If you're looking for a hotel that doubles as a live-action circus, you've found your match! From the moment I stepped in, I thought I'd accidentally gate-crashed a gymnastics meet—kids were cartwheeling through the air with the grace of caffeinated squirrels, while the adults wandered around like they'd returned to their spiritual homeland. The bar staff? Lightning fast—service so quick I half-expected my drink to arrive before I even ordered it. As for the lift system… it's less "elevator" and more "adventure course." You go up to the second floor only to be sent down a flight of stairs onto a mysterious landing, then back up again. I told myself, if the fire alarm goes off, just leave me. Seems easier. The room? Clean and tidy, though the previous guest clearly thought the drawers were their personal time capsule. Easy to miss, of course—if you happen to be a cleaner with x-ray vision set to "off." Paper-thin walls meant that at midnight, my neighbors (in room 217, for those keeping score) gave me a front-row seat to their drunken soap opera. At one point, I thought they’d strolled into *my* room for Act Two. Things finally went quiet… until they got a phone call and started arguing with *them* as well. A true multi-platform drama. Sleep? Optional. But breakfast was the hero of the trip: cereals galore, a proper English fry-up, and toast with tea or coffee. A feast fit for a sleep-deprived zombie. Bonus: the TV in my room works brilliantly, as my unneighborly neighbors discovered when I cranked it up to maximum volume in my own little act of passive-aggressive revenge. The staff? Absolute legends—polite, helpful, and ready to apologize for things way out of their control. Blackpool may be famous for its tower, but this hotel deserves its own attraction status for sheer entertainment value alone. Bravo! 🎠The hotel proved to be an excellent choice for families with children.
No, all sarcasm aside. I loved that kids could be kids, and parents didn't have to suppress them from having engery bouts. But being there with my 15 yr old I can honestly say, I'm so glad all mine are grown up. Lol I really hope all those dancing which where staying at the hotel,as there was alot of comps, (we was there for UDO) did well, and we bet you looked amazing. I honestly do not know where you find the energy. X

Good breakfast Large room Easy parking Friendly and helpful staff Comfortable beds, slept great. Check in was easy and efficient, Nicola was really helpful, gave us the info we needed and directed us to our parking (less than a minute from the hotel). The guy on night duty was also very helpful and we felt very welcome. Will definately stay there on our next visit.
Room in need of some TLC but for the price its worth the trade off. It isnt for those that like to pick fault with their room.

Very Family friendly, no loud groups, Very Quiet Upstairs ( so in rooms), baby sleep and so does everyone else! 24/7 security and reception desk with drinks /crisps. Very nice breakfast, rooms comfortable with TV, kettle, tea bags etc also shower en suite with towels ( regular sized not too big ) but maybe bring own bigger towel if you feel you'd need an extra large, and bring own toiletries as not provided. Helpful polite staff, games room - snooker or pool/darts/table football, big seating lounge areas to meet up/ kids play or have a drink /sandwich in. Location 4 minutes walk to tower.
Nothing.

The location of the property was really good The breakfast was lovely The staff
The room was incredibly hot, no air con, although windows were open and radiators were off we was literally sweating and really uncomfortable with the heat. The mattresses were really squeaky and both adults woke up with sore backs and the mattress was uncomfortable. The duvet was like paper and although appreciated with the heat from the room I would like to think the duvets would be ABIT fluffier. The bunk beds we felt were a little unsafe (atleast the steps were anyway) The lighting where the bunk beds were was awful, although lights under each bed they were far too bright to have on.

Staff were friendly throughout the whole of our stay, room was perfect for the 4 of us, clean and the kids loved the bunk bed. We were able to park behind the hotel for the whole of our stay for a small charge, and due to the location we walked everywhere. Breakfast was lovely, we would definitely stay again.
The only slight downside was our room was the first in the corridor so it was right by the entrance door and at times we could hear people walking past and opening/closing the door. However this wasn’t a huge issue as we had a good sized room and would be happy to stay in it again.

Excellent location within Blackpool so central to all the main attractions and the pleasure beach is a brisk 20 min walk away or 3 mins on a tram! Staff welcoming and hotel was clean and comfortable
Bathrooms need re-sealed as it’s black and mouldy, more attention to detail when cleaning especially in corners of the room and in the bathroom. Hotel could do with a designated area for unloading at the front of the hotel on arrival as we felt quite harassed when told at 7.45pm at night that we would get a ticket immediately so then had to move the car after paying £14 for parking at the sister hotel to then have to carry heavy luggage albeit a short distance however this could be managed a lot better.

It’s close to the tower and amusements, perfect for my daughter. Staff were fantastic, directing us to parking. They even changed our room and gave us a room with a bath! It also has a lift to all floors, bonus if you’ve been walking all day and have lots of bags.
Some guests were noisy really late on which woke myself and daughter. Again on the last morning standing outside the room having a full blown conversation on the phone at 7:30. Not what you want when your child has been up through the night poorly. Not the hotels fault and they did apologise on the guests behalf which they didn’t have to. Next time we would just ask not to be close to the lift.
