Lovely property. Fantastic view from the bay window, overlooking the sea. The host, Gary and was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my toiletries bag at the property, and Gary sent it on to the next property we were staying at via special one day delivery via Royal Mail. Unfortunately, the bag didn’t arrive within the two days we were there. But, that was the fault of Royal Mail.

The stairs to the property may be problematic for some people. Although, most places we have stayed in the UK have steep and narrow stairs.

Gary was friendly and very accommodating. He came up to show me the flat and had good advice and directions for places around town. The view from the window was second to none. It was warm and had a good TV setup so I was able to watch a couple of films. It was a very nice stay in Fishguard.. I really recommend going to Theatre Gwaun to catch a film.

I can't complain especially because the communication with the owner was very good..

Gary contacted us a couple of days earlier, which have us the safety of calling him 'just in case'. He also waited for us, and we could access the apartment quickly and comfortably half an hour before the rental time. He provided us with all the necessary explanations regarding the facilities and places around worth visiting. We had a very nice breakfast waiting for us in the fridge. Nice nice view towards the bay. Lovely, relaxing place :-) Thank you, Gary :-)

Garry met us having just arrived by ferry. He was very warm, sincere and informative explaining all that we needed to know. The property was fully equipped and inviting. He had thought through and provided everything you would need. The provisions provided were much appreciated. There is fantastic view across the bay from the picture window with two comfortable seats in which to relax. A quiet location with a comfortable bed. The breakfast provisions (not expected) were plentiful and quite a variety. There are facilities to prepare hot food also. On leaving Garry assisted with out bags to the car. We would recommend this property to anyone coming to Fishguard. We will definitely visit when in the area again. Thank you Garry.

There is nothing.

Location was good, just got off ferry and drove to B/B. It was late at night and went straight to bed. Breakfast in the morning was good, plenty of food in the fridge. Apartment was clean, compacted and ideal location by ferry terminal.

We weren't there long enough to see anything we didn't like, we were up and out the following morning after breakfast for our 4 hour drive home. Host was very friendly.

We had a great stay at Seaside Steps. We arrived to a well-stocked fridge and everything we needed (including Welsh cakes). The best part of the studio flat was the seating area next to a large window overlooking the bay. There were a few steps to get to this property so not recommended for those with mobility issues, but otherwise an excellent choice. We'd definitely stay there again

The room was very well equipped & stocked with everything needed & more food wise. The room was spotlessly clean & our host bent over backwards to help. The view over the harbour was spectacular

Access to the apartment was difficult for my wife, who is disabled because of the steep steps & there's no off road parking

Excellent arrange of Foods in the Fridge for our use. The views with two comfortable arm-chairs looking out over the Harbour were exceptional !! All the facilities were of a high standard and Gary met us at the Property when we arrived .. we had a good ole chat ( ha ). Overall a wonderful stay on our Journey down the Coast. The Tapestry in the Town Hall marking the Bicentennial of the 1797 Invasion is a must see too. Recommend !N/A

Lovely, all the food was in the fridge. Well appointed kitchen area so we were self-sufficient. Comfortable bed, small but good en-suite. Great shower. The view from the window was outstanding .

The steps! But we knew there would be steps to reach the property. Any more would have been a problem. We managed.

The location is exceptional, with a 6’ by 6’ picture window overlooking the outstanding bay view which meant we didn’t even switch on the TV once. This room is tremendously well put together in the attic of the house and beautifully finished in all senses of the word. The kitchenette was very useful with microwave, toaster and the most generously stocked fridge ever! Bed was firm and comfortable with a soft topper and many pillows as well as a sofa and cup chairs. A fabulous pressure from the shower head in the shower room with toiletries made for a great experience. Gary answered queries very quickly and basically couldn’t have been more helpful. The proportions of the room were so well planned we were very impressed and are keen to return in the new year.

Be aware that there are the terraced steps but they are well worth it for the amazing position and views.
