Paid for executive room don’t think we’d cough up again for this . We were a little disappointed . A shame because minor improvements could so put things right . We stayed in room 12 .On arrival I noticed straight away there was just half a toilet roll in the bathroom . The grouting needs attention around the jacuzzi bath ….a quick job . There were no litte bottles of complimentary bath gels . A dispenser on the wall is no good to use for a bath . Executive ??? Not an expensive touch for customer satisfaction . The bedroom was very cluttered with furniture making it difficult to walk around the end of the bed on the left hand side . Had to be very careful not to catch your leg on the end of the bed . The bed wasn’t overly comfortable it was quite lumpy and the street light outside had the room lit up when it was dark . The car park at the back was great . The location was fabulous for town and beach we did both. Breakfast was great the women were busy but did fantastic job ….Thankyou . We would stay again but wouldn’t book an executive room not worth the extra money .

Everywhere was clean and there were good facilities including a bar, free WiFi and parking. The room was well decorated and welcoming.

Although clean the bathroom in our room was a little dated and could perhaps have done with a spruce up. We paid extra for breakfast which was a really good price but it wasn't clear from the menu what was included and what you would need to pay extra for. Not a massive issue for us as we only wanted the full English but if we'd have wanted cereal too it wasn't clear if we would have been charged for this. We didn't ask as it wasn't an issue for us but we overheard a family on the next table trying to work it out too.

The room was really clean and well looked after. Perfect for us and our two children and an added bonus that we could take our dog with us.

The parking is very restricted because of the way the parking spaces are laid out but due to the lack of space, I understand there’s not much they can do about it. The system they have works well, it just meant we were woken up at 6:30am to move the car.

Last minute hotel booking so made this reservation in a bit of a rush. Great staff lovely breakfast, its down a side street which give the benefit of a nice quiet nights sleep, but you could throw a tennis ball on the beech front / shops / restaurants so in touching distance of everything. Nice towel stack where i came in and everything was clean.

Nothing really, I travel on business in big brand hotels a lot and they don't have the personal touch of these smaller hotels. Your standard buffet breakfast isn't a patch on what you'll get here, and you wont get the care that these staff give.

Very close to beach , shops , bars and places to eat . We had a ground floor double room as had our 2 dogs with us , was ideal as easy to take them out and not having to go through the main hotel disturbing non pet guest and the 2 ladies at breakfast really made a fuss of them and brought them a bowel of sausages for there breakfast ( they did ask if it was ok first ) we thought it was a nice touch making the dogs welcome as part of our stay .

Nothing really , just the odd cobwebs if being picky

I arrived late into Cleethorpes and missed check in because I had booked a different property that I didn’t feel particularly safe in being a solo female traveller. I called the telephone number and explained, two employees came and got me into the hotel and assigned a room. Really great service! I worked in one of the reception rooms and received a warm welcome and great service. Really lovely staff and a lovely stay!

Couldn’t fault it!

I liked everything about this place. It had charm, great friendly helpful staff, lovely modern and clean rooms. We were given our key early. The suites are absolutely outstanding, a home from home, we had a wonderful stay here, feel really uplifted. It is only 10 mins walk from train station. Very close to fronts and shops.

The drinks in the bar were pricey!

Breakfast excellent, room and beds comfortable and warm

Have stayed several times here , it is always in doubt as to the opening hours of the bar in the evening, we were lucky and the receptionist remained on duty until we returned from our evening meal and could get a drink; this can not be guaranteed though,

Reception staff was soo nice and helpful, hotel is close to the sea side.

In the room, the bathroom doesn't smell well, shower, and the bathroom floor was dirty, and also the staircase on the side was very dusty. English breakfast was good but very small and if you want bigger you need to pay extra, there were no fresh fruits and vages.

Lovely room with a surprise 4 poster bed Really good facilities and pleasant staff. Breakfast was lovely too and if you wanted a larger one you just paid £3 extra Excellent location and within easy reach of the train station as we arrived by train. Would definitely go back there again and highly recommend it.
