the rooms were big and there was plenty of space! it was very clean and the staff was super nice and very helpful whenever we needed help. The location was great as well there were a lot of options to go grocery shopping, to get food or whatsoever. and the train station was just a 5 minute walk away.

you sadly couldn’t open the door to the balcony in one bedroom and the living room was always cold (we were there in February) even tho the windows were all closed.

This is our second time staying at Lodge Apartments during our trips from the States. We really like the location. It is easy access to buses, trains, food and grocery stores. The apartment is exactly what we need for a small family and the service is fantastic. We had issues with our luggage from the airlines and the manager was wonderful and accommodating (especially when the delivery times were ridiculously late).

Apparently a new club opened in the back lot behind the apartment complex. They were a bit loud, and on several occasions, they had burn-out sessions after midnight. They were run off pretty quickly, and it is not the fault of the apartments, but it was very annoying.

Good location near Palmers green station and the shops. Easy check in and check out had everything we needed as a base to visit family. Very clean. Good bathroom and kitchen for family

The blinds were broken in the living room as was the sofa bed. Wasn't a problem for me as only 1 person sleeping on the sofa bed but if it was a couple then it would be. The blinds would need replacing as light sleepers may be bothered by not being able to block out the light

The apartment was exactly as described and met expectations. The location was a little far from points of interest, but bus service connecting with the Underground worked well for us.

The only discordant note was that when we returned around 5pm on our 3rd day in the apartment, we found the door unlocked and most of the lights turned on. It was very unsettling to think our possessions were exposed to anyone in the building. A member of the staff appeared a few minutes later and explained he was supplementing the number of pillows in the bedrooms, which indeed he was doing. None of our possessions were missing or appeared tampered with. While I understand that the owner of the apartment may have the right to seek assurance that the property is being used in accordance with the rental agreement, it is beyond comprehension that staff would create a situation in which an apartment is open to anyone who happens to be in the building.

A very spacious and well equipped apartment, according to the descriptions and expectations. For access, I found the keys in a box with a code that was sent in the morning of the check-in day. The center can be reached by buses 121 or 329 to the nearest metro and then by metro. Approximately 35 minutes to the center. Bus station very close. Also very close you can find a store with very diverse food products at good prices.

Staff is helpful and friendly. There was room cleaning service during our stay. Overall the rooms are clean, especially the bathroom. The location is perfect, you can either take the bus line 121/329 to Wood Green for the underground to central London or take the national rail.

One of the windows in the living room couldn’t be locked, this leads to some safety concern. Nearly all the blackout curtains in the living room had some problems, which cause some inconvenience.

Spacious, clean. There's a washing machine, great bathrooms, quite modern. Location is within easy commute. Comfortable beds. Few consumables such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, extra bin bag, coffee and sugar sachets.

Just a few small things...furniture is worn, especially couch. Buttons missing from cooker so couldn't get hob to work. Noise! there's a metal manhole on the entrance to adjacent public carpark, it rattled loudly every time someone drove in. The skip company driver honking the horn repeatedly to be let out, get him a fob!! No large trays to cook pizzas. Doors in hallways held open with fire extinguishers, fire hazard. Couldn't open sliding door from bedroom to balcony, left the room stuffy and I'm sure this would also be a means of escape.

Easy to find, secure free parking with additional reasonable parking nearby. Welcoming, helpful staff, Lift and wide doorways make it very accessible. Quiet location with frequent straightforward public transport link into London. Everything we needed was provided including good hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fridge freezer with ice provided, ability to control central heating ourselves, great showers, nice toiletries, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and enough toilet roll and bin bags. Travel cot was provided with linen all made up and was perfect for our 3 month old.

Sofa was fine but a bit shabby and not the most comfortable, (no headrests) Balcony door lock was faulty so it didn't lock but as we were on second floor it wasn't a problem for us. Washer/drier mostly worked fine but last couple of uses seemed to get "stuck" before drying cycle finished. No lighting over the dining table.

The Location of Lodge-Drive Serviced Apartments is the major selling point, with adequate parking for visitors who came to see us. There were lots of shops around making it easy to get items that we needed - Morrisons, Sainsbury and a number of local stores helped meet our needs, and the McDonalds was just across the street from the Apartment.

The Light bulb in the Master bedroom was faulty and this wasn't fixed until we left.
