It’s close to the tower and amusements, perfect for my daughter. Staff were fantastic, directing us to parking. They even changed our room and gave us a room with a bath! It also has a lift to all floors, bonus if you’ve been walking all day and have lots of bags.

Some guests were noisy really late on which woke myself and daughter. Again on the last morning standing outside the room having a full blown conversation on the phone at 7:30. Not what you want when your child has been up through the night poorly. Not the hotels fault and they did apologise on the guests behalf which they didn’t have to. Next time we would just ask not to be close to the lift.

Great location Staff are great really friendly and helpful, staff on 24/7 plus security, hotel has cctv throughout and double doors at entrance which you need key card to access to gain entry Comfy beds Very quite, I didn't get disturbed once had a great 2 nights' sleep Lots of reasonably priced car parking really close by, we didn't arrive until Friday 7pm (school holidays)and found a space no problem, paid £17 for 2 days. Breakfast was lovely and served fast Bar stays open late, but we never heard a thing, and we stayed on the floor above .They also let you take drinks up to your room. Large Seated smoking area/beer garden out the front, which is fully covered and can be used 24/7 for smoking and up until 11pm for drinks Ramp accses and lift Check out is 11am but late check out is available.

Nothing, only thing I will say it's a typical blackpool hotel,a little dated but clean these hotels/b&bs add to the magic of your trip to blackpool, you get what you pay for and this hotel is brilliant for the price

The beds where comfortable and clean. The in room facilities was well stocked. The breakfast was amazing . The serving staff could not do enough to help you. The breakfast was very well supplied with everything you could wish for

The hotel is "tired". The whole place would benefit from a coat of paint to "lose" all the chipped corners from impatient and inconsiderate guests. The bathroom.was adequate, just tired and patched up with a silicone gun! (Being a kitchen/bathroom installer this was particularly frustrating to me

Everything. Close to Promenade and lots of other places such as pubs , eateries and entertainment. Absolutely superb breakfast as well!

Only one thing and it is really picky ! It is that the room we were in had a small shelf above the sink in the toilet and it was too close to the sink so that if we wanted to wash our face at the sink we kept on hitting the shelf with our head. That’s it ! Told you it was picky! We have stayed there several times (and will be back) but that is the first time we had the problem with a shelf.

First time stay at this hotel but it won’t be the last.Arrived early but no problem for the lovely lady at reception.Helped with our luggage and stored it until room was ready.Car park is adjacent to property and there is ample space.Room was a little small but had everything that we needed, plenty of storage space for clothing. An excellent nights sleep in a very comfortable bed followed by a lovely breakfast.Everyone of the staff were very helpful and friendly.A very, very enjoyable stay.

There was nothing at this property that warranted dissatisfaction.

I enjoyed my stay there staff were friendly location was great facilities were good the room was spotless and smelt very clean must have had new carpets as that's the smell you could smell

There was a stain in the toilet and I had to unblock the toilet after I had thrown a small amount of tissue into the toilet after blowing my nose the bathroom light was a sensor timer so when I had a shower the light kept on going out every couple of minutes so that needs attention

Had to change dates of stay. Had to do through booking.com as 2 people we spole to on phone said it had to be through them as booked direct with them. Requested date change on app phoned hotel back and this time got through to a lovely lady based at the beech field sister hotel and she sorted it straight away for us. Another lady on reception also kindly gave me late check out on my last day to 4pm which was very kind. Bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was lovely.

Room was smelly. It was clean but smelly I don't blame the hotel for this it was like the last occupier of the room had took smelly takeaway food into the room and left it lying a few days in a bin or something the room and bathroom smelled of horrible chip fat smell. Apart from this everything else was fine and I would definitely stay at the hotel again. This was the only negative thing.

Family room was spacious and comfy plus each bed had its own bedside table plus two plug sockets and a nightlight which was great with teenagers wanting to charge phones etc . Pool table and football table in lounge area and good breakfast. Served by friendly staff as soon as you got your cooked meal they brought drinks and toast to your table .. Plus it had a lift .

Although we had two windows in room it was often too hot . Could do with fan at least.

Great location, far enough away from the chaos of the seafront, amusments, bars etc...but in turn only a short stroll to the thick of it, modern rooms, spacious enough for a family of 4, clean, plenty of storage space for clothes/bags etc...decent lobby area, again this was modern & spacious, plenty of drinks choice behind the bar aswell as a vast selection of soft drinks & snacks, bag storage available if arriving early and you can park in front of the Hotel whilst checking in, car parking will be explained to you then. All in all very good value for money, would recommend

Motion sensor bathroom light not needed, maybe change bulbs to a warm white instead of bright white Children under 12 to remain seated in dining room...felt like a petty rule to have in a "family hotel" to me. Whilst I understand some families/children aren't as well disciplined as others, all shouldn't be immediately tarnished with the same brush...

Absolutely brilliant, room clean and had towels, tea/coffee etc, staff great, helpful and friendly. Hotel literally 5 min from seafront and winter gardens. Keycard to enter throughout the night. 24 hour reception, parking (extra cost) available for however long you are staying. Breakfast brilliant - cereal /toast /tea /coffee then full 7 piece breakfast - absolutely lovely place to stay. Not at all noisy. Definitely recommend The Lawton Hotel to anyone.

That I had to come home.
