My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Dawyk Beech. The communication and service from Nigel was exceptional - they were great with being accommodating around our check-in time and kept us well informed on the time our room would be ready. We got a very warm welcome with clear instructions on the property. Nigel also went completely above and beyond with a shoe emergency we had at a wedding and he quite literally saved the day. I parked on site and my car was very safe. Would highly recommend Dawyk Beech.

Neil greeted us as we arrived and gave us a lovely tour of the property, making us feel right at home. There was a fan in our room as it was a hot day, which was much appreciated. The room was very clean, it had everything we needed. We only stayed the night, but could have easily spent longer as it had every thing we needed and was very comfortable. We spent some time in the garden after our very long journey, which was peaceful and relaxing and helped to unwind. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Lovely room and view of back garden. Good parking.

As before, when stayed, regular banging noise every several minutes when trying to sleep at night, sounding like chrome door handles banging against doors. Not a major problem. But, this time, woken up at 7 am by very loud ,non-stop laughter and chatting of other apparently regular guests in dining room for an hour before we were due to rise. Obviously not considering other guests in property.

Good location for our requirements. Setting of Guesthouse was lovely, it was great to hear the birds singing in the morning and we had a lovely view of the garden from our room. We were greeted by Nigel our host, as if we were old friends - thank you Nigel. Great selection of tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and bottled water, and biscuits in room. Bed comfortable, so a really good nights’ sleep. Plenty of selection for breakfast but we could only manage a light breakfast, shame as the full English looked amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great off road parking and independent access to the rooms, separate from the family house. The host was great and helpful and cooked a lovely breakfast. Love that bacon! We had the upstairs room that had a lovely view over the garden. Great to have a bath and a separate shower. Loads of storage in wardrobe and drawers.

Nothing really. Perhaps a coat hook on the wall by the door would have been a handy extra.

I received a warm welcome on arrival and my room was clean and comfortable with everything I could want. Breakfast was delicious and set me up for the day, I really appreciate the gluten-free alternatives provided for me. Overall a very relaxed and homely place to retreat to after work, I would definitely book again.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was a very good size. The en suite was a wonderful size too. The host was welcoming and showed us everything we needed to know so it was seamless.

The only issue we found was there were no hooks to hang clothes from or coats. But this is very minor indeed.

Lovely guest house within 5 minutes of Fleet high street and 10 minutes to Farnborough Air Show. Nigel, the owner, is very friendly and informative and keen to look after you. He also makes great bacon sandwiches! Easy off road parking.

The only problem was that the toilet didn't flush properly, but Nigel is going to fix it.

We only stayed here one night because we were visiting friends in the area. Our hosts were helpful, accommodating, and approachable. Our room, a triple, was perfect for the three of us, and a bonus was a spacious bathroom w/ tub. We did not have breakfast, but it smelled wonderful. Wish we could have stayed one more day :)
