The rooms are basic but sufficient, comfortable beds you get what you pay for to get your head down, the in house entertainment was really good fun, game of bingo if you like that sort of thing bar prices not too bad considering you are in Blackpool too all round nice stay, I would stay again and also recommend this hotel.

Bar was too busy at night we had nowhere to sit

the staff are very helpful and lovely and proffessional incl caterers etc.. bed was comfy , breakfast was amazing , the restaurants are very well presented. loved it over all, probably would return .

a few things , there was a dent in the wall , the shower door came off when I opened it but staff at reception sent Maintenance up right away which took 2 minutes to get to us , the room was very small , and last but not least on our last night here there was a naked man in his 50s walking up n down on the 1st floor corridor completely naked , now that was disgusting and should have had some self respect . wasn’t a nice sight at all. but that is nothing to do with the staff because the staff are amazing it’s just certain people who make the stay not as good such as that resident . Also rooms aren’t soundproof whatsoever all we heard every night was people shouting across corridors whilst people are trying to sleep.

The staff were brilliant to my sister who was 80 on the Friday of our stay, they brought the cake and sang happy birthday, which she loved. I brought a Lyndene Teddy and dropped it on the way up to our room, the staff watched the video and put up posters and gave me another teddy. I'm very grateful. X

I didn't like the fact that we never get a sea view room and we must live one of the furthest points of England to the sea. This doesn't just happen at this hotel but everytime I book a hotel, I always get a view of the back of hotels or the next road. It is very frustrating. Sorry to moan but lovely hotel.

I stayed here for 3 nights 22/25August. Hand on heart, the staff couldn't do enough for you. Receptionist I think her name was Taylor was so helpful, she changed our room because the original one was to hot and window didn't open enough. The entertainment was so good I would have paid to see them Breakfast was fab and lots of options. They even had a waffle making machine and fresh cream and strawberries. I treated my niece and her daughter from Ireland, and we never laughed so much Thank you I will definitely be coming back again. Sharon from liverpool👊👊👍

If I was to be picky, although spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned on a daily basis , It's a little dated. Other than that 100%

Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble...food was good with plenty of choice...room was small and stifling hot ..but I've stayed before and had bigger rooms..but.we did go for cheapest option but already booked for next time as the entertainment was brill have 3 acts each night and compere tom Collins give us a few songs....we went a few years ago and it was adult only.it now takes children 10 and older but not many and no problem ...the atmosphere was like a party with good friends....so well-done lyndene

The entertainment was great the bar area and entertainment room all nice clean and tidy Staff friendly and polite Plenty of hot water

The Room was a let down we booked a small double which we knew would be small but this was just bigger than a box room but we was OK with size but deco the bed the cleanliness all a let down carpet was dirty furniture tired damaged and decorating was horrible I know Blackpool hotels haven't had it easy but paint everything bright it was a dirty sand colour full of what look like grease patches on walls ceiling was dirty from a leak and bed linen not the best thrown better out bed not very comfortable Bathroom definitely not big and definitely not suitable Adequate for anyone of a larger frame/size

Breakfast was very nice and evening meals were excellent. There was a good variety of choices. Drinks from the hotel Bar was very good and the entertainment was excellent. Hotel room was very nice and comfortable bed, shower facility was great. From reception staff to bar and Washington staff was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly service. Outdoor seating area was great watching the world go by. It was our 4th time here and definitely returning back in 2024. Thanks Lyndene for our short stay. Steve & Julie Cresswell

Just a little problem was Saturday night waiting for our meal, Short staffed I think on that night.

We had a slight issue with the room we were allocated, was nice clean and cosy, but the floor wasn't level, and I need a level floor. (suffer from vertigo) We went to reception explained my issues. and after a while they allocated us a new room which was perfect for my grandchildren and myself, ( it was a basement room it was perfect and spacious nice warm and cosy and very clean.) They went out if their way to accommodate us, really pleased. We only stayes 1 night as a treat for my grandchildren, but could not fault it. Breakfast was ample and a bonus they were pancakes for my grandchildren.
