Excellent local inn with very welcoming staff. The Tiger is primarily a local pub in an excellent location just off the Main Street but at the end of a dead end so virtually no vehicular traffic passes the door. Only a small en suite room with a comfortable bed looking out onto a rear courtyard - room 6. Excellent breakfast laid up downstairs with an interesting choice of dishes. Not the Ritz but for us preferable and wish we had been able to become locals and enjoy the selection of beers available in the bar. A real local pub that Bridport should,d be proud of.

Small local inn where you immediately felt at home.

Good sized comfortable room ( king). Just off high street. Excellent quality hot breakfast- one of best we’ve had - choice of std cooked, veg cooked but also eggs Benedict, eggs royale etc. Quality local products such as lovely marmalades , jams etc Really nice free house bar with good choice of beers, wines etc No evening food but lots places to choose from 5 mins walk

Sadly no parking, although public paid parking nearby. No fresh fruit at breakfast can understand when not full not possible to offer fruit salad, but individual pieces of fruit on offer would be nice. Otherwise really great.

This hotel is in a perfect location,just a few minutes from the town,pubs, restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bar was lively ( it was a Saturday) loud which didn't bother us at all with a great atmosphere. The room was spacious, a big comfortable bed and clean and spacious bathroom. The only thing was that the room was incredibly hot even when we turned the heating down and it was freezing outside. I tried to open a window but couldn't work out how to keep it open so had to wedge a towel underneath the frame .This wasn't a big deal and certainly wouldn't put me off going back. ( Rather be hot than cold) the breakfast was great and plentiful with lots of tea and juice. We will definitely be returning in the summer.

There wasn't really anything to dislike apart from how hot the room was as mentioned above. But like I said I'd rather be hot than cold. You do also have to remember to lower the blind in the bathroom as not to shock the poor people who live opposite! 😁

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and clean and Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect too, central to Bridport shops and restaurants and the long stay carpark is literally a 2 minute walk away. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back!

Unfortunately had some very noisy and inconsiderate guests until the early hours also staying, but in fairness the soundproofing isn’t the best, I would just take some earplugs next time!

Wonderful staff and an excellent central location. Breakfast was fabulous, huge choice and plenty of it. Lovely fresh fruit salad was a nice bonus too , great service from Anna. Nice surprise to find our room had been serviced the next morning.

Private Party on Saturday night got very loud and raucous, and the abusive language that went on in the courtyard and bar wasn't pleasant. It didn't settle down till after midnight, but perhaps this is to be expected when staying over the pub. It wouldn't put us off staying again, as overall it was a good weekend.

The beds are so comfortable, I had the best night sleep. The owners and staff are absolutely brilliant. I extended my stay as I felt so comfortable and looked after. The Inn is off the main road so it's very quiet even in the day

Not so much dislikes. Where the Inn is situated means there is no parking however there is a long term carpark which is reasonable for 24 hours or longer. Again not really a dislike, it is an Inn so expect a murmur in opening hours

Friendly welcome from the staff, the location is just off the high street. The room was spacious and the bathroom large and the accommodation is spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is free WiFi and a wide choice for breakfast which is very good. We found the accommodation was very quiet which was surprising for a thriving pub. Very good stay and value.

Nothing.The Tiger Inn went beyond our expectations.

The proximity to the centre of Bridport - the perfect location for visiting the coastal resorts of West Bay, Charmouth and Lyme Regis. The Tiger had a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

Would have been even better if it served food for guests in the evenings. I had to book restaurants as we were an Art Club group and most people came on their own.

Very nice, friendly, lively and sociable pub with good lounge bar and lovely cocktail bar. Good location for eating places in Bridport, a pleasant town close to West Bay which is an outstanding location- impressive beach with sea cliffs above. Very comfortable room with great en-suite. Delicious breakfast included in the price. We had a fantastic weekend.

Nothing negative.

The inn is lovely and my room had a beautiful view of the Dorset hills. It was so welcoming to arrive there after an exhausting day. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good too and the owners/ staff were warm.

Because it's a pub and customers were talking in the court yard, it was very noisy until just before 11:00 and I needed the windows open because it was a warm night.
