Room was excellent, had all that was required, and was quiet. Great range of choice for breakfast, also making your own toast from an uncut loaf, so could cut desired thickness and a hot toast! Helpful staff. Convenient location with lots of free parking.

Room 3. Was perfect. Nice bar area and great location for a stop over and a few eateries nearby. The bar staff were lovely and helpful as were most of the reception staff. Great check out times. Nice and relaxed generally. Perfect parking area and easy to get a space.

The bar area furniture was a bit shabby/stained and could do with a steam clean and the breakfast was barely warm and could definitely do with improvement. We heard several people complaining about the fact a lot of it was more or less cold. The only that was hot was the hash browns! Our main disappointment was breakfast.

Well, have a Tesla so liked the superchargers on site. Tesla owners get 10% discount of food and drinks. They ask if your plugged into a charger and to prove it ! Haven’t worked out there superchargers so your only plugged in for say 40 mins. Also it’s not what the sign says ! Anyway, I did get discounts for my evening stay.

Lack staff at peak season time so service isn’t great. The staff that are there work hard, just not enough off them for the bar / restaurant

Reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was big and you couldn’t hear the main busy road. Bed was comfortable, the Pillows were lovely!! Breakfast was nice, staff again very welcoming and friendly. Location was good. Bathroom mirror didn’t steam in the middle. Friday, Iron, hairdryer and Tea and Coffee facilities all available in the room.

I felt the bathroom needed updating.. taps looked a bit rusty. The toilet is lower than expected and the toilet roll holder under the sink is odd, to me.. I would have liked a more modern bathroom.

Had a Great stay. We were given a warm welcome and Free upgrade to executive room. Very big comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with Dove soaps and body washes. Very nice! Helpful friendly service from all staff. Bar food menu, good selection at reasonable prices. Can recommend the Steak sandwich and chunky chips , very tasty! (The gluten free bread was quite nice !) Lots of options on offer at breakfast. Convenient location. Would definitely stay again .

The lounge decor! Quite odd! Looks like a closing down sale at Debenhams Feels like an airport waiting lounge.

The rooms were quiet, modern, spacious, comfortable and clean. My partner and I were visiting for a wedding and it was a good location for the venues. Overall we were really happy with the hotel.

The only thing that bugged us was the air conditioning unit. Whilst it kept the room very cool ( it was a super hot weekend) it did make a very annoying sound almost like an alarm which kept us from sleeping soundly.

Location great ease of booking in and breakfast excellent. When it came to checking out the time was generous 12pm allowed us to relax and take our time. I had already paid so just left the keys in the container left on the counter.

I was happy with all the aspects of the stay, nothing was too much trouble I forgot one toothbrush and this was immediately rectified by the reception staff.

The staff are lovely, friendly and engaging. Joseph in particular was very nice.....he even paid for a cuppa. Housekeeping did a great job......they always left our room spotlessly clean. The meals were delicious and plentiful. The free parking was a bonus. Nice and close to major roads. Several food chains nearby, to suit most budgets.

Nothing to dislike.

After a super long day, and a breakdown, Leah at the reception couldn’t have been more accommodating. She is such a ray of sunshine, and makes you feel welcome the moment you check in. She is calm, professional, efficient and explained everything in detail. A big credit to the hotel :-)

I would have liked if the kitchen still served food after 9.30pm, or at least a light bite.

Location and comfort of the rooms, beds and bedding. The buffet was very good with many healthy options and with the early booking discount it is only 9.99. Cheaper than McDonalds and so much better

No exercise facility on site and having to pay $5.00 to attend one nearly 4 miles away. Very inconvenient if you do not have a car.
