Great location, close to pier and sealife center. Bedding and towels all very clean and comfortable. As a family of four we booked two double rooms which worked well for us. Rooms were compact (we booked one small double and one double) but had all we needed - iron, hairdryer, coffee machine. We spent most of our time out but good to have netflix to watch when back after dinner. There's a morrisons very close by if you need anything but enough toiletries, tea and coffee available in room. Hosts were quick to respond to call and email.

What a lovely place! Very centrally located near Brighton Pier, One Broad Street is the perfect choice for an escape to the seaside. Having some great facilities, such as a fridge, microwave and kettle, meant that I did not have to go out for every meal. It was surprisingly quiet for such a central spot, and the only issue I had with noise was from other guests coming back to their room in the early hours of the morning, but this is not the hotel's fault. There was a slight problem with the shower, but management sorted it out right away and even upgraded me to a better room to accommodate the repairs. Nothing was too much trouble, and support was just a quick message or phone call away. Staying mid-week also meant that the room was great value for money. I highly recommend staying here!

Locality great. Easy check in. Great communication from Jaqi and Michelle who were very attentive and friendly. Decor was nice and room was well appointed but very small, no bigger than a small double room in a house but that was expected and it was small but cute and very clean with literally everything you could need somehow all fitted into the small space. Cleverly done. Bed was very comfortable with great quality bedding. Arrived to balloons and a bottle of bubbly as I had explained we were in Brighton for a birthday weekend away. So that was a very nice surprise.

Room was in places a little bit tired and well used. Maybe a little freshen up needed but nothing major. Awkward if two staying to get in and out of bed if needed during the night due to beds position and only having access on one side so it meant one person having to climb over the other. Difficult to fill the kettle in the very small sink in the bathroom, this was the only sink understandably, but it was doable with adaption and using a mug to pour the water into the kettle.

Great value for money! I got a deal that worked out at £80 a night. I’ve stayed in places that cost double that and not as nice. The location is great, the little kitchenette was very useful. The bathroom isn’t huge, but I’ve never really understood the obsession with big bathrooms, you can see the size on the photos anyway. The bed was really comfortable!

The only issue was that I got sent the wrong key code for the room I was supposed to be staying in, the email said room 8 but it ended up I was supposed to be in room 4. It was all sorted out with a quick phone call and the person I spoke to was very helpful.

The bed was very comfortable and large. The TV was great for logging in to Netflix and other apps

Unfortunately we had no hot water and my wife ended up having a cold shower before we went out and I didn’t get to have one at all. Also the room was very cold and although we contacted and this was cured remotely the radiators only heated up in the corner as I believe they are full of air and need bleeding. The was no tea towel to dry up the cups and plates we used and washed up and very little kitchen roll left. But we did have hot water the next day to have a shower before we went home.

Cleaning staff were fab. Really helpful. The location is fantastic and exactly where I needed to be. Close to shops and the sea front. Really nice to have a small kitchenette with a sink, fridge, and microwave because I was staying for a few days. Found the bed really comfy and there were a few nice touches like the sweets and the shampoo/conditioner. Rooms are also quirky in a cool way!

Some amenities were a bit worn out but nothing major. A line in the tv was a little frustrating and the shower head bar came out when tried to adjust it. But apart from some smaller aspects everything was great

Easy find and access to location. Room was a really cool, quirky design. Loved some of the features such as the hooks and exposed brickwork. Everything was clean and fresh and all that we needed was available.

Due to location it is very near a busy club - obviously you could hear the music but this didn't bother us and stopped around midnight I think? The hotel provides eye masks and ear buds and the blinds create a blackout effect so there was a lot to make your stay more comfy if this would bother you.

The property is super ideal for a couple of days away from home / working in the area. Stay has a mini kitchenette. King size bed super comfy, exactly what I need after a late night work duty. Everything that you need is in your allocated room super spacious really enjoyed it. You get complementary water in fridge, complementary toiletries so you don't have to worry about bringing your own and honestly was a lovely clean space to be in. Would highly recommend. Mini supermarket up the road to get late night snacks or breakfast bits etc

Nothing that I didn't like, maybe providing an option for alternative milks but I think this is just a me thing and not an establishment thing.

Room 4. Everything was really lovely and I have already rebooked to stay again. I had everything I could need really and in was on the ground floor which made access even easier with a suitcase.

The only thing that maybe of a concern in the furutre was that there seemed to be a moldy or damp smell in the room after a big rain. I also wasn't that clear on the use of the TV/satalitte channels. I seemed to be using previous guest accounts and wasn't quite sure what I was doing, but it worked.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable double bed. There were basic kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, kettle, sink, crockery and cutlery). The bathroom was clean and fresh towels and toiletries were provided. The location was ideal for seafront access and walking distance to the local shopping areas. The hosts were very welcoming and made contact throughout our stay to offer help and assistance whenever needed.

I never realised how noisy the seagulls could be first thing in the morning! Luckily the host has provided earplugs for noise should this be an issue. As we were on the top floor we had to carry our cases up several flights of stairs. Might not be suitable for everyone.
