My husband and I got sick during a long awaited vacation to N Ireland and the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They gave us pitchers of water with ice (yes we are from the US), real milk for our tea and offered to upgrade us to a larger room at no extra charge (we were too exhausted to move). All in all, the staff embodied northern Irish hospitality. On a more ordinary level: The property is very centrally located in town and has a nice restaurant. It is clean and comfortable. Parking is a breeze. There is a cute little pub with traditional music across the way that we didn’t get to visit - but which looks fun.

The hotel parking wasn't available as there was a fair on. This should have been communicated beforehand as I had enquired about parking . Used a pay and display just beside the hotel car park. Car parking location and availability should be noted on Booking.com rather than having to ask. Room was small . Nobody was on reception to check in so had to walk through busy bar to flag staff to assist.

Loved the location, so close to many lively bars which is exactly what we were looking for. Cost was very reasonable and staff were attentive. The little continental breakfast bags left outside our room in the morning was a nice touch.

We paid for a deluxe double room. The room was very small for a deluxe. I had emailed the property prior to booking to enquire about rooms and dining however no one replied to me. For that reason we didn’t get a table booked on time and had to eat elsewhere.

Very comfortable beds , rooms are lovely.

The restaurant staff need more training because they missed part of our order out three times. Ordered more drinks for the table and they didn’t bring them and charged us for them but when we brought it up the manager was cranky and said just take it off the bill . Made us feel like we were lying about not getting the drinks. We ate there 3 times , food was lovely but if they could sort out the service I would definitely give them 10 out of 10

The breakfast is just a continental breakfast which is dropped off at the door during the night as advertised. The room was quite small but it was clean and comfortable, the restaurant is very good for an evening meal.

Breakfast basic, but it's what was advertised so can't complain. Maybe could add information on which carpark to use, could have been communicated and I missed it but only a minor detail.

Loved Rooms at Rue. Great location, comfortable bed , hot shower, spotlessly clean , surprise complimentary continental Brekky in bag outside door in the morning. Food in restaurant on ground floor delicious. Great staff including Kirk and Angie who gave friendly efficient service .

Nothing all was excellent

Staff were amazing I messed up the booking, they went out of there way to sort it out .it was my wife's birthday an they left a birthday card in our room, food an entertainment was fabulous.

We had dinner both nights in the restaurant on the main floor. Their food was exceptional! No reason to go anywhere else for dinner! The hotel is situated on a little private street, but it was an easy walk from the bus station.

The only problem was actually finding the hotel from the Main Street. A bit tricky, but we enjoyed the European flair.

Staff very helpful we arrived very late and once we found location it was fab just ideal what we required. Bed was huge and comfy I had a lovely warm bath cup of tea/ coffee facilities Tv worked great space in the room great black out curtains Continental breakfast left outside our room in am as we had early start Easy quick check out absolutely recommend thank Brenda and Frank

Wee bit hard to find tho that was probably us in the dark etc

Breakfasts and all other meals were very well prepared and tasty.

I found the security a little tight. Staying out late presented a few problems for me. Most hotels provide a rundown when you arrive on the first day on the security of the hotel. Staying out late etc.
