Honestly a lovely spot! We booked very last minute on our way down to London and it was a great decision. We are leaving the place now and have already discussed bringing the dog down here for the weekend soon. They've obviously sorted out the basics like towels and coffee in the room etc. So I won't touch upon that too much. It seems like they've thought of everything, the little touches left a huge impression. For example, every plug socket in the room had a fast usb slot attached (like beside the bed and on the two desks) and the shower base was a lovely rough texture that stops you from slipping but isn't too rough that it's in the way. The bathtub was so inviting and it's a shame we couldn't use it this time. They even had the smart TV fully kitted out with all the services logged in.

There's only one thing that stood out - our room (room 3) was an absolute furnace and I'm assuming it's based just over the kitchen or something. I usually handle the heat quite well but this was a bit too much. That said, it's clear that this has happened before too because they had an enormous Dyson cool fan in the room - the little touches again *chef's kiss*

We stayed at the Arrow Mill as we were going along to the ABR Festival at Ragley Hall and the location was perfect. We could leave the car at Arrow Mill and walk over to the festival which was literally across the road. We received a warm welcome and the room was fabulous. A thoughtful touch was the Dyson fan which was already on and cooling the room down (it was a very warm weekend), when we arrived. There was a huge roll top bath in the bathroom and the bathroom was huge with double basins and a roomy, powerful shower. The complimentary toiletries were a high-end brand and smelt lovely! Breakfast was delicious with a selection of cereals, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and there was a variety of hot breakfast to chose from too which were freshly cooked. We could not fault a thing and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place for one night to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The staff was beyond amazing, especially Sian, who went out of her way to make our day unforgettable. Their effort and thoughtfulness surprised and deeply appreciated us. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and as a picky person, I couldn't find a single fault. This place definitely deserves a perfect 10/10 rating!

Breakfast was very very good and the location was exceptional. A very pretty place with lovely well maintained gardens, the river running around the border and a pond either side of the mill with ducks and geese in them. The staff were friendly and helpful and every where was clean.

We stayed in the twin beds bedroom and the beds were standard single beds. I am 6 feet 1 inch tall so a 6 x 3 bed was always going to be a little uncomfortable.

Absolutely everything. Food, staff, room, cleanliness. Our room was so lovely. Was very clean. It wasn't tired or dated. All the room facilities were very good and were of a high standard. The staff were very attentive and friendly. When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We ate evening meal in the restaurant which were very nice surroundings. Regarding the food, well again excellent. Was also excellent value for money too. The grounds around the hotel are also very nice. Plenty of parking space too. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

I really can't find anything that was disliked to us

Very nice decor, staff were pleasant, especially the young lady greeting and serving breakfast. Private guest lounge is a good touch with complimentary brandy and whiskey. Food was excellent. very nice restaurant and bar with a busy family vibe.

When you arrive with suitcases you are encouraged to use the main entrance which means paradeing through the main bar, I didnt , I used the side entrance. There isnt a reception desk so the busy bar staff are left to deal with you, not a pleasant start stood in a busy bar restaurant with partner and suitcases. Serving staff at dinner leant across the table of four to serve drinks and food instead of walking around. Really not very good atall.

Breakfast on the second day was very good combination of traditional English and continental. The quality of food at dinner and the choice was very good, the upgraded room was very comfortable and clean.u

Unfortunately the breakfast offered on the first morning was only the cooked option not the fruit, cereals etc we expected. Everything else was very good standard and quality

Beautiful hotel and grounds. I love hotels with character - this definitely ticks the box. Lovely and peaceful and the staff were wonderful. Lovely food and drink. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at Arrow Mill again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There is nothing I disliked about Arrow Mill

Very very clean not one speck of dust or dirt. Wonderful staff nothing to much trouble Excellent food cooked fresh we ate both evening's it was amazing. I would say book a table in advance Breakfast was Excellent really good choice my Hubby had full English it was all fresh and good quality, I had fresh fruit and it was very fresh no tinned fruit. Our room was lovely bed so comfortable we both slept really well. Great shower nice and powerful Everything was spotless not one mark, bit of dirt or dust Even windows and mirrors spotless. The Arrow Mill is set in such a tranquil and relaxing setting We really enjoyed our stay and we will go back 100%

The staff were lovely. Food was superb, especially breakfast. The rooms were to a very high standard, with lovely bedding. The bathroom was huge, with a lovely big bath and a fantastic shower. When Wi-Fi wasn't working at all in our room, they did allow my husband to use another room to do his work meeting, they also, offered for us to change rooms but we declined because it felt like it would be an effort to move everything, and then we regretted our decision.

The Wi-Fi in our room No.4 was non existent, which meant not only were we not able to work but it also meant the telephone & television were not working. Apparently they were all connected through the Wi-Fi, which possibly is the best plan because it also meant that for me to phone the hotel to tell them about the lack of connect via our phone room I couldn't. However, I phoned the hotel via my mobile phone!
