The hotel is well presented. The feel of coziness gets you as soon as you step in. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, i give them top marks. Our room was cleaned as we were at dinner and that is something i have not seen before. Well done Cave Hotel

The website says that they offer spa facilities with treatments and massages. I was disappointed to hear that the Hotel runs this through a different person who is not based on site. We were given a number to call but the person never picked up. For a hotel with that standard, the responsibility should be on them to ensure that their guests requirements are met. Considering the price of a room per night, It's not fair to leave the burden on the guest to chase a service which is advertised as part of the hotel's package. It takes away the relaxation one was looking forward to. The spa section is small as well. You will be lucky to get a sun lounger to relax on .

it was good, clean a bit smaller than i expected but it was good. The room itself was good, bed was super comfortable & the view was really nice. The bathroom and other features in the room were nice - i love the makeup mirror nice touch. Tv in the room had everything - Netflix, Dinsey+ and all other streaming apps which was amazing

I think the staff wasn’t that attentive which was my only concern. For somewhere that you pay a lot for i expected the staff to be a little nicer, they just seemed a little bored / had a can’t be asked attitude. Service in both restraunts was a little slow, especially the fire pit - with some guests that maybe “looked” more important getting a lot quicker and efficient service

I recently took my boyfriend to the Cave Hotel for his birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the unique architecture and serene surroundings of the hotel.We stayed in one of the luxury suites, which was beautifully designed with modern amenities and a cozy, intimate atmosphere. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the view from our private balcony was simply breathtaking. The staff at the Cave Hotel went above and beyond to make my boyfriend's birthday special. Upon arrival, we were greeted with chocolates in the room . One of the highlights for us was the golf course. As avid golfers, we found it to be well-maintained and challenging enough to keep us engaged. The spa was equally impressive, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience with a variety of treatments and amenities.

The only downside was the lack of nearby places to walk to. If you're looking for local attractions or a quick stroll, you'll need to drive. However, this wasn't a major issue for us as everything we needed was a short car ride away. Overall, the Cave Hotel provided a fantastic getaway for my boyfriend's birthday, and we thoroughly enjoyed the golf, spa, and dining experiences. We would definitely consider returning for another stay

Great hotel lovely room with balcony very comfortable bed nice bed linen.really good bar area with terrace good selection of drinks nicely made cocktails we ate at both restaurants great food and service although a little bit pricey,great atmosphere and staff were very attentive.

The hotel is advertised as a hotel and spa we felt the spa area was very underwhelming small pool area with jacuzzi only four beds so nowhere to sit and relax if more than four people were in the spa area a nice touch of being able to order drinks in the spa but nowhere to sit and enjoy them other than if you were in the jacuzzi which was so hot.Also no changing rooms and treatments are done in your room which was not ideal.

We liked the room, especially the bed. Korean Cowgirl was very nice, and staff were very helpful. The outdoor bar seating was great, heaters to warm up the area. Cocktails are also very nice. The breakfast in bed is a great addition, we really enjoyed.

The pool area is too small, we went in and no beds were available and there was no where to put our stuff. The pool was a bit chilly and the steam room didn’t meet expectations. The food from minibar was very expensive, and the Prosecco was already opened when we entered the room. The robes had holes in which was very disappointing and weren’t very good quality. The breakfast in bed i wanted to alter the pancakes without the sauce, however they said it’s unavailable because it’s not on the menu.

The room was excellent, especially the bed. The pool, hydropool, steam room and sauna were great. The in-room massage treatment by Sarah Dare was first rate. The tasting menu in the Fire Pit restaurant was very good.

The hotel is dominated by golf. There is an enormous general car park packed with visiting golfers' cars. The car park reserved for hotel residents is quite small. If you can't get in there be prepared for a hike from the far end of the general car park. The breakfast is solely a la carte, e.g. toast £5. This would work out expensive if you had everything you would have on a buffet.

Very nice hotel , the decor and finish is absolutely stunning throughout the whole place. The food was absolutely amazing.

Our room was very hot for some reason and we had the air-con on the lowest but this didn’t do anything. This obviously lead to having an uncomfortable night sleep. Also the shower in the room did not go to cold, it was stuck on hot. The spa was a little bit disappointing as there is only 4 beds in there so it’s only really suited for 2 couples at a time and there was around 4 or 5 couples in there. Apart from these couple issues we really enjoyed our stay.

Great smaller hotel - modern & clean with everything you needed onsite. The pool & spa were on the smaller side but made it more intimate. The restaurants & bar were very nice - we ate in the Firepit restaurant which was quite pricey but food was excellent & it was a special occasion so I was happy to pay for the experience! Drinks in the Korean Cowgirl, we sat outside - great ambience! The staff were outstanding - couldn’t have done more to assist & ensure our stay was enjoyable - special shout out to Ryan & special special shout out to Leanne - she was exceptional with her assistance!

Unfortunately we were allocated room 101 which was very near the bar area / tent area and there was a very large & rowdy golf group - the noise from the tent area was ridiculous & we couldn’t even open curtains as the patio area looked straight onto tent with 25+ men all sitting drinking immediately opposite! They then moved us upstairs to room 201 but although better as this was upstairs & we had a balcony, the noise was still unbearable. I complained again & was given a much much better room at the end of the complex - the honeymoon suite - which was fabulous, quiet & great views over golf course. I know it wasn’t the hotel’s fault that there was a rowdy golf society day there & they did everything possible to make our stay special - so can’t complain!

The guest services were nice and went beyond what you asks. Food was good too. Beds were really comfortable.

It seems the cleaning services were rushed and weren’t cared about. When we got into our room, the toilet were used and not flushed (albeit from previous guests) and the shower were clearly recently used and wasn’t clean. The firepit restaurant took so long in between meals, the waitressses didn’t come either to check on us, we had to be waving like maniacs to get the attention from one of them and even then, what you request for food preference were ignored.

Bed was so comfortable. Spacious room, cleanliness was faultless. En-suite very nice indeed. In line with rest of hotel, modern and masculine decor which was very nice and gave a relaxed feel. Dinner in the Fire Pit restaurant was incredible. Good menu choices. Decent wine list. But pricey! Breakfast not included in room price. Was also pricey but delicious. Pool area was intimate and peaceful. Amazing.

Would be helpful to have an iron in the room. Larger sized toiletries would have been appreciated. Mini bar well stocked but extremely pricey. Bit of a faff going to reception to get room key authorised to use pool area but well worth it!
