The Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah is everything you could ask for in a resort. The room was luxurious, clean and spacious with Dubai skyline views with daily free water bottles and cleaning twice a day. The food in the restaurant Mezzerie was amazing. Every evening you have a different theme buffet so it never gets boring. We have enjoyed using the pool and the beach facilities, all down to your very attentive team looking after us making sure we have a ice bucket with water bottles. Always made up our sun-beds with towels. The service provided by the hotel staff made this a 5-star experience. People who work there are exceptional in their careful attitude and professionalism. Thank you Waldorf Astoria, I would definitely return!

Excellent service, staff all very quick and caring. The location is just beautiful, the pool amazing with caring poolside waiters, especially Borzo! He made sure you had new towels, iced water, parasol, everything! The pearl club is beautiful and bedrooms very luxurious.

There was an Indian wedding party that wasn't even staying in the hotel, but caused a lot of noise, one day at the pool there was continual loud music and shouting from their party so not much relaxation and peace by the pool! A shame they're allowed to take over the hotel and cause so much disturbance when not even being overnight guests!

I loved the hotel. It was so clean and the breakfast was delicious. The service was excellent. The king suite was immaculate and we had an awesome view from the balconies. I loved the bouncy castle and children’s playground as well as the kids club. Great for for my 5 yr old. Also the beach food menu had great options and was reasonably priced. Great for families, quiet and perfect for relaxing.

I didn’t like that water wasn’t included in the half board dinner. Drinks were very pricey. Food was great though. Our coffee and tea we ordered at the beach were cold.

Breakfast was very good everything was exceptionally good.

I paid almost £250 a night and there was work noise going on. We were not made aware of it and the private beach was closed. If i knew it i wouldn't have paid soo much.

It was a perfect holiday! The hotel is very beautiful and clean! Especially the rooms! Our room was so big and comfortable and clean and we had a wonderful view to the Burj al Arab. The housekeeping was so nice and they do their job really good! They come 2 times a day! i want to thank Pathum and Sushii thath they always made sure that our room is perfectly clean and for the cute elephant and swans they made out of towls for us! Thank you so much! We always were at the Adults Only Pool because it was so calm there and you really could relax! Every hotel should have a adults only pool! The Beach was also very beautiful but the sea was very warm, so the pool was better because it was cool and refreshing. The temperature in July in Dubai is too hot so i would recommend to come here when it is a little bit colder. The food in the restaurant Mezzerie was amazing! Every evening you have a different theme so it never gets boring! The staff there was SO nice! I especially want to thank Alex, Melyvine, Kaveen, Asitha, Fosil, Paul, Pawal, Saru and Santhul! Just don't know where to start... From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such gracious hospitality. Nothing was too much of an effort if help was required. I want to say a big thank you to Alex, Shivani, Leslie and the rest of this amazing team, Mahima, Kareen, Santhul, Paul, Tunden, Saul and sweet Melvine. You all work so so hard and made my short stay the best I could've asked for. The hotel room was spacious, clean and just perfect. The bathroom was always clean and replenished with clean towels and dressing robes. The buffet meals were always exciting and the children and I always looked forward to meeting the hosts who showed us to our seats. The pool, although busy was so relaxing, and the glorious weather made it even better. Although at times it felt over whelming hot, but the air-conditioning in the hotel provided a great escape. Honestly, I salute the lovely gentlemen standing out in that heat to make sure we wee all safe by the pool and accommodated with drinks and food. The facilities/activities were great but if you required something different, it was possible to get a day pass and visit another hotel. My son requires medical assistance whilst at the hotel and everything was so efficient, quick and the issue was resolved. Honestly, I could shed a tear. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay. Next time (God willing) it won't take me another 10 years before I visit again.

The day I had to leave....

I enjoyed the view and quietness of the place, the breakfast buffet was great and so was the gym facility.

Sadly the prices I noticed are high compared to other hotels on some occasions for a suite.

The hotel ist very family friendly, the pool area was great, staff very friendly, We ate at 3 restaurants and all were good, morning buffet was excellent, the room had everything we needed (however the balcony needs some style-upgrade and looks very boring)

well... like all Dubai this place is VERY expensive. The prices of the restaurants are way to expensive in my opinion, so that the price<>value facotor does defently not maches here. Also the the balcony in our room was not that pleasent when you leave your lovely designed room to go to your balcony. The beach was okay but didend reach my expetations howevery pool area was very cool :-)

Lovely Hotel and beautiful rooms.

We were called before visiting and asked what room type we would like. I asked for a palm view but was told on check in that wasn't available. Why ask if it's not possible!?? Also on Half Board Plus in the buffet restaurant Draft Peroni was included. Next door, (literally meters away!)in Lao restaurant we were charged a supplement for it. The first night only Asahi Draft was available so we paid thinking it was due to a different beer, the second night they were out of Ashai and said only Peroni was available and charged us the extra! The cost was low but on principle this is very bizarre! Housekeeping wasn't at its best this stay. Drinking Glasses constantly not replaced and had to ask for them x5 times one night!
