I liked the central location of the apartment as I reached all attractions in the city by feet. Many restaurants and supermarkets are nearby (2-5 minutes). The room was very clean and cozy. I would come back due to the great kitchen, bed, and location. Also, thanks for the tea, coffee, milk, and chocolate, and for borrowing the adapteur. :)

Hair drying was only possible in the living room. Unfortunately, the room was located near a noisy bus stop, so I had to wear ear plugs during night. Nevertheless, I would come back and book an apartment to the other side of the buildung (side: Richmond street), if possible.

Absolutely fantastic location; close to all the Old Town attractions, and a pleasant walk to Waverly Station and Prince’s St. Also close to the University of Edinburgh. I appreciated the option and cost effectiveness of cooking at the apartment, which I did most nights with my daughter who is a local student. There are laundry facilities onsite (accessible through an app) as well, which really made for a comfortable stay. The room itself was cozy, clean, super quiet and efficiently divided into 3 levels joined by steps, something to think about for anyone who might have mobility issues. All facilities modern and well appointed. There was also a charming city (street) view and window seat for watching outdoors. Truly a memorable stay; I would absolutely stay at KM again. the apartments flooring is made of wood and it just makes it difficult to walk around in hallways and in the room quietly. I know it’s an old building but if you’re a light sleeper, then you won’t appreciate the squeaking noises.

It was a good stay, location is great (easily walk-able distance from the main objects, restaurants and shops). Receptionists are nice and polite (also it is an advantage that reception is 24/7), studio for 2 was good to stay. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen equipped well. Cleaning was provided daily.

The window in the 1st floor of 2 floors studio was blinded, therefore it was a bit unexpected as in the picture window was showed transparent. and it made the studio a bit dark during the day, we had to use light all time. We asked to change the room, but were informed that hotel is fully booked and there are no such possibility. Our neighbors were students (as probably most of guests) and they were a bit loud during the late evenings.

Great location (although not quite where Google maps put it, other side of the road and down a bit, look for the grey arch), neat apartment with friendly staff. They kept my luggage safe for the morning before I was ready to leave for the afternoon which was helpful and good comms on Booking.com msg function.

It wasn't that obvious on booking that it's in the same building as Uni student accommodation, it was fine for me, but some might not like that.

The location was fantastic, check in and check out process was very smooth. Pleased to find biscuits and hot chocolate in the amenities. Shower gel etc was a very good quality brand. But the highlight was the staff, Daniella checked us in with a warm welcome, ensured we knew all the essentials and offered to walk us to our room. During the check in we mentioned we were visiting for our anniversary, on our second night we returned to find prosecco, chocolates and a note in our room which was the nicest personal touch. We really appreciated the extra effort. It was perfect!

I have no complaints. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and stylish.

A clean, modern and comfortable apartment there was only 20 minutes from Waverley Station. We stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert so we were only a 30 minute walk from the tram stop to get us to Murrayfield Stadium and then it was an hour walk back. The staff who checked us in were lovely and accommodation and couldn’t have done enough to make sure we had the best weekend.

The street was slightly noisy outside due to traffic on the cobbled road, but that’s something you can’t avoid in a city centre and definitely didn’t ruin the experience or my sleep!

This was the cleanest room I have ever been to. There were coffee, tea, hot chocolate and milk for the guest to use. I would stay again! The place is walking distance to everywhere and buses go frequently nearby. There are also a few markets in the same block from which one can fill the fridge in the room.

There were no outlets nearby mirrors which made the hairstyling more difficult. Also, there were not really a floorspace to keep the luggage, instead, there were a lot of drawer space.

Fire alarm went off so stood outside about 30 minutes. Went into reception to keep warm and sat there about 30 minutes only to look outside and everyone had gone . Was told we could go back to room but alarm would still be going off. To which I thought if there is another incident how would I know if alarm is already going off. Went in to town for a bit and phoned hotel to see if the alarm had stopped but was informed it was still going off. All in all must of been out of room about 3 hours

We had a mezzanine apartment booked for my other half’s birthday. This style of apartment was very cool and different, as having the bed above the kitchen area was very cosy. There are two TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom, and lots of storage in the bedroom. The bed was also very comfortable. Couldn’t fault the facilities!

Check in is rather late at 2pm. When we arrived at 13:45 or so, the room was not ready, which is fine as we were early. Reception said they would call to let us know when the room was ready. We left to go and grab a drink nearby. It got to 14:45, and we had not received a call, so we decided to head back to the hotel to ask. When we arrived, the room was ready, but we had not been called. Thankfully they had taken our bags, so we were not encumbered whilst out and about.
