I booked a single room with private bathroom, surprised to see a queen size bed, not a single. There is parking at the front but I parked across the road on promenade and used my disabled badge. Come and go as I pleased no bother, didn't realise I had to book breakfast the day before but they accommodated my request and it was all you needed. Got there early to find place and as room was vacant was allowed to check in.

Location for me was a long walk back and to to north pier but that was my fault, it's ideal for pleasure beach area. Bar area wasn't open all the time, door locked. Rooms are small so keep that in mind.

Lovely hosts and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our room (1) with a sea view which we prefer, was so nice, it had everything we needed, the coffee machine was an added bonus. The complimentary toiletetries were so thoughtful. We arrived at 9am on Friday and were able to check in, we understand this would not be possible at busier times but really appreciated it. We felt at home and nothing seemed too much trouble, very comfortable surroundings. The breakfast was delicious and hot, again the dining room was spotless. Car parking was great but do appreciate it is a quiter period. The location is ideal for us.

There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

Great location. Had to park on street on arrival as all parking spaces taken ( it was the blackpool illuminations weekend) but owner phoned me next morning to advise me traffic warden was about ticketing car's and there was now space for me to park on property which I thought was really nice thing to do.Our room was small not a great view as it was the top of a roof from next building but at the end of the day it's for putting your head down when you get back from your night out. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return but next time make sure we book a front room with view of the sea front.

Only problem with room was the window and I only say this because I'm a locksmith. The window was kept close with sash blockers, I looked at the window and the MPL MECHANISM had failed, for that size of window it really wouldn't cost much to get the mechanism replaced and it would look better.

Location. Less than 30 mins walk to Blackpool parkrun. Tram stop opposite takes you to pleasure beach, Tower, train station etc. Was also very handy for after the run the lights 10k Room was immaculate Amazing sea view from room Considering on a road/tram route it was very quiet Bed was super comfy Very generous with tea and coffee provisions Very friendly. Didn't try the breakfast but did sound very nice.

The room was very warm but the lovely owner had done everything he could to keep it cool (closed the curtains and provided a fan). No complaints as nothing more could be done and It was a particularly warm weekend.

Location perfect for walking to Tower and also Pleasure Beach,plenty eating places and tram right across the road,room spacious and clean,tea/coffee facilities,massive tv,very comfy bed and pillows,view amazing,bonus of a comfy seating area which we took full advantage of as it was pretty wet and wild this weekend,bar onsight but had brought our own alcohol,sufficient parking too

Thin walls so could hear the couple next doors music and constant fighting but didn’t detract from an otherwise fab stay

We have stopped in some lovely hotels in Blackpool but this has got to be up there with some of the best, the room was perfect. We loved the sea view, the room was warm and cosy and the little touches like the coffee machine and the toiletries going that extra mile, best couple of nights sleep we have had for a long while. The location was brilliant walking distance to everything but if that was a problem the tram stop was just outside, owner was lovely and we will definitely be coming back on our next visit very soon, thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay.

The hosts were very welcoming & friendly. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and the decor was so nice it has such a homely feel to it. Fantastic sea view. The bed was really comfortable, shower was great. The breakfast was really good. Perfect location. Bella the beautiful staffy was just so adorable and really friendly, and so well behaved. We would 100% recommend The Fame & will definitely book again when we come to Blackpool.

There is nothing to dislike about The Fame

This was my second time stopping at The Fame hotel and very much enjoyed my stay once again. The hotel is in a perfect position, my room was fantastic and the owners are very nice people who take the time out to chat with you, I even had a drink with them in the bar which was nice. Thank you for a lovely stay and i definitely be back again 😊

There was nothing not to like the hotel was nice and clean the beds are comfortable and there's always an option of breakfast available if you wanted it.

Evan & Tina were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them, very accommodating and professionally run. Great room exceptionally clean and the whole experience from start to finish orchestrated to perfection, at the risk it being fully booked next time we visit Blackpool we would highly recommend The Fame Guest House to all and we wish Tina and Evan all the best and thank them for the great job that are doing.

Nothing to not like. just a great experience from start to finish, not your normal Blackpool Guest House, we usually stay at 4 star hotels and we honestly rate The Fame and its owners as achieving 4 stars.

Booked for two nights with my daughter for her birthday. We didn't spend much time in the room apart from for sleeping but can't fault the room. The room was clean and comfortable. Private bathroom, tea and coffee facilities, large tv, comfy double bed. Owners lovely and friendly, my daughter fell in love with their dog Bella. Location excellent on seafront and walking distance to all the local attractions. Would definitely recommend.
