Lovely self contained appartment. Very nicely appointed. Very appealing

A few niggles. 1. The blinds in the second bedroom aren't long enough to cover the window compromising privacy and causing me to be woken at 5am by blazing sunshine. For the sake of your reputation and future guests, go to Dunelm and spend £60 on a decent window blackout blind that's actually fit for purpose. 2. The loo seat was fastened properly and came off. Easy enough to put back but it WILL come off again. Why? 3. The sash windows in the living room are drafty and noisy. You might not be able to do much about that but some curtains may help.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and a microwave. Shower was quite small, but all in all, acceptable for the price paid.

If you have a front-facing room, things can get a bit noisy due to a pub on the street, but it all goes quiet around 23:00. Room could have better ventilation, and the staircase is narrow and steep. Avoid the car park if you have a biggish car, as manouvering into it and out can be a challenge.

The staff are always brilliant and helpful. The room was clean. The location is ideal for the town centre.

property is showing its age but, as said above, the bed and bathroom are perfectly clean. The mattress in the bed (Room 7) is, for me, a bit tired and lacks support.

Location is ideal for the centre of Cheltenham. The room I had this time (16) was well-decorated and always spotless.

There are parts that look very tired but, as mentioned, the rooms are kept really clean and are, certainly in this case, very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly Simple system for coming in late The rooms had good facilities/ fridge, microwave etc good location and could park at the hotel

Carpets need a really good wash or changing Bin in my room hadn't been emptied My bed was very hard and uncomfortable

A great location, right in town. Only 10 minutes walk from Pitvill Park. Less than a minute walk to the shops. We asked for a room that was on the lowest floor possible as my partner has some mobility issues. The hotel staff let us leave our car for a while after checkout so we could have another look around.

Fridges in the rooms was a massive bonus. The tea, coffee and biscuit supplies. Fan in upstairs rooms. lovely helpful staff.

Very small bathroom, but it was clean. cold water tap was warm and didn’t get hot. Shower trickled water. I appreciate that renovations are taking place. Not enough parking. Also says tap water not suitable drinking water? so how do we fill kettle!

Hotel a little tired but fantastic for the price and somewhere clean, comfortable and a great location, good place to stay when you need to for a cheap price but not the hotel to be lounging in and taking in the atmosphere!

Quiet room with a microwave and a fridge, which were a nice touch. Staff were lovely and helpful. Comfortable bed.

Common areas were a bit shabby, especially the stairs to the first floor. Limited parking (that was full by 5pm).

Breakfast not included, however clean microwave, fridge & kettle with tea, coffee, milk & biscuits provided. Central location and parking on site.

Hotel bit ‘tired & dated’, but good price and clean particularly given location.
