The room was slightly smaller then what we had expected, but overall it was lovely, cosy and warm. The location is nice, right next to police station but there wasn't any disruptions during our stay. Receptionist was lovely, helped us extend our stay and provided us with all the necessities that we needed throughout our stay. Lovely area and the hotel is nice and cosy, beds are super comfy and rooms accessible.

When we came into the room there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, this was from the drains, my partner managed to get rid of the smell. The shower honestly only had the settings hot or cold, very easy to knock it and make the water ice cold or scorching hot. Only other issue is how close the fire alarm was to the bathroom door, I like to have hot showers, accidently set the fire alarm off as it was right next to the bathroom door. Parking is also a slight issue we took our car and were constantly worried about where to park.

Modern build inside, spacious, smart TV 📺 kettle with a few items to go with it. Put drinks in the fridge, and they were ice cold. The cost was £50-£55 per night. Shower all modern. The perfect location is very close to a cafe which opens 7am. Everywhere in the town was closed at this time. Very close to the train station. Location quiet and Police station on the same road. It is important to learn about the bus stop outside the guest house. Dover Castle is worth the visit e.g. buy the tickets, there are a lot of different buildings inside the castle wall 🧱

Dover is a poor place, they closed down kfc, McDonald's. Lots of very quiet shops e.g. gregs, Be extra careful when walking 🚶‍♂️ around with luggage 🧳 and don't wear tourist clothes.

Recently renovated, so all looks like new still. Room had lots of useful things in it: Smart TV and kettle with coffee, chocolate, cookie, and porridge for breakfast as well as a water bottle. Location is useful as lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Two car charing points in front of the hotel, so great if you drive an EV. I was able to leave the car there overnight while charging, and had a full charge next day.

Internet was a bit poor with constant disconnections. Water pressure in the shower was not great. Someone had smoked in the room before us. There isn't any hall or common area in the hotel.

great location, short walk from the train station and close to everything in the town centre. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was very clean, smart tv, hot chocolate provided. check in/out was easy, was even able to check in a few hours early as my room was ready. a spacious showers despite a small bathroom. USB charging ports.

small/odd bathroom configuration, but that's not the end of the world. road noise/foot traffic was really loud. no bedside table, again not the end of the world just pretty annoying. bottles in the shower not labelled so I don't really know what was in them.

Location is perfectly safe cos police station is just the opposite location. Walking distance when taking train or coach which is quite easy to get to Dover Pier, Dover Priority Train Station, Downtown coach. Easy to find a way, hiking up to Dover Castle & Height grassland (can see France from far distance away)

Room is a bit smaller but it's quite acceptable when comparing to London's hotel (I have a single occupancy myself).

Our car had broken down on the way to Dover to catch the ferry to France and we couldn't get it fixed until the next day which meant we had to stay over in Dover. We booked the ATIS- Park Inn very last minute and the staff that greeted us were very accommodating and friendly. They could tell we'd had a bad day, it was hot and they straight away offered us a bottle of water each. The hotel is bright and clean, the rooms had everything we needed and it was only a 5 minute drive to the ferry port the next day.

Great location in Dover close to town centre while quiet. Bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was ideal. Reception is open until late and they communication was easy-going.

I cannot actually figure out anything wrong. The room is small but good enough to spend the night in. Access to floors via lift and stairs; quiet building and surrounding areas. Like I said everything appeared as someone could expect.

The ATIS is a very new hotel vey white and clean with lift and thick carpets. Great location easy to find with free parking off street. Take aways and small shop next door and nore less you have your own fridge in your room plus coffee, hot chocolate and porridge for breakfast!

It was a bit hot but the air-conditioning did the job so no complain about that.

Receptionist was exceptionally helpful to us. Facilities provided in the room were complete with a mini fridge. Pot Oats for breakfast. Thank you for the kettle and generous tea cups. Washroom was clean. Building looked newly refurbished. We have given 8 simply because the bed was too close to the wall/ window on one side and getting in and out was difficult. All else was perfect for a short stay. Thank you.

It was very good value for money, super easy check in and we were allowed to check in early as well. The fridge in the room was nice and the extra’s very lovely touch. Shower was amazing and bed was super comfy.

A few things were a little dirty, nothing major but noticeable. We also couldn’t get in when we arrived late at night, but someone was very quick to help us. But for the price it was a really good stay.
