Lime Trees Farm is an excellent B&B is a quiet part of the countryside outside Bicester. Caroline is an ideal host, she conjures up a first class breakfast (which set us up for the day ahead!) and we were very happy with the whole experience - it was ideal and exceeded our expectations. The room we had was beautifully decorated and furnished, complete with TV, tea/coffee etc and a glorious view over her garden and the wider countryside - it was quiet too. We will certainly be back for another stay.

We enjoyed the stay so much, we soon realised that we should have booked more than one night!!!!!

Relatively easy to get to.. well maintained country/Farm house lived on by the family who rents out a couple of spare rooms to short stop guests

Not a lot to dislike, as long as you know what to expect. Luckily we did not have much time to stay inside as we went late in the night and got away early morning, so wasn’t sure if any other areas like living room etc were accessible for guests to use, because if you have to stay in for a few hours in daylight then it will be a little boring to spent the time in a smaller room. The room we had did not have an attached bathroom, but i guess it’s my own fault for not reading that properly, but did not cause any inconvenience as we (my wife and I) were the only ones using that bathroom

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful house set in lovely gardens. Caroline and her husband were very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Delicious cooked breakfast with eggs from their own hens, as well as fresh fruits, homemade jam, etc. My room and bathroom were very spacious, well equipped and elegantly decorated I had a blissful night's sleep, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely b and b.

Everything was perfect, thank you so much

Everything, from location to house to the wonderful hosts Keith and Caroline. We were welcomed like family and had some very enjoyable and interesting conversation. Our airy spacious room was ideal with its comfy bed and every necessity readily to hand. Though our host was entertaining herself she found time to make us feel at home and sourced a wonderful place for us to have an evening meal which we greatly enjoyed. The breakfast couldn't be improved on, a great choice and beautifully presented.

Breakfast on Saturday was delicious with fried eggs, bacon, toast, mixed fruits and lots of tea and coffee. Sunday was more sedate after a day out at a family wedding. So toast and marmalade, tea and coffee hit the spot

It was only a short visit, so all good.

Superbly located in rural Oxford, a quiet, tranquil B&B of the highest standard. A very welcoming Caroline made us feel totally at home and a superb, leisurely breakfast next morning saw us on our way totally replete.

A quirky property that has been updated since its construction in the mid 1700's(!) lacks a shower cubicle but this is a small niggle in an otherwise top-notch establishment.

We have never stayed in such a charming place before, and it's not just a farm — it's a place with its own history, or rather, stories! Caroline and Keeth were so kind to us, and sharing breakfast and conversation was one of the most memorable moments of our trip. I hope we return to this wonderful home and these amazing hosts someday. Thank you!

Caroline and her family were so welcoming and friendly. Their home was beautiful, made even better by two cute dogs! The room was comfortable and they were so accommodating. The breakfast Caroline made was delightful too. The bedroom also had a lock which made it feel private and safe- not all hotels have this!

I wish I could have stayed longer!

I stayed there with my mother and loved this get away farm. The farm is located outside the city and in the middle of the fields so perfect if you are seeking some silence. The hosts were lovely to talk to and provided awesome help (yes we did got to the covered market in Oxford) and yummy breakfast. The old house from the early 17th (?) is like a standing museum. Well maintained and taken care of by Caroline and her husband who made us feel at home.

Unfortunately there had been some other guests waking up early in the morning and the house is very noisy. So if you can, I recommend choosing the upper floor. 🙂 The horses were not onsite but in walking distance. 🙃 We should have stayed longer.

Very quiet, rural location, hidden away in a small hamlet, with lovely views of the garden from the bedroom window. Huge bath in our private bathroom with plenty of hot water. Large cooked breakfast with all the trimmings, plus fruits and cereals. Sharing the farmhouse kitchen table with other guests gave us a chance to interact and chat with both Caroline, our host, and other guests.
