We had a best New Years Eve ever. The staff is helpful and polite. Three restaurants provide excellent food. The views from the property are amazing. Private beach, beautiful garden, warm pool. Close to The Walk and to Marina. Rooms spacious with a nice view. Unforgettable breakfast!

The hotel did not provide us with bonvoy points as we booked through booking.com instead of booking directly with them, also there were no changes possible as we did not book directly with them. My first room had a sea view, but unfortunately hotel Five is under construction so the noise was hard to stand.

It's very uncomfortable to stay in this hotel if you are of a different colour because we have been asked by the security guards, lifeguards, and waiters if we are staying at that hotel almost every day!! It felt like the hotel was not used to people of colours staying there. Even at one point, the life guard was not willing to give us service, which was so rude, and we have already complained to the management. Also, the room has a bad damp smell too.

We thank a lot Ritz Carlton for hospitality and High level service ! Cleaning service was twice a day. Personal at the breakfast was very helpful and welcoming! Once I asked for a avacado that was not on the buffet menu, so the next day one of the personal, asked if I wish avacado today. It was so kind of them to provide personal attention for each guest by remembering your preferences. We thank a lot of cleaning service team and restaurant team. Especially, Rahul from evening service and Monalisha from Restaurant.

Housekeeping looking for a tip all the time for doing their job. No got a problem tipping but when you pay to stay at the Ritz, I don’t think we should be expecting to tip people for basically doing their day to day job

Dinner Bouffet was available only on 3 days out of 7 This was NOT Mentioned when I booked for half-board

We enjoyed the pools, the breakfast was good as well food selection at pools, Tamoka restaurant on the beach was very nice.

We got a deluxe room that was 50 square meters but the bathroom was 20 out of 50 so at the end room was not so big and to add a bed for our daughter we had to ask to remove some forniture from the room. Kids club wasn’t great, activities were quite poor.

We had a club level room. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The room was large enough, furnished with all the necessary things. The room was cleaned 2-3 times a day!! The room is equipped with a smart system (curtains, light), a speaker with a wireless notebook and an alarm clock. There were a lot of compliments from the hotel, which further brightened up our vacation. The area is very beautiful, despite the fact that the hotel was overbooked, there were few people everywhere. A wide clean plagbeach, a sufficient number of sun beds, There is a guard on the beach who does not allow anyone to enter the territory. The hotel itself is designed in an elegant European style. There are many restaurants and bars. We celebrated our daughter's birthday at Tamoka restaurant. It is located right on the beach. There was a fire show on the day of the event. The staff sang and danced to her as congratulations. We really liked the food and drinks. I'd like to make a note at the Libarary bar. This is a place where you can smoke cigars and have great cocktails in very inviting atmosphere. Our family thanks your hotel for keeping the brand.

The stuff, the foods- restaurants, the location and area was amazing! Honestly that was my best New Years Eve ever! The dinner gala was absolutely amazing! Jackson - who came every day to check our minibar, he is so cute! He surprised me and my mom, got cheese and fruits plate and champagne! We got every day little surprise in our room, flowers, chocolate cake, etc etc... im amazed!! Everybody who works there, so nice, friendly and helpful!!! Im fully satisfied, and if i will have opportunity to go back, i'll come!
