For example, the sockets in the room are universal, and the European electrical plugs we bring are all compatible without buying additional plugs. This is a very user-friendly design, which is very convenient for tourists. And when we stayed in a 4-star hotel later, there was no such socket. For another example, there is a telephone in the room and an extension in the bathroom. Residents can call the front desk if there is an emergency when going to the toilet. This design also considers the safety of the residents. In addition, there is a hair dryer in the bathroom, there are clothes hooks behind the door, the sink is spotless, and there is a soap rack on the wall. These are some details that other hotels cannot do. I pay more attention to details, so I think this hotel is rated by underestimate.

I recently stayed at Wescott hotel for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel amenities were top-notch and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly specially FO PANKITH, BINITHA, TINA, POOJA, MUSKAN, TIKA RAM And bartender's, they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from major attractions I felt that the hotel offered great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. High floor and so easy to go metro

Food smell. I get smell almost all night.

Location, practicality, tariff, smart TV with internet connection, amazing view from the room and car parking space. Located right next to Al Ghubaiba bus station, accessing public transport is as easy as it can get. The room boasts practicality in every aspect, although the room size is small but ideal for a solo traveller. The view from the 11th floor is amazing. Overlooking the infinity bridge and blue waters, especially during sun rise, was amazing. The room was equipped with a Smart TV with interent connection, wait, how common is it in hotels?? That too budget hotels ?? Well this one has it.

Pillow sheets were a bit dirty, but the housekeeping staff immediately changed it when informed. Pungent smell while entering the room that too was fixed when informed. Slow lifts, that can be annoying for some guests.

We liked the hotel in general especially the location, the rooms are small but nice and well maintained. Inside the hotel there are 2 bars and one pub. We really enjoyed both bars especially" frog bars" to watch football games and to play billiards, , they also serve a variety of food.

Too much noise early in the morning coming from other guests in the corridor,children screaming,loud video calls in the night. The hotel security should patrol the different floors around at regular intervals to keep the quiet, also the reception is often too crowded with large groups that aren't doing any transaction just waiting for the others causing the check in and check-out messy.

The location is very good. I did not take breakfast as I have the experience of my last holiday at the same hotel and most of the food where Indian food.

Check in time take too long and the rooms where not ready when arrived at 15hrs. The only thing that makes me asked question was when I have a booking of three room (1 with two single beds for two people, one with a double bed for two person and a room for two adults and child of 8yrs. The thing is that the room with the child which was more expensive was the same as the double room and I was asked to pay for an additional bed for 100 dirhams per day if additional bed is place in the small room. But we try to adapt ourselves with what was available.

I just didn’t like the staff behavior it is very rude and unprofessional not this always with all the customers I have seen whenever I booked front seat staff is rude unprofessional and not respectful to the customer I am a regular customer check my booking history the way they are treating customers need to be respectful honest like other hotels I am very disappointed

Location is very good , near metro station , near the creek so you can go to Deira by Wooden boats just by 1AED , even the bus station is beside the hotel and you can go to Abu Dhabi by 18aed staffs are friendly and professional, it has a very reasonable price . The room was clean , cleaning is once in a day , the building was really clean also

It has a 3 night club in this hotel , so for the ones who should sleep in a very calm place at night , it's not a good choice unless your room is placed in top floors

Great Location, next to the Al Ghubaiba Bus Station and metro station, many restaurants, convenience store, supermarket around, 5 mins walking distance to the ferry pier. Friendly Staff, clean and spacious room with open wide view. During the stay, there are heavy rain and floods in Dubai, the staffs do a lot of things to prevent the flood flow into the hotel. Appreciate for their hard work.

My room is opposite to the lift lobby, so when every time the people waiting and talking in lift lobby, I can hear it.
