Staff were very nice and rooms were clean. We slept very well, comfortable bed and very little noise. There is no restaurant on site, but a Hungry Horse a couple of metres away (we didn't eat there, so we dont know what it was like). We did have breakfast at Sainsburys, which is about 50 metres away. That was nice! We were given an 'accessible' room, even though we didn't need it or request it. I'm not disabled, so not an expert, but it seemed there were enough of hand rails and alarm cords. Local taxis seemed good value for money

We couldn't fault our stay there, but as I put in the 'like' section, we had an accessible room, but the shower was over the bath, and the beds would have been too low for anyone with mobility problems. perhaps anyone asking for an accessible room would get a different bed and bathroom. Not the fault of Purple Rooms, but there isn't a lot to do in the immediate area. so you will need a car/taxi to get around When I looked up local hotels on Gooogle maps, Purple Rooms were using the same photo as the Premier Inn just across the road. Because of this, I thought I was booking a room at Premier Inn, through a booking agent called 'Purple Rooms' My mistake, and not an issue as it turned out, but a bit 'cheeky'

The room had a sofa bed that my wife particularly found useful at times. The bed was comfortable and all was expected for the type of accommodation. Value for money compared to other properties about. There were plenty of venues for breakfast nearby - adjacent pub was good if you were willing to wait till 9am otherwise Sainsbury's cafe and Burger King were nearby.

The height of the bed was a problem for my wife - she could have done with a small step to make it easier to get in. The bath was also quite high and there were no grab rails to help.

I loved the hotel room10 stsrs👍👌 The staff wereso welcomin i dident want to leave,i asked if i could be a permanent resident,im definatley coming back in Febuary to stay for a couple of months,👌👍 I have never experienced such a high level of sevice or top quaility in my experiences of hotel life,im voming back herr again,its my home,i love it,i didnot want to leave as every area around the hotel is so convieneantly locates,Lake district,Yotkshire dales,Blackpool,and many other places,also the shoppig malls areust a alk away,im amazed,im speechless in the brdt possiblr way,the prices per room per night spot on,this plave is paradise,ROCK ON TOMMY👍👌🌟💎❤,LOVE IT COMING BACK FOR MORE.

Great size room really quiet considering it faced the Wacky Warehouse part of the pub. Staff were all very helpful, even got my tv to connect to Netflix. The room is very clean , heating you control yourself . The bed is very comfy .

Plugs.. 3 for the whole room , 1 for the TV and 1 for the kettle. Left one. That is on the wall with the TV . Nothing near the bed. Which is strange in hotels now . Was offered and extension lead which still would not have reached the bed. Breakfast is only from 9am as it is in the adjacent pub.

The bedroom was a good size, with comfortable beds. As a family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids, it was ample space with a double bed and two singles. Bathroom although basic was clean enough. It is located next to a pub which is cheap and cheerful. However across the road is a beautiful cafe where we enjoyed another lovely breakfast on the Sunday. For where we needed to be it was ideally located.

Haven't really got any complaints, we would come back again for a cheap and cheerful family stay.

Affordable basic hotel, clean with friendly staff. Close to points of interest, easy access to motorways.

needs some upgrading, power out lets are few, USB outlets non existent. The parking lots is not driver friendly, hidden behind a pub. Guests ignore no entry signs to exit against incoming traffic, the exit from the lot is.................well hidden.

Very warm and welcoming staff. Great size rooms for individual or couple. Well-stocked tea/coffee facilities. Great location, close to supermarkets and motorway, but traffic was quiet. Plenty of parking.

Corridors were noisy at times. Breakfast options were expensive - continental should really be included at that price. Towels were changed every day, so not very environmental. Some rooms were a bit dark.

Purple Roomz didn't have breakfast facilities but there was a restuarant/bar approx 150ft away that served meals

I know it stated a double bed and a double bed is what we got took bad because myself and my husband are on the larger side so struggled a but. We didn't have a plug for the bathroom sink so felt we were using more water also there wasn't a toilet brush so felt embarrassed when we went to the toilet

Quick and easy check in and out process. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and polite. The free parking is always a bonus; as was the location of a pub/restaurant right next door. Ideal after a long drive and meetings.

Early check-in does cost extra (£5 per hour). But not to worry, we simply left our luggage in the car and went for a meal next door until we could check in.

We didn’t have breakfast it was closed when we went Saturday morning around 8am so we went somewhere else the rooms were nice and clean tidy location was perfect for what we wanted to do we came up to Preston to see family staff was very friendly

Nothing you did was bad just sounded like a herd of elephants above our room our room was next to the main road so very noisy through the night
