The staff were wonderful, and couldn’t be faulted. Breakfast was good, but I’ve had better. The duvet was too heavy and became too warm for a good sleep. I was tempted top ask for a replacement for the second night.

My anxiety began as I left the reception and made my way through a rabbit warren of doors and passageways towards the back of the hotel into the bedroom with no real outlook. Curtains came off the rail when the curtain stays were moved. Shower was quite good, but shower gel was reluctant to reach my hand . . . the holder was badly designed.

The staff were great. The lady on reception who checked us in, Steve on the night shift who had to deal with us coming back at 3am without keys and went out of his way to help and the breakfast staff. All were very helpful and catered to our needs in a friendly, efficient manner. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the pool and steam room, great way to start the day. Beautiful building and location. Thank you for our stay and the extra bits of help. :)

The mattress wasn't very comfy, everything else was great.

Staff were very friendly, from reception, housekeeping, leisure team and restaurant staff. The Chef was also able to accommodate my need for Gluten Free and Lactose intolerance

One small improvement I would like to suggest is to offer Caffeine free breakfast tea, just an ordinary variety as Tetley, as Redbush is quite a strong flavour however I did bring my own teabags, so I just went back to my room to get them, so just a minor tweak.

The breakfast was as good as you would get anywhere - and the host for my stay were both very good, in particular the lady on my first 2 days, before she went away on leave, were superb!

The bed in the Gleneagles room was terrible - it was 2 single mattresses pushed together and because of thegap and ridge between the mattresses, really uncomfortable.

Family room was spacious and comfortable. All was clean although my granddaughter, playing with a torch, did find a bottle top and packet of baby wipes under the bed! Bathroom was large and clean. Overall, had everything we needed and would definately recommend and we will return again when in area. Breakfast was very good and dining room was very pleasant. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used the pool which was excellent. Only 3 people in when we got there then after a short while we had pool to ourselves. Wish we could have stayed longer. Staff helpful and friendly.

Staff were excellent , lads in clubhouse bar went above and beyond every night and allowed me to dine in bar and watch sky sports as travelling alone instead of restaurant. Lady who runs breakfast was brilliant and was more than helpful and chatty in the morning offering to get in whatever i wanted for breakfast. All the food was fresh , hot and tasty ideal when staying away for 6 days.

Only grumble was breakfast starts at 7am bit late for me. Bathroom need to be modernised.

The family room was really spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the service impeccable. The reception staff in the hotel as well as the leisure club were extremely helpful and polite. They all went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I do not understand why the review score on Booking.com is only 6.9 as it doesn't do justice to the hotel & facilities. Even if some of the bedrooms might need a little bit of refurbishment, the overall experience is so much better than that!

The staff are really nice and always keen to help. The room was awesome. I have been staying there for a while and the staff call me by name and make an effort to know what i like. this is super extra and appreciated.

Nothing. I did not encounter any problems. No complaints or quams. All i expected was exceeded

We attended for our sons wedding and everything was perfect. The grounds were superb, weather fantastic and the reception room was outstanding. Our guest room was lovely, really clean and a good size. Good not fault anything.

Was a little disappointed with the barbeque food for the reception but that was the choice of the bride and groom. Not a lot for vegetarians.

The staff & food were excellent, as were the grounds & views of the magnificent golf course, especially from the superb lounge.

The beds were dreadful! So hard with cheap mattresses Could be greatly improved with buying toppers to go on mattresses for very little outlay. Room were a bit dated. Needed ground floor room. BUT THE MUSIC NOISE FROM THE PARTY WAS HORRENDOUS EVEN WITH EAR PLUGS! Had to wait till midnight for it to stop by which time we'd both got headaches & had travelled down from Scotland. Such a shame as lovely setting.
