The hotel rooms are clean and the bathroom water pressure is very good. Can be use as a spa also. The staff is very kind. We had a good Breakfast variety.

Kindly note that full payment is taken upon arrival itself. Will be difficult for those who didn't make provision for it. Location shows behind the hotel where there is no entry which will confuse Kareem taxi app or anyone following the location to the hotel. Couples are not advise to visit third floor.

What I mostly like is the location. The Metro station is 2 min walk and bus halt for many destinations also in same distance. Check-in and check-out process is very quick and staff is very helpful on that.

Even there is a rooftop pool, the place has converted to a bar area so the pool could use only up to 6 pm, even its mentioned as open till 7. Also there is no changing room in pool side. Rooms are not 100% clean when we go. Soaps, towels, coffee and tea were given when we asked only. This neeed to be improved.

I liked, they staff always left a bottle of water by our door in the morning.there was always hot water for shower. Location was next to metro

The place is has a night club 😅 so not recommended for family stay maybe. The place was scary at night Breakfast was bad, never eat there

The staff was excellent the Manager Mr.Sandeep was excellent in upgrading our stay, Ms. Anmol on the front desk was also very helpful, friendly and willing to assist, Emmanuel was excellent as well. The Tea Shop next door was fantastic, excellent tea!

The parking situation can be a bit more organized, sometimes it got a little bit uncomfortable due to the cars which parked their in the day time. But when we were leaving for the day and coming back it was a smooth process.

The staff at the reception was not at all helpful. We asked for a little help regarding cake to be kept in fridge and they were not ready for help. Did not pay heed to my request at all. The staff should be well behaved at all times and he was rude when answering with No.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast because the food was cold but I loved the location.

The male receptionist opened a package that was meant for me without my permission.

The room are nice and clean, the washroom well cleaned as well, the hotel is very welcoming but the thing that stands out the most is how professional and care giving the staff is specially mr.shyam.... he made sure that i get the room i requested way before my check in.... once i checked in he called to check if i am comfy and require anything else.... which hotel staff these days do... i will make orchid vue my regular place to stay when on business trips.

You get the value of the payment. Clean and decent rooms.breakfast none. location good because it is close to the metro

i think they should upgrade the design of the receiving area.

overall nice and clean! likes the cozy environment and small room setup there.

they clearly mentioned on their service menu that charger adapter can be requested. but in case of emergency i requested, they first ignored me for like 20 minutes. and upon asking again, they said we have stopped providing this service.
