Good location for our requirements. Setting of Guesthouse was lovely, it was great to hear the birds singing in the morning and we had a lovely view of the garden from our room. We were greeted by Nigel our host, as if we were old friends - thank you Nigel. Great selection of tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and bottled water, and biscuits in room. Bed comfortable, so a really good nights’ sleep. Plenty of selection for breakfast but we could only manage a light breakfast, shame as the full English looked amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great off road parking and independent access to the rooms, separate from the family house. The host was great and helpful and cooked a lovely breakfast. Love that bacon! We had the upstairs room that had a lovely view over the garden. Great to have a bath and a separate shower. Loads of storage in wardrobe and drawers.

Nothing really. Perhaps a coat hook on the wall by the door would have been a handy extra.

Nigel was the perfect host and could not do more to help. The room is very spacious and there is plenty of clothes space. The breakfast was plentiful and although I did not try the cooked breakfast, I'm sure that would have been the highlight of my stay. I've booked again and hope to do so for my future visits. Thank you Nigel for everything and it was genuinely a pleasure to stay with you. I'll be back!

Ease of access, lovely garden. Friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast. Clean and modern bathroom with quiet extractor fan. Plenty of outlets with USB charging. Clean fresh linen and decent pillows that don’t leave you with a stiff neck! Liked the communal bookshelf! Nice touch.

Shower riser could do with being a little higher to fit tall people (6ft) The soap packs are a little fiddly.

Tasty, various options to meet dietary needs, quality breakfast. Attentive host. Beautiful gardens. Welcome tray for hot drinks, bottle of water and biscuits refreshed daily. Good shower, quality towels and toiletries. Adequate, safe, off-road parking. Quiet location, handy for town and countryside. Small supermarket round the corner and pub serving meals 50 metres away.

Hosts were very polite and welcoming, we were visiting family locally in Farnham and this was a short drive to stay over. The room was very clean, came with a bath and shower which was great for getting ready. It was also a very warm day so we were provided with a fan in our room to help keep us cool. We visit family often and we will be staying here again for sure.

Nigel was able to provide exactly what we needed for breakfast, with the option of a full english breakfast. In fact, we needed only scrambled egg, toast and bacon, all of which was excellent. The room was very comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and lovely crisp linen, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits, and a beautifully hot shower. Excellent in every respect.

Everything, there isn't one negative I could give. The host was lovely and friendly, very helpful, the accommodation was beautiful, it was exceptionally clean, extremely comfortable, value for money and beautiful area/surroundings...

Comfortable ground floor room at the back of the house with lovely outlook onto large mature gardens. Good cooked breakfast and prepared as requested, according to individuals' chosen times. Quiet location in a residential area but within easy access to main driving routes

Nice fresh bed linen but, as the weather was so hot at the time, a cooler mattress cover would have just put the finishing touch to the lovely comfy bed.

My room was an excellent size , spotlessly clean and had a lovely garden view. Nigel the host was very welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. I would 100% recommend and would definitely stay here again if in the area. 10/10
