Close to Central Pier, and bus services to St Anne's. I booked three nights for £90 in a single room with shared facilities but was offered an en-suite when I arrived for no extra charge, as another guest had cancelled at the last minute. Shower, toilet, bed, tea/coffee facilities, and TV all great. Soap and towel provided. Ooohh - and complimentary biscuits! Honestly, I can't think of any criticisms or room for improvement.

Warm welcome, it was clean, offered us breakfast buns to order for the following morning, heating was on, plenty of tea/coffee/milk/towels etc. The couple that run The Clevedon are really lovely, we enjoyed a few alcoholic drinks with one of them, really nice to chat. Location was the best we have stayed at in Blackpool. Pay & display carpark across the road, £13 for 24hrs.

Walls a little thin, could hear people's TV & moving around but as to be expected from a building like that. The room was only small but comfortable!

Location was fantastic literally 2mins away from the winter gardens, the owners couldn’t have been any friendlier or accommodating, ample space even in the smaller room 100% will stay here again on my next visit

We booked a short getaway to experience the Blackpool lights for our children's joint birthdays. We are a family if 5 and had the most wonderful time. We were met by Malcolm and his 2 lovely dogs. Marholm was ever so friendly and helpful. We had lovely conversations with him and his wife. Our room was lovely and most importantly it was very clean. It had what we needed. The location of the hotel was a short distance to the beach and to the town centre. We couldn't have been more pleased with our booking

The whole experience from booking until departure was a 5* rating. The communication was excellent. Both Mandy and Malcom were excellent hosts. They made our stay at the Clevedon Hotel a warm and welcoming one. The room was spotlessly clean, warm, and a very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee were supplied, and even my favourite biscuits. Thank you so very much!

Malcolm seems a top bloke, had a laugh with him in a morning before we went out for the day. didn't see much of Mandy as she was busy but seems a lovely lady from what we saw. The location was perfect for us as It is close to the front and also very close to the winter gardens as we were going to see dirty dancing there. We would definitely stay again and recommend to any friends that may be looking at staying in Blackpool. Thank you for your hospitality 😁

Location great . Room was cosy, clean, and perfect for our stay. Appreciated the bar being open for a nightcap after a busy day exploring Blackpool. It gave us a chance to catch up with the most warm and friendly hosts Malcolm and Mandy ( and their little dog Milo ) Had such a great stay that we’ve booked to come again in September. Me and my 12yr old son stayed here 2 nights during October half term. The hosts Malc and Mandy are so friendly and welcoming. Our room was ready when we arrived. The location is fab. Parking right accross the road which is reasonably priced. Just a short 10 min walk to Coral Island. Bed was nice and comfortable and room was a good size and nice and quiet. We bought the breakfast bap both mornings with cuppa which was £3.50. Excellent value for money. Beautiful, really tasty. Choice of bacon or sausage plus egg or bacon & sausage. The bar is a nice feature as we chatted to the other guests and Malc and Mandy both nights we were there. The whole place is spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much. We'll definitely be back.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. It had really poor pressure.

The staff are really friendly and accommodating, happy to help us with any issues! They even left some sweets on our pillow for the little one whilst we were out. It was also in a prime location a two minute walk from the Blackpool Tower, so we were never far away from something to do.

Perfect location. Owners really nice people and always around to speak to. Lovely dog called milo. Breakfast sandwich tasty. Beds comfortable.all in all a really nice place which im sure we will return to at some point. Would highly recommend!
