Thay we got a key to the main door to enter when we wanted to amd come back in as late as we wanted to.

When we were there on the Thursday night there was a 40th birthday party in and we tried to enter the hotel and loads of people were outside the hotel and we had to squeeze past them to get in. Then when we went to go upstairs woth 4 lids a gang fr the party were just sat on the stairs amd took them ages to move. They where banging alpt and running up and down the stairs. We had 4 young children and thought this was wrong as we could have been told when we arrived and we would of known to expect it. Other than that everything was fine.

I have been reading through the bad reviews AFTER stopping there myself last night, I'm not being funny but all the people moaning have paid a fraction of what other hotels cost in the city centre, at the end of the day if you want to pay budget prices then deal with it, if you want to pay for 5 star, dig deep and pay a bit more, for the cost of the room and the facilities provided it's spot on, everything was clean, had a tv, coffee and tea and clean towels. Some people just love a good moan. Well done to everyone there, some people can't help but complain, it's the sad world we live in these days

We had great stay at the hotel I would recamend it to others, the staff wer friendly and the room was clean,

There was only a couple of things that I wasant happy about and that is when I phoned up to pay in full I did say that I was disabled and used crutches and that I would need either a ground floor room or if there was a lift I'd be fine, I was told that I would be put on the 1st floor and they did have a lift, yet when we got there and booked in it was then I was told yes there was a lift but we was put on the 3rd floor and the lift only went to the 1st floor also I mentioned on the phone that I needed a fridge as I am diabetic and needed to put my insulin in the fridge I was told something could be sorted out but on arrival was told they didn't provide fridges in the rooms so by the time i was due to come home on the Friday I wasant felling very well over the following weekend

Hotel is very central, less than a minute walk to Coral Island. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The alcohol is cheap and very cheerful. The room was decent size with adequate storage. Very clean. Toilet was spotless! Has an Indian Restaurant within the hotel, reasonable prices and very tasty! Service is great. Plenty of seating area at bar area and a pool table with 2 slot machines to pass the time too. For being central, it is also a really quiet area. Stayed over a weekend and didnt hear anything :)

The wifi and signal in general is very temperamental but ideal if you dont want disturbed from anyone!

Staff were very friendly and the vibe of the hotel was good. Hotel offers a stair lift for those with mobility problems and is also pretty easy to navigate. Location is great for the promenade and show venues! Late check in is also good and there is a bar downstairs too, which doesn't get noisy.

There wasn't any soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is very small and if a larger person was to have the same room they would struggle to close the door. Nothing can be changed about its size though - it's just something worth noting and maybe other rooms offer other sizes. There was also only one pillow per bed, though I didn't ask reception for a second I think it should be there to start with. The rest of the room was tidy. Just needs some TLC but it's a hotel that's definitely worth a try if just for the bed, staff and accessibility.

Next to the centre of Blackpool maccys down the road for kids £1 shop nice back street pubs 24hr bar handy for everthing I would go back 3***

I suffer with my breathing and ill health, so finding my room on the 3rd floor was difficult. With cases, signage is rubbish. You have only 2 pillows, and you have to pay for extra towels, also there is a £20 Deposit in the small print. No parking area, parking cost extra over night 18hours £12 on top of £64 hotel watch them parking attendants big fines I'd recommend this area to everyone this place needs lifts

the lady on reception was very friendly i think her name was rose quick check in with a smile the room was big enough with an ensuite bathroom and a comfy bed to sleep in i did come down for breakfast even though i booked room only as it was only £10,00 for all you can eat buffet style very tasty people should give it a try another bonus was the restaurant on site for a nicely cooked Indian meal again it saved me going out to hunt for somewhere to eat at night the hotel is right in the heart of Blackpool with everything on your doorstep should you want to go exploring i didn't as i wanted a quiet night away and stayed in the bar and had a few drinks before bed

everything was as expected and i had no issues at all

great location. we ate at the on site restaurant and the food was beautiful. never tried breakfast as we had to leave early the following morning but I could smell it being cooked and it smelt lovely. I booked a single room and for the price I paid I wasn’t expecting much but it had a modern/spacious bathroom , tea/coffee making facilities and a very comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean which to me is the main thing! My friends booked a family room for 6 and they too was very happy, their room was very spacious. I would definitely recommend and stay again myself when visiting Blackpool.

lots of seagulls in the area

Location to Blackpool Tower Ballroom and Winter Gardens. Lots of food outlets in area, close to Merlin Amusements and beach, but quiet too. Great cafe round the corner does an excellent breakfast Good atmosphere, lovely people, good hosts and very helpful. We've stayed a couple of times now and will do so again in the future.

Steps to rooms fairly steep. There is a stair lift up first few stairs but not ongoing to the rooms themselves. The ensuites were small. Breakfast wasn't anything special, precooked and help yourself buffet, also times too early for us.
