I was able to park in the hotel car park off the road which was useful. The welcome was friendly and the rooms clean and well maintained. There is a nice little cafe called the Teapot just around the corner that does nice and very reasonably priced breakfast.

It was further out from the centre that I had anticipated. That's obviously my own fault for not checking the location properly. We were attending the Rebellion Festival in the Winter Gardens and it was about a 20/25 minute walk. That itself was fine but meant it was impractical to just nip back to the hotel during the day.

Good location as I was attending the Rebellion Punk Festival. Quiet road, no nests of seagulls nearby so a pleasant sleep and wake up compared to previous stays in Blackpool at other hotels. Room was clean and nicely decorated, with a large TV and multiple channels. Bed was comfy enough. Staff that I met were nice.

The advertisement boasts that there's a spa etc but it definitely doesn't give off that vibe at first glance and the main building area smells musty. It's a decent seaside hotel and did the job for what we required but they really should do food or a bar. I'd stay again honestly though as the price was quite fair. The bathrooms were clean but the showers did have small patches of mold forming, as did the sink in some areas, but it wouldn't put me off staying again either. The desk wasn't manned often and I'd to ring an Alexa Ring doorbell a few times to no reply, but happened to get sorted by a cleaner who was working in another room as I just needed another towel and bog roll. It felt more like an Air BnB than a hotel experience honestly.

Friendly and helpful staff, really welcoming and made an effort to talk to my very excited 4 year old which makes all the difference as a parent. We felt comfortable and safe here which is important to me when travelling without my husband. Basic rooms but all needs met with toiletries, coffee, tea, milk and bottled water provided which are really nice touches. Prices fair and payment options are good. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we would recommend and would stay again.

Room was clean enough but a little grubby round the edges but nothing which would put me off staying again. No breakfast option but local options around.

We stayed in a triple room (2 adults, 1 child), and it was a great size! It was clean, both double bed and single bed were really comfy, very little exterior noise despite being close to Blackpool promenade. We went with our 8 year old girl who likes to fall asleep to the television, upon arrival our rooms tv wasn’t working. Upon informing somebody at reception they moved us to a different room. We were also able to leave our cases securely locked away on our final day, despite checking out at 10am.

Only criticism would be a more powerful shower. But honestly not really a problem :)

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The rooms were modern and clean. Beds were comfy and the hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. A quick, safe walk to the south pier and was located closely to public transport and local amenities.

The recreation room was lacking- though I can see it’s a work in progress and has potential to be great. The shower wasn’t working to full capacity, though the bathrooms were spotless. There was rubbish strewn out the front of the hotel, though not necessarily the hotel’s fault.

The staff were fab so friendly and helpful. They really welcomed our children, we were so grateful and it was lovely. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy. The bar had a good variety of drinks and breakfast was available cooked to order. Just a lovely environment to stay with children in an excellent family location. Was very quiet in the night time too!

The hotel is recently taken over so is still under going some renovations. So some areas need TLC but the staff are quick on hand if you have any problems. We had no problems to report as were very happy with everything.

All the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. Had a slight issue at check-in with one of our rooms (no fault of the hotel) which was dealt with as quick as possible and an issue with our shower the next day was dealt with promptly. The breakfast was delicious and both rooms were clean and tidy. The games room with pool table was great for us at the end of the day a very enjoyable stay so much so we have booked again for October. Thank you Caroline and the Team

We are a family of 4 staying in the connected rooms with 1 bathroom. The rooms were smart, clean, quiet and comfortable. We arrived at 09.30 on the morning of our stay, greeted by friendly staff and were able to park until late morning the next day for £10. We were also given the door key at this time for the building.

As with many hotel rooms now there is a tv over the dressing table rather than a mirror, but there was a large mirror in the hallway of our rooms.

Our room wasnt ready when we arrived (we arrived early) but because we had travelled so far, we was given another room that had already been cleaned so that we could get settled. The room was very clean, had a tv and the shower was really good. We just needed a base as was out most of the days and our room was perfect for that. Bed was comfortable. Had a little game room with pool table which was nice. Owner was always lovely and always willing to help if needed. It is a stones throw from the sea front so not far to walk. Just great all round.

We couldn't always get a good signal on the internet but that wasn't a major issue for me but was for my 11 year old daughter 🤣

The hotel was amazing in every way. Caroline and her team work in perfect harmony, and I can say they are the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. Even if you have any issues, this is a place where they will always be there for you. I stayed for five days, and I will miss you so much!
