Nick and Mandy were very welcoming and helpful hosts. We had a family room with a double and single bed for our 12 year old. Had a cold can pop as soon as we arrived and nice char as waiting a few mins for our room, no problems. Room facilities were great with water, plenty of tea and coffee and a nice dresser and small wardrobe the cube boxes to unpack into are a great idea. We booked as I was doing a local Parkrun and my husband the run the lights of an evening. Our hosts took time to ask how our events were and went above and beyond to help sort the car after we initially paid parking some distance away, note for future travellers there is more than one hotel of this name. No comments on breakfast as they are renovating kitchen we went to jimmys round the corner on our last day highly recommended rather than using a chain. 2 little dogs there were great and so friendly

Everything was really great if I was pushed for a response here would be the smoking out front each time In and out of home but I respect it’s also the owners home I didn’t want to sit with a cuppa outside

Mandy and Nick are fantastic hosts and nothing was ever too much trouble. I asked if I could put banners up for my son's birthday and friends anniversary and we walked in to have helium balloons and banners in the bar area and over the window and door of the room we were staying. The room we stayed was the family room and the decor was gorgeous. Both my sons loved their 2 little dogs and keep asking to go back and see them. Thank you for making our stay brilliant and going the extra mile! From Sara and the boys! !

The room was spotless with a fabulously comfy bed. We stayed in room 5 and it had a lovely bathroom. There was a bottle of water, biscuits and tea and coffee making facilities. Good storage for clothes and plenty of space. The owners were lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

The shower was a little temperamental but we got there in the end with it. It would have been nice to have a small fridge and a dressing table with mirror in the room but these are just extras. Absolute brilliant to stay and would recommend to anyone.

The owners are lovely and go out of their way to help you out. The rooms are recently refurbished and the family room especially was clean, beautifully decorated with plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc and a big bottle of water which was a nice suprise. Bedding was crisp white and towels were fresh, soft and smelled lovely. Great value and a comfortable nights sleep, we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you x

this accomadation was the best B & B I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot all over the British isles Amanda and Nick the host were just so nice friendly helpful nothing to much trouble I am disabl;ed and the were so good with me even charged the batter on my mobility scooter we are going back in November

The owners could not be any friendlier! Perfect hosts, really looked after myself and my daughter....can't fault them at all!

The only thing I didn't like was we had to leave so early in the morning so didn't get a chance to have breakfast!

The hosts we're really friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely spotless. The bed was comfy and it was totally quiet at night. The Delamere is in a pretty central location close to The Tower, Pleasure Beach and Central Pier. What really made the extra difference for us was the care taken by the hosts. There were both hard and soft pillows on the bed. We were given a fan for the room without having asked for one, because it was an exceptionally warm night, and I got the impression that nothing would have been too much trouble. A fantastic stay. Thank you!

Rooms were beautiful clean tidy. On arrival the owners were lovely polite and chatty. Loved the little touches in the room tea/coffee biscuits. We will defo be back 😊

Only down fall to this property is if there's no spaces left on street the car park is 3 streets away.

The check in was very comfortable and easy. The owners are very friendly and approachable, happy to answer any queries with ease. Two beautiful and very friendly dogs on site, I really wanted to take them home with me

The service we received was amazing and we can't think of anything that needs to be improved. Thank you for an awesome stay.
