The rooms are quite big, clean. The lights though turn off all at once or not at all in the living room. AC is quite good, no sound. Some of the equipments are old but all workable. Sofas a bit hard but all good. TV didn't work for me and didn't need it. The wifi was enough. The rooms are really spacious and great for a visit and home office.

More power plug points could be added. Lights off button just for the living room was missing.

Breakfast sbould be part of my charges. I spent 13 days, and asked for 3-4 hours late check out as my flight was in evening but they refused. This i believe should not, if a person spending 13 nights at your hotel. Even most of thr times guest check in late night even i also did late chrck in so you should have managed.

( The location of the hotel is perfect for reaching all needed places of Dubai by using public transportation. ( Metro 7 min walk) The size of the apparatments is big enough even for a " long term staying". The management is helping with everything what is needed for having a good time ( especially Mr.Mohamed) I can recommed the place to everybody.

Location was really good and Rooms were really nice, staff was very friendly and helpful... Easy access to food. Local Transport was just walking distance... that was the best part. Total Value for Money

One Suggestion as it was a apartment with Kitchen, they don't clean the utensils... it's ok but atleast they should provide in the room the scrub and dishwasher soap to clean the utensil.

1- the location is quite central in bur dubai, very close to shopping malls and to eatery spots. 2- apartment units are very clean. 3- units have all necessary amenities in working condition.

internet is the apartment is very unstable and disconnects every 5-6 minutes. i complained and showed speedtest (ookla) app to technician , the test does not even finish and it disconnects, but the technician was reliant on if youtube is working or not as a test for internet working. i had to use my 5g mobile internet for most of the stay which was very disappointing because i had complained about internet instability 3 weeks ago.

ambiance, location and service is good.

if you are taking package with breakfast, I afraid you will be disappointed with repeated menu in room. they don’t have buffet breakfast and they don’t serve tea/coffee. standard menu idli and one other veg item. they need to change it and start buffet breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay! From the day we checked in they have shown us what real hospitality is 😊. Hands off to Mr. Jasper and Ms. Priyanka! They perform their duties and responsibilities very well to ensure our safety and memorable stay!

everything is good specially staff are so good and also parking space is good . rooms are clean always. lovely places rooms spaces are very goods.

I have stayed at this property many a times during past two years. Professional reception and housekeeping staff, convenient central location and all availability of needed basic facilities in the room makes this property my ideal choice during my Dubai trips.

The hotel apartment is well situated in a location where you can reach certain destinations swiftly, The front desk staffs are very friendly & easy going people and ready to assist with all needs throughout the day. Location is top notch metro is in walking distance. Mall is close by and restaurants and groceries also near. Nice rooms with stable WiFi ☺️☺️
