There was plenty of tea and coffee the room was cosy the bathroom was spacious. And we could leave are luggage at the B and b on the day we were due to leave so we could look around without carrying anything before we went to catch our train home .Also he was very kind enough to buy a hairdryer in so I could use it has I had forgot to bring my. And they is a pool table that you can play on for free which is good Upto about 11.30 or 12(midnight)

Peter was very accommodating, great hospitality. We had everything we needed tea/ coffee making facilities, kettle,coffee, milk and teabags. Also provided clean towels , shampoo and soap..Water was hot so lovely shower. It got a bit cooler in the night , Peter provided us with an electric radiator which kept the room lovely and warm.

Everything was good, especially what we paid.I didn't pay for a fiver star so didn't expect anything more.

The host was so kind and friendly. My kids felt at home, and the host went above and beyond for them, offering them bucket and spades for the beach :). It is a really nice family hotel. The beds was very comfy, and the room was nice and toasty.

The carpet has no underlay, in our room so you could hear everyone walking around, so it was a little loud at times.

They was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The room was cosy and clean . You was able to leave your luggage at the property either after checkout so you could still have a wonder around until it was time to travel back home. The fact you could play on the pool table for free . And you could play on it Upto midnight on the pool table as well.

It was clean, nice, cosy has everything you need for a perfect stay. The owner of the property has been amazing and made my stay comfortable. He goes above and beyond for his guest. Definitely a great value for money and maybe I will be back. Ive enjoyed it here and thank you for everything you’ve done to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

Nothing to not like.

Cheap and quick family get away, had everything we asked for, good location, clean and beds comfy! You get what you pay for and it was ideal for us. Kids loved it had a pool table you could use until late. The owner was lovely told us decent local food places. Lovely cafe at the end of the road

Nothing I didn’t like

Spur of the moment decision. Job in Manchester ended early so I decided to visit Blackpool for a day. Weather was so good I extended my stay by 2 days. It's a small no frills hotel rooms are clean Minecraft ensuite with tea coffee facilities. Bed was comfortable the towels were thick and soft. It's in a quiet street close to tram stop St Chad's Rd.

Our host Peter was lovely as always (this is our second time) for a budget hotel it is acceptable to our needs as we spent the majority of our stay exploring Blackpool so as long as we had 4 walls and beds thats all we needed

Our first night was met with a leaking toilet However we raised the issue with Peter and he got someone on the job immediately and the the issue was solved before bedtime

Pete was a lovely host very welcoming and hospitable nothing was too much to make our stay pleasant. Basically this place is cheap and cheerful don't come here and pay what is charged then expect the ritz. But what you will get is a lovely clean room with ensuite and a comfy bed! Would we go back again.... definitely!

Peter the host was a very nice and welcoming chap. The family room (2 adults 3 kids) was spacious and there was a door between the kids' room and the adults' double bed.

Some areas were a bit dirty or in disrepair, but nothing dangerous and everything as you'd expect from a budget weekend stay.
