When we were booking, the pictures looked great. On arrival and seeing the room, it was even better. The hotel is very clean. Smells lovely and kept in impeccable condition. Crisp white sheets without a mark on them. All staff were brilliant and accommodating. They went the extra mile for us, and we were very thankful for all they did for us. No task was any problem for them. They were more than happy to help us. We needed a bed changing due to our little one being poorly, and it was all changed and fresh for when we got back from our day out. We are a family of 5, and the room was plenty big enough for us. Lots of storage, which we were grateful for as we stayed for 5 days. Apart from hearing the odd door close, we didn't hear any other guests that were staying there. The area is quiet and only a 2 minute walk from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

The stairs to the top floor (only because we were up and down them every day)

The hosts were very welcoming and we will definitely will use the Langley in the future as the location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit the Tower and the venues close by Breakfast was good quality even serving up fried bread & black pudding on request Bar was really useful after a long day out you could put your feet up, fully stocked and even had some zero alcohol too Although not free to everyone, they had a limited quantity of Parking Passes which was offered free too (this was limited and needed to book in advance)

Nothing to dislike here

Plus points: Spacious room: plenty of room for the 5 of us. Clean: everything spotless Comfy: very comfortable bed, pillows maybe a little hard but I slept well! Facilities: Good. Room had a kettle and hot drinks and biscuits, toiletries in the bathroom, a water dispenser was brought up with us when we arrived. WiFi: WiFi worked well on the top floor and we were able to choose programmes on YouTube for the kids to keep them entertained before bed. Breakfast: Breakfast was lovely, nothing was too much bother. We paid extra for the cooked breakfasts and they were lovely. Entertainment: there was a pool table downstairs that my daughters and husband used. There is a bar and people were having drinks, though I couldn't hear a thing in our room.

There was nothing I didn't like. The ONLY thing I would say is that the location is slightly further than I thought. It's great where it is, just out the door and to the left and you can walk along the front. There is a tram stop just right there. However, in the whole weekend we managed to get on the tram once. It was so rammed full that we ended up walking because they kept going right past us. It was a good 20 minute walk to Central Pier with the rides so that's something to consider.

The hotel is a little gem in Blackpool. I can’t recommend it highly enough. When we arrived the pay and display car parks were full (October half term) but the owner directed us to their car park just a few mins walk away from the hotel. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The reception and bar area was decorated for Halloween which was great for the kids. The bedroom was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids between ages 7-10). We all slept brilliantly on the comfy beds and the temperature was perfect. Breakfast was amazing too, perfectly cooked full English, good choice of Kellogg cereals, cows milk, oat milk, toast, yoghurts, jams etc. the coffee was excellent too. Bar was well stocked with good wines, premium beers, cider, spirits etc. We will be returning next year and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else now we’ve found this place which our kids said was “the best hotel they’ve ever stayed at.”

I honestly struggled to think of anything, apart from the breakfast would be improved with a slice (or 2!) of black pudding.

It was extremely clean and new! The beds were comfy. It was a perfect location too. The staff were so lovely I will go back there to stay next time I’m in Blackpool.

Nothing. The room was hot but that’s because it was boiling outside and the room had a nice big window to let air in. Maybe decaf sachets would be nice in the room as I don’t drink caffeine but that’s all I can possibly think to say because honestly the place was amazing.

The hotel is great. Extremely clean and modern. From walking in to getting to the room, it was obviously well looked after and modern. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will be going back!

No parking. The hotel did have some parking close by which was not hard to get on and the price was not too bad but the price does need to be factored in to the cost of the stay. I paid £15 for 48 hours.

This is a great hotel. The family room met our needs as a family of 4. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Lots of lovely details. Location was great and easy to walk to all piers or jump on the tram if preferred but our 6 and 9 year managed the walk fine. Parking was no problem and hotel helped us with that on arrival. Great stay, couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

Nothing. It exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

The Langley House Hotel exceeded our expectations beyond belief. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless, the staff go above and beyond and back again, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was perfection and lots of it. The room itself was spacious, temperature was just right and the beds are oh, so comfy (I can see why people want to take the mattresses home with them). Scottie and team were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had an amazing holiday and are counting down the days until we return. Thank you so much 😊

The only negative was we had to come home!

Friendly staff, kid friendly rooms. Fantastic location no more than a 10 minute walk from all attractions. Nice breakfast although slightly pricey. Nice coffee machine. Nice clean rooms. Would stay again.

I Thought parking was included but it wasn't, maybe I should of done more research, maybe phoned in advance and asked but luckily found a pay and display around the corner that had one space left.
