Location, friendly staff & very clean

Arrived towards the end of breakfast & there was no sausages left. Had to settle for toast & bacon. Surely if breakfast is advertised as available from 7-9 am then everything should be available that whole time.

I went to see a show hence only staying the one night at this hotel but I can certainly recommend this hotel it was lovely. The location is a thrown stone away from all the local amenities. The hotel itself is spotless and had everything you need including toiletries in the bathroom which wasnt ecpected.The rooms are bigger than average and the bed were extremely comfortable. The lady on reception was really welcoming and could not do enough for you as well as been very attentive at breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will certainly be coming back. My only comment and it's not a complaint as I will certainly be going back is the breakfast times. The breakfast room is small and we all went down at the same time hence one couple had to wait. But maybe giving people time slots would help you in this area by asking people what time they would like once one time was full move to another slot. As I said its not a complaint just a suggestion to help you. Keep up the good work its a fantastic hotel and well worth a visit.

We had the balcony room at a great price on booking.com Staff were really friendly and very helpful. They couldn't do more to make our stay as nice as possible. Breakfast was nice, lots to choose from. The room was very clean, little chocolates left in room. Location was really nice, great views. Myself and my husband will be back next year. Highly recommended.

The only thing that we thought was a disadvantage, was the amount of noise you could hear. You can hear everyone in each room next to you. But apart from that the stay was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff.Remember, this is a budget hotel but they have gone out of their way with providing tea and coffee in the room. Even a few sweets on the bed. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. We did not hear any sounds from outside. Breakfast was decent and the lady working in the kitchen could not do enough to help. The hotel is just a few steps from the main road and a couple of minutes from the seafront. We needed to stay an extra thirty minutes and asked the night before. "Not a problem, we will ask the cleaners to do your room last" Nice, considering a number of chain hotels now ask for an additional payment

Not an issue for us but the only fault we could refer to is the narrow staircase. Might be a little struggle if you have a large suitcase. However, the man on reception offered to carry our cases - so even this is not really an issue.

We have stayed here before and needing to be in Cleethorpes for one night, visiting family for a couple of days, we booked again. As before we found the hotel excellent for our needs - clean, comfortable, a good breakfast, economical, and staff very friendly and helpful. Yes, there are hotels with better facilities but you pay for them. We'd come back here again if we just needed an inexpensive place to stay which provided a clean comfortable room and a tasty breakfast, all with a friendly smile and a parking space!

Very little indeed ! Perhaps only no red button/text service on the TV. All else was very good and as we expected!

First of all we had a really good welcome I contacted them b4 I got there they saved us allocated parking space for my disabilty badge when we got there I had upgraded to standard double but due to visiting for my gilfriends birthday they gave us the executive suit with balcony and sea view. it was exceptional the cleanliness of the room and throughout the hotel was impeccable I've been to 5 star hotels and this beats most unless you require swimming pool. Breakfast was oriental as was cooked perfect. My freind phoned to make special request of cake to our room and they delivered it perfectly and the cake looked home made which made my girlfriends birthday . We had a fridge with water and chocolate samples and any request we asked they met. Service was always with a smile. Tbh I love cleethorpes but to us it's the hotel itself that made it the best holiday we have ever had. Mother and son run it and also staff that live close was outstanding in the way they represented themselves but at the same time making us feel special. If your considering cleethorpes do not miss out on this hotel.

1 bit of advice I would give is if you book the small double then expect you will get a 3 quarter bed which is a small double. Personally I feel it is made for someone on there own rather than a couple. Thanks once again we will book again soon 😊

The room was very comfortable and very warm thanks to the efficient heater. We also thoroughly enjoyed using the shower. The staff were very accommodating, providing gluten free bread and dairy free alternatives. As for the breakfast, it was ideal. They provided so much as far as quantity and choice, and were attentive throughout; from replenishing the food promptly to making your hot drinks.

One or two cobwebs on the ceiling, and a pillow that needed replacing. Pillow was replaced and the ceiling cleaned after mentioning this to reception.

We stayed at The Burlington Hotel in Feb 2024, and we absolutely loved our stay there. The room was very clean and met up with our standards. The location is also fantastic and easily accessible, it is right across the beachside. There are pretty good restaurants around the area for lunch/dinner. The breakfast was included in our stay, and there were quite a few options to choose from. The staff were also really nice and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and you won't be disappointed!

Our rooms were clean, very comfortable and quiet. The en-suite was modern and again, very clean. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, both continental and cooked. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.

The only slight problem we encountered was with our shower. It would suddenly turn cold for a minute before warming up again. It is also worth noting that there is limited parking at the back of the hotel, but there is the option of parking on the road outside the front.
