It was a clean room and a comfy bed. The housekeeper was very friendly and told us some of the best places to see and how to get there. It was relatively easy to travel into the town center from the accommodation.

There was no breakfast despite the details saying one could be ordered. It was not possible to leave our bags at the guest house as we had a late afternoon flight. The house was on a busy road so the traffic was loud and workmen over the road woke us before 8am.

Beautiful accommodation, the room was very nice and modern, included a fan and other items in the room, the bed was very comfortable also. The location is nice especially if looking to be away from the business of downtown. The staff were also friendly!

The hotel operates for the most part without a host station/check in area. There is a room for that but I believe they leave at 5pm or so. The only change I would make is adding a manned check in station right up front when you come in and if possible have someone there 24/7. There was an incident where guests did not coordinate with their party and therefore did not have a key. They were unable to get in and caused a disturbance outside at 1-2 AM. This I’m sure is not the norm and the hotel was very gracious in refunding my money which was so appreciated! I do think having an alternative check in procedure may be needed.

beautiful room with a really comfy bed, smart tv and nice large shower. There was tea table in the room with loads of tea making stuff on it which was brilliant. Excellent position for public transport into the city centre. Room was refreshed on the second day to a really high standard. The downstairs kitchen looks great and has a fridge that can be used.

The room was extremely hot even with the window open, a fan may have made it more bearable, this was day and night at the end of May when temps were around 19 Celsius. Access is a little bit confusing for some rooms, 149 was the address given but it was the door for 151 that needed to be used and had the PIN code. Both myself and another family on arrival experienced the same confusion.

I thought check out was 11, we were running late to check out, at 11.15 we got a knock on our door by the nice lady in reception. She had let us know check out was actually 10. We checked out 1 hour and 30 mins late, yet the staff were very kind about it. I checked after about checkout amd it was clearly stated that check out was 10..... in our rush we also left a piece of jewellery in the room amd staff had come sprinting out to the road to return it.

the property was brilliantly maintained and had continental food items available all day everyday. a coded entry system to the hotel and rooms made life easier.

make sure you have been told how to check in before arrival. I was stranded outside in the rain having to phone the manager to give me a code to enter the building, plus once I got in room 15 had a slightly dodgy room lock which meant it didn’t always open, this in time became annoying

The Titanic Guesthouse is an amazing place to stay and really close to the centre (roughly a 20 minute walk) with a bus station 2 minutes around the corner. It was well stocked with toiletries, a hairdryer, mini fridge, kettle and tea tray. Despite it being a Guesthouse and not a hotel, the room is still cleaned every day which was a really nice surprise. There is also a shared kitchen which has every thing you could possibly need to cook a meal if you don’t want to eat out every night. 10/10!

TITANIC Boutique Guest House was a wonderful find. We had caught the ferry from Scotland Cairnryan over to Belfast This guesthouse was not far from the port. We were able to check in and then spent the rest of that day at The Titanic Museum which also wasn't far away. Our room was lovely with modern decor and the bed very comfortable. We didnt know what to expect for breakfast as said Continental but we were pleasantly surprised with the choice....ham cheese eggs toast various spreads cereals yogurt pastries/cakes/croissants. Ruth the host was very friendly/helpful and so was Lorraine who helped her. There was also a beautiful outdoor space you could sit out in at any time. Close to the Glider bus stop into Belfast city centre which meant we could leave our car outside the guesthouse. Overall, a really lovely B&B which we would highly recommend..

The bonus of a fridge in our room and a very comfortable communal kitchen and sitting area was great especially to have a simple breakfast before you start the day. The Baths opposite are gorgeous with lap pools sauna steam room etc There was a clothes washer which is a huge bonus when travelling. There was always a parking space available in the street.

Excellent place, just a couple stops from the city centre (walkable if you're mobile enough). We weren't expecting just how much there was in the place for the price we paid. A mini fridge in the bedroom was a surprise and very handy and the full kitchen facilities in a very nice shared living/dining area were brilliant.

Needed staff to show us how to use the door lock as the instructions weren't super clear, there's a knack to it.

Most comfortable bed ever! Really clean and nicely decorated. Very accommodating host. Warm and cosy! Room had a fridge, hairdryer and a very modern spotlessly clean bathroom. Really great value for money !

Not really a problem for us but if you aren't keen on walking it is about 20-25 min stroll into town. 15 mins from lanyon train station. Conservation work going on outside which is very noisy. Drilling from 7 am but can't be helped, it will certainly improve the area once it's completed. I would say it's more like an air BnB rather than a guest house as breakfast isn't served in the manner you would expect of a guest house or bed and breakfast. Again this wasn't really an issue for us as we were room only and there are plenty of great places in Belfast at a great price for breakfast I would recommend Maggie maes £5 for a filled soda! Or Metz great cake and scones. What more do you need 😊
