The staff were excellent, we had a few teething issues which were quickly resolved. The staff which we dealt were very helpful, can only remember one name Stuart, he was very great. Location is excellent, would stay again.

Minor things . We stayed for 3 nights and the cups were not washed once, we left the ticket on the door to be cleaned, only the bed was made, bins still full, no teas or milks were topped up. We had to ask for top ups. Door key didn’t work on numerous occasions at the first door downstairs so had to keep asking the staff to let us through

The location is fantastic so central to everything. The rooms are very modern and new and very clean. There is air conditioning, hair drier, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in shower. Shower is a lovely power shower, great pressure to relax post the day of excursions. The staff are very helpful with any requests or advice needed.

The pod bathrooms are nice and clean, the shower is fantastic pressure. The only negative of the bathroom pod is that the door doesn't go to floor there is a gap so smells can travel into the room. The door of the pod is a push and pull so it is noisy if going in and out of bathroom when someone asleep. The "double bed" was 2 single beds pushed together so there is a ridge in middle of the bed making it a bit uncomfortable.

Myself and my boyfriend absolutely loved this hotel! The staff couldn’t have done more for us & were so pleasant and helpful. It is in a perfect location extremely close to Victoria square & there is a nice big multi story car park within 2 minutes of the hotel which was really cheap for 2 and a half days! (I think about 5/6 pound a day?). The room was perfect, a great size & exceptionally clean! It also felt very safe as you have to scan your room key to get past the door that leads up to the rooms & at night they have security taking the names of those who are staying in the hotel to make sure no one else enters! We will definitely be returning here on our next trip to Belfast & can’t wait for another stay! All staff are a credit to the business 😃

I have nothing negative to say about the property the only one thing I would mention is maybe the addition of a mini fridge would be good but definitely not a necessity!

Good budget option. Nothing too fancy, but it was quite cheap compared to other options, and the location is actually really good. Apart from that everything you'd expect to have at a hotel - with an extra benefit of AC which was a huge plus during our stay when temperatures were a bit high.

No hotel parking space is not ideal, but I guess that's a bit implied for a location which is very central. Fortunately the NCP car park is just on the other side of the street, has plenty of space, and isn't that expensive - overall from the convinience point of view it was the next best thing.

Good location for my needs - all places I needed in walking distance.

I had a problem with my mobile phone which I use as an alarm clock. I had to wake up in time to go to meetings, etc, and asked to be woken, but this did not happen - I understand the problem for staff now there are no phones in rooms. I thought afterwards I could have perhaps used the television as an alarm clock. Fortunately I managed to wake up naturally in time each morning

Location was spot on for getting to tour bus / walking to shops / restaurants etc & the floors we were housed on had recently been refurbished so everything felt very clean and in good condition. The selection for breakfast was great. I had a small group (2 staff & 6 students) and none of us had cause to complain about any aspect of our stay so please pass on our thanks to the staff. I hope to be back again next year with a bigger group!

My only complaint on the room would be my bed - it clearly had a large matress topped added to it, which didn't quite reach the top of the bed & pillows kept disappearing down the gap. The food on offer throughout the day/night wasn't to a great standard. It took a while to come out & reception staff seemed less than excited to have to prep the food (no chef employed after breakfast - so far as I could see anyway).

Very convenient, clean and a good breakfast

The only thing was really annoying for me was that when I arrived earlier than the check-in hour, one of the staff just sent me away and told me: "no room for your luggage, come back at 15". This was the first time ever this had happened to me. He didn't even say "sorry" or had offered suggestions where to leave my baggage. He was just unpolite and not hospitable at all.

The hotel is perfectly located, within the walking distance from all the city centre bustle yet tucked in a quiet corner where the traffic noise is not an issue. It is also only a few hundred metres away from the Aircoach station. The room was small but clean, with contemporary furnishing and a cosy double bed. The breakfast buffet was very Ulster Fry-heavy, so if you're a fan of that you'll love it. The hotel was just in the finishing stages of the renovation when I was visiting, so there were some works still going on but overall it already looked very fresh and updated. The service was very friendly and helpful. I'll be happy to stay here the next time I'm in Belfast again.

The breakfast buffet could be more varied (in the way of cereals, bread and fruit/veg) but that's just a complaint on a very high level. Nothing much else.

The hotel was well placed to get into the city,Titanic Belfast about a 20 minute walk,Europa bus station 8 minutes, tour busses about the same,i think they are refurbishing the hotel,my room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed.The ground floor has the restaurant and bar,i was on the floor above but there was very little noise,All in all the hotel provided everything I needed.

The outside of the hotel looks a little run down but as I said it's being refurbished,so maybe this will be part of the refurbishment, also the area near the hotel looks a little rough.

Great location Great room layout Freshly decorated Nice pod bathroom style Comfy mattress Very clean Friendly staff who gave good recommendations Nice bar downstairs

Would've been nice to have somewhere to put suitcase- little stand or rack thing maybe but not a massive problem Obvious that downstairs bar and our level had been freshly decorated, but area by lift and lift itself wasn't. Lots of boxes by lift and linen delivery. Not a problem and all staff and contractors very nice, but just noticeable. When whole hotel is finished, I'm sure it will be fab.
