The Reception staff was kind enough to upgrade my room to seaview room and the room was nice and clean.

Toilet Amenities were not refilled for the 2nd day and they didn't change the towels even though we left them on the floor as per their instruction card. There is a door stopper behind the room door which could cause a minor injury if you step on it if you don't pay attention to it.

The gym was open 24 hours which was a big YES.. and it was pretty well equipped with latest machinery. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. Although i didn't try their breakfast but im sure it would be awesome. The rooms were pretty clean.. we were upgraded to the room with corniche view. Basement parking was very clean and very well maintained. All in all the hotel was worth the price and i would definitely book it again if i ever visit sharjah.

Nothing in particular. Please cover the pool with a shade to make it more comfortable. Anyway there is always room for improvement.. keep it up.

Initially we were in the lagoon view double room, however due to changing rooms twice because of some issues, we were upgraded to the suite! Staff were very welcoming and prompt.

In first room carpet was very damp and smelt damp, the second room had the most bizarre issues from the previous guest which weren't cleaned properly. Then we got upgraded to the suite which was such a lovely room however as soon as we opened the bathroom door in both bathrooms, there was a very strong cigarette smell which the cleaners agreed on. Due to AC and no window ventilation, the strong smell lingered for day 1 and we had to leave all the room doors open and ask the cleaner to spray dettol to try and wipe out the smell. Overall the room was very good (apart from the smell). Novotel must really pay attention on ensuring non-smoking rooms aren't being smoked in and cleaning is done thoroughly.

I arrived very early before check in & the reception staff went above & beyond to get me in to my room hours early. Ahlam was amazing with her professional service & helped with any issues I had. Will stay here again absolutely loved it thank you to all the staff for making my trip amazing. Such a happy atmosphere which makes it a great place to enjoy.

Nothing came to my attention which would cause me to dislike anything.

The staff was amazing they where so helpful Everyone took pride in the property and worked hard to achieve excellence From the manager to the counter staff to Ramadan everyone was so helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable as possible

Most hotels in Sharjah do not have windows that open… so there is a issue for asthma and people with breathing problems especially children But as constructive the hotel should invest in air purifying fans for people who do have asthma and breathing issue But everything else in this hotel is perfect

What we liked: the staff were very welcoming and so helpful. We booked a standard family room and it was big with a queen bed and sofa bed itself converting into a queen bed. The hotel has also a very good breakfast, our kids loved the pancake machine! The facilities were also decent (gym, pool). They also have a basement parking which is great to avoid your car being burning hot during the day.

Nothing - it is a 4-star hotel and it deserves that status

Squeaky clean place, flawless, staff is very helpful and extremely nice and polite from the moment you step in you feel like home and don't want to leave. Eco-friendly in every single detail. We loved our stay very family friendly for every family member of every age from their public meeting area to the pool and gym the amazing colorful playroom. Everything was perfect the lagoon view was amazing.

location is good in the heart of Sharjah, bit busy area, staff Charon is very helpful, staff in the breakfast especially maryia was helpful

swimming pool extremely cool, no water heater, children could not tolerate the cool water, problem for the last two years, unfortunately staff telling under-repair but I'm sure it is not available exactly same words last year

Excellent supportive employees Poor housekeeping: In the corridors and near elevators trash baskets are full fir more than 12 hours and garbage are on the flour with hotel employees passing by without any reaction. Bed mattress is toooooo soft for a good healthy sleep. Regarding restaurant, menus are very very limited.
