it was very modern , very clean and the receptionist we got on arrival was just lovely and very welcoming

the fire alarms went off twice in the night , one at 00.43 and the other at 06.20, which forced us to evacuate our room , with two young children with us it was a scary experience for them, as well as other children staying there that we witnessed, false alarms but still very unnerving, no apology at the time , just told it was false alarm and to go back to our rooms.

Very central location, perfect for a short walk to the Titanic Experience and into the city centre. Public parking was very close by, only a couple of minutes walk away and at a half-price reduced rate. Very professional staff. Modern, very clean and comfortable room and bathroom facilities. The breakfast room was really modern and bright and had great views over the river.

The breakfast options were limited, which was a little disappointing as we really enjoyed everything else about the hotel. A wider range of fresh juices, cereals and fresh fruit would have been appreciated. On one of the mornings, the only juice options included watered-down orange juice and apple juice. If you like a fry, the breakfast would probably have been fine.

We had a breakfast at an additional cost of £15 per person. And we thought it was worth every penny. The coffee was great, selection was fantastic and was basically the same cost as an all you can get breakfast we go to locally but, this was an exception quality. I suggested to staff on the app it was my Partners Birthday and we would like a view of the city and they even sent a welcome gift for her.

Our windows in the room were in desperate need of a clean on the outside, it was a shame, but probably due to the winter, weather, and city air it probably needs cleaning more often then in summer.

The staff were amazing! We went with our 1 year old and 3 year old, all the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable...which isn't always the case with small kids. At breakfast the kids got activity packs from the staff which went down a huge treat! We were there to see disney in the Odyssey and every staff member stopped the girls to talk to them about it. I can't say enough how amazing the staff were. The room was a great size, definitely big enough for 4 and was very clean! We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were delicious, all 4 of us enjoyed the food!

Nothing! The food, staff, and hotel were all brilliant.

We stayed three nights in this Belfast hotel and really liked it. Checkin was fast and the desk staff was very knowledgeable about the area and places to go. It was an easy ten-minute walk to the city center for pubs and shopping. The views of the river, harbor and Titanic Museum were great. The room was comfortable, updated and clean. With plenty of places to plug in electronics, including USB charging. There was an amazing restaurant a very short distance away called Gnostic. We did not take the breakfast option, but it looked good.

A few minor things -- like there was no bedside table on one side of the bed. So one occupant had to leave stuff (ie. books, glasses, water, etc) on the floor next to the bed. The curtains didn't close all the way so the sliver over morning light woke us up. ;)

We had arrived by car and there was a large drop off area in front of the hotel where you could park while checking in and taking your bags to the room. There was a carpark building across the road and the hotel gave us a 50% discount on the daily rate. Friendly welcome from staff. We had a standard king room, not large but comfortable, overlooking the river with views to the Titanic Museum. Great restaurant, also overlooking the river, with an excellent breakfast. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner. Location was fantastic with a 20 minute walk to Titanic, where there was also a Hop on Hop off Bus stop. And the centre of town was also only about a 20min walk.

There was a good selection at breakfast and the food was great. Our room was a good size for our family and we all slept well. The room was clean and spacious. Our shower was perfect as was the size of the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location was within good walking distance of attractions.

My wife did not have somewhere to sit to do her hair and makeup (due to location of mirror). A shelf would have been helpful to place items for this as would a plug on the wall (rather than in a drawer). No other dislikes!

We had a fine stay at the AC Hotel in Belfast. Check-in/Check-out were easy, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The AC Hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but it's only a 10-15 minute walk to plenty of restaurants/bars in the Cathedral Quarter. The rooms were clean and standard sized.

The hotel wasn't particularly family-friendly. Our family needed two hotel rooms and they weren't able to accommodate our rooms being very near to each other. The onsite restaurant/room service didn't have good options for our kids. While only 10-15 minutes walk to plenty of places to eat, it was rather far for our family of six.

The hotel itself is lovely, the nicest one I’ve been to in Belfast in fact. The staff at reception were so friendly and gave us some great pointers for what to do in the city that weekend, which was late in November. The room was huge and overlooked the Lagan. The bathroom was great and loved having a sofa and table to use. Breakfast was tasty and overall a great vibe.

The bed was perfectly comfortable but it wasn’t quite the quality I would expect for the price of the room, don’t get me wrong we slept well, but that is just small critique of an overall great room! Breakfast was great but as it’s a buffet it got very busy and the queues got a little wild as everyone seems to head down at the same time!

The large bedroom with stunning river view. The bathroom was also big with a nice walk-in shower. Lovely staff.

Negatives - no plug socket beside the mirror in the bedroom. There is no shaver socket in the bathroom. No coat hooks on the wall to hang jackets. TV didn't work. Check-in is 3pm but when we arrived at 4 pm and our room wasn't available. Reception was great and gave us a complimentary drink while we waited 20 minutes, but at the price I was paying, I'd expect my room to be ready.
