach is only 10 min walk on promenade. Staff at the hotel is very friendly and ready to help. They brought fast towels and pots for cooking as we didn't have them at the beginning. Otherwise kitchen is well equipped. Living room is very spacious. We liked the breakfast and enjoyed it for 10 days of our stay. The variety is not very big but everyone can find something suitable for them. We will definitely go there again, we felt there as being at home.

It's not really obvious where is the entrance to the hotel, when you arrive by tram at Station JBR 1. There are no signs. But actually we were entering through parking which is exactly opposite tram station and it was very convenient

The apartament was big (approx.145sq.m or 1560 sq.ft). Location was good, not far away from the beach. There is a grocery shop near by which is open 24/7. The breakfast was ok (Indian style), it might be a bit surprising to those who are not used to Asian type of breakfast, it would be great if the variety of choice would include more European dishes as well (generally speaking nothing to complain). The staff was very responsive. We had a great stay in Suha Hotel

There might be more dishes in the apartment but they were provided without any problems upon our request. We got initial apartment which was a bit smelly due leaking water in the kitchen. The appartement was exchange in 10min so there is nothing really to complain. Again - we had nice time at Suha

The staff was very helpful and agreed to check in my sister who arrived earlier than us this was great service. All staff members were helpful and Mahubub welcomed us well and also the lady manager l didn't get her name. The location is perfect next to the tram station as well as JBR and Marina walks. The 24 hr supermarket next door was very useful

location was good and car park but no gym which is silly pool was good but pool guy very arrogant and rude was always at the toilet are due to the heat so he can have ac he was watching movies alive

location cleaner was good staff was good apart from pool guy I think maybe started off badly due to him being in the bathroom with ac while I waited 15 min for towel then he said not to take my swim shoe was quite arrogant

Location is perfect, in the heart of Dubai Marina, just 10mins walk to JBR beach. We stayed in one bedroom spacious apartment with two toilets. Amazing TV, washing machine with dryer, strong hair dryer. Comfy bed and pillows. Very helpful stuff. Breakfast included in price, overall fine, yet omelette we needed to request each time, as it wasn’t available in food stand. Grocery shop just 10m from hotel entrance, several farmacies nearby.

Apartment is a bit old, you can feel and see that it wasn’t renovated for long while. One of toilets was super noisy, so we kept room closed all the time. Fridge also was a bit old and noisy. No frying pan in kitchen. Awful coffee during breakfast, if you are coffee lover better go to Paul cafe downstairs.
