The location is amazing. An easy flat walk to nearly everywhere. There is a pub next door but in all the area was very quiet. Noel gave us full , easy instructions on how to locate & access the property. The room had tea, coffee facilities & was exceptionally well presented & clean. The balcony is small but charming with double doors leading on to it and opening on to the market square, car park below.

The room is quite small so there is no room for bedside tables and apart from a small corner bar there is nowhere to put your mug of tea/ coffee to sit and enjoy it.

Perfect location for visiting Darmouth Room - small room which was okay for a few days. Room clean & tidy with everything you could possibly need. Clean bedding & clean good size towels

Bed a bit to soft for my liking (personal references) Bathroom - only has a fixed overhead (forest head) shower head. Parking would be a nightmare in the summer months The real negative to staying here for us is the pub two doors down, lots of noise from people going to & leaving the pub in the evening plus Saturday they had what sounded like a live band late afternoon & then a disco in the evening which could be heard quite clearly from inside our room.

The property was very nice and the staff where incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and central to town we opted for a room with a balcony and sitting out with the fairy lights on with music drifting up from the town below will now be one of my favorite memories. Water pressure great, loved all the helpful little notes around the room as well as the addition of milk and a fancy coffee machine in the room 10/10 higgky recommended

The location was great and a bonus we got to park right outside, loved the the little balcony.

Would have liked a full length mirror in the room and a dressing table to sit at to dry/style hair etc. The shower cubical was quite a step up and having had a couple of joint replacements made this a little tricky to navigate.

The room at Milpool house was perfect, right in the centre of Dartmouth with parking right outside. It was warm and cosy, and the balcony was a perfect place to sit when the sun was out. Close to the river and all bars and restaurants, we didn't use the car once during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great find to friends and relatives. We will definitely be back.

Nothing not to like!

Lovely room and complimented by a modern bathroom and period balcony overlooking the old market. The location provides just a two minute walk to the harbour, river and local shops. The balcony is perfectly positioned for afternoon sun!

Parking was a challenge but good advice from owner on safe parking once unloaded. The nearby pub was a bit noisy as we stopped on a weekend but it provided a nice atmosphere and credit to the owners by 23:00hrs all was quiet.

Loved the location, close to all the amenities with the added bonus of having free parking just in front of the property

I found the bed to be a little too firm and there’s was no bin in the room for our rubbish ie when making a drink , teabags etc

Perfect location. Room was lovely - full of character. Tassimo, hairdryer, towels, iron all included. Lovely quality bed linen.

My ground floor bedroom was right on the street and on the Thursday night there was quite a bit of noise and music from the pub next door. Settled down around midnight and didn’t bother me too much but perhaps a consideration if you’re needing an early night.

Great location, nice room, modern furnishings.

Room was almost perfect, just struggled with very little surface space for personal items. Milk was also off and kept in a bottle with a slightly rusty lid, however this was quickly resolved by the owner who was very friendly. None of these issues dampened the experience. Would stay again.

Very clean, with a comfy bed and good shower. The balcony was nice place to sit in warm weather. Even tho the accommodation is located opposite a small car park it was quiet, even on the Friday market morning. Fantastic central location.

The room isn't huge, so fine for a short stay but may feel a little cramped for 2 people if planning a longer trip. Parking a little challenging, but that would be the same anywhere in central Dartmouth I think. However I would definitely recommend and would book again.
