The bed had a good quality memory foam mattress and pillows. location to town was good and the option available for a late check out for a small extra cost. car park very nearby £11 for 24 hours which I thought was very reasonable.

The crockery in the small kitchen area was dirty and I think this was as a result of the bathroom sink being so small. We also had am issue with the key card not letting us into the property following the collection from the sister hotel. This was quickly rectified but not ideal as the reception/checkin is a couple of streets away

Friendly welcome when collecting keys. . Room was very comfortable, bed was cosy. .loved having a wind0w that opened. .fridge,microwave a huge bonus. .t.v was great. . .shared bathroom was clean and airy. .right outside my room 22. . The bathroom was SO clean and I’m so grateful for that. The room was nice, wasn’t too small. I’m pleased that it was quiet at night too and it was walking distance from the high street. Definitely worth what I paid for.

I think it would be great if they air out the room every once in awhile because it smelled a little musty.

Everything was excellent. The staff were all so warm and friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms clean. Comfortable bed and an excellent location. Thank you. Next time I come to Cheltenham, I will definitely stay again.

Comfy bed and pillows, cheap, everything I needed for a quick stop over, perfect for a work trip.

This time around, there was nothing I didn't like, but it can sometimes be a little noisy, especially on the weekend.

Good location, clean room and courteous staff

Sharing the bathroom was the only downside to the lodging, there was no bathroom slippers to move from room to bathroom and back. Also, the towels barely covered my partner’s dignity.

Some of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, and the pillows are always just how I like them. The TV works well and the showers are hot and strong.

Noise from other guests, which can't be helped I suppose.

It easy to get to everywhere you have to go in town.

Didn't anticipate a shared bathroom. The bathroom was very clean, and sharing was not an issue, I just wasn't expecting it from the advertisement on the booking site.

After visiting check-in building I expectedbthe room to be awful. But it turned out to be clean, quiet and convenient. Very good value for money as everything was sold out for Easter bank holiday.

Parking was difficult and very expensive nearby.
