Excellent location with great views onto the sea from all windows. We stayed in the Fossil 2 bed apartment for our anniversary. We brought our own food and enjoyed a romantic evening on the private patio and conservatory looking out over the sea. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. The lounge had a reclining sofa, the kitchen a proper gas cooker. The bed was comfortable and cosy and the bathroom facilities very modern and clean. The apartment is lovingly decorated and you feel very welcome as you walk through the door. There is good parking and communication with the host was excellent all the way through. The views are just stunning and you can go for a walk to the beach straight from the apartment. It was very quiet and private, just perfect for our anniversary celebration.

There were a couple of minor maintenance issues such as a crack in one of the windows in the conservatory and the bannister on the patio was a bit wobbly. None of this was a problem and shouldn't distract from all the positives. There is a telegraph pole in the garden that spoils the otherwise perfect view a little bit. Also, the apartment is self catering, so you will have to bring all your food. There is milk in the fridge and tea / coffee, everything else you have to bring. For us this was absolutely fine as I am vegan and prefer to cook my own food.

The view was lovely. Good location. Had everything I needed, ironing board, hoover. the kitchen was very well equiped and cleaning products supplied plus t and coffee sachets and a delicious bottle of fresh milk. The apartment decorated tastefully and very well furnished. Nice welcoming touches. Bottle of wine with a note. The reception area also very welcoming with lots of information on the local attractions.

The views from this property are beautiful with steps down to the dog friendly beach a stones throw away. An excellent beach cafe a stroll along costal path. The enclosed garden is very dog friendly. They provide milk, coffee, tea etc. The kitchen has everything you might need and more. I had taken my own cleaning things, but these were also provided An excellent few days away, would definitely recommend.

Ideal location for our planned adventures,wondefully close walking distance to hive bay, shortish drive from home making it ideal for repeat short visits, well maitained , clean and tastefully decorated reflects owners pride in their propery

This place is amazing. We had an incredible time. It is very easy to reach the beach in a 10 minutes walk. By car you can reach beautiful spots such as lyme regis, durdle door etc. Also very close the botanic gardens and swannery that were a pleasant surprise. Dog friendly.

Twin beds mattress uncomfortable, cooker oven door seal gone and gas hob some rings not working. Curtains in double bedroom fabric threads worn. Feels like soft furnishings need updating and more attention to detail. Would I stay again unfortunately no.

A wonderfully cosy, homely lovely place to stay! Wish we stayed a few more nights. It really is a home from home which the owners had thought of everything to make it like living at home. We will be back and we will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends. Thankyou.

Great location overlooking the coastline. Brilliant if you have dogs, amazing beach walks and a private garden to let the dogs have a run around. Immaculate and very comfortable!!

Location was excellent - only 5 minutes from West Bay and Bridport. Beautiful view of the Chesil Beach from the apartment window. Nice touches like a handwritten welcome note from the hosts, some milk and wine as well. Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds.

The views are lovely. The facilities were very good and, although we only stayed for one night, there was milk and water in the fridge for us as well as clean towels and chocolate to welcome us along with a cheery message. We will certainly look to stay again.
