quiet area though near motorway but not much of noise. good tea and coffee provision. Receptionists are friendly.

too many cars park improperly around the roundabout and the driveway into the hotel from the main road. couple of times nearly get hit by another car, they just sped and drove passed without give-way. The main road before entering into the driveway to the premises is too dark, could not see properly. Also, no illuminated sign to indicate the location of the hotel. The car park outside the main entrance could have some lighting or better lighting, very dark to see the parking area.

We had a good stay at the hotel, comfortable and locality was good too, good food close by, all in all enjoyable. The only thing against the stay was--- it was advertised - as with breakfast --and we were expecting a cooked breakfast, instead with received a "Goodie bag" which included snacks and drinks--[ water and orange juice} an a crunchie bar?== wife had an orange in her bag -- but not in mine?. That said the "Goodie bag was ok, and we enjoyed them. All said very enjoyable time

I booked a room with a double bed for myself and my puppy. The room was way larger than I expected, most ibis hotels I've stayed at in the past were half the size of this room. The room and bathroom were spotless. Coffee and tea in the room with a kettle. Room to hang your jacket. There was a tv and the bed was super comfy! Staff were so friendly. The big bonus was that dogs were welcome, and the pub/restaurant beside was also dog friendly!

There was a clicking noise that went off every half an hour, it wasn't a bother but it did put the dog on high alert every time it went off. Otherwise everything was perfect!

It was ok for what we required, a bed for the night. Although the decor in the bedroom needs upgrading, it was clean, beds were comfortable. The lights and TV worked, not always the case in some places. Both the members of staff we met were very friendly and efficient. The Red Deer pub next door was welcoming and food very nice, the manager was more than obliging.

It was a late booking so we can’t complain.

The staff were excellent, they were really helpful when I needed a taxi and when I needed to get breakfast. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately the hotel isn't very accessible - it wasn't walkable from anywhere but that's the fault of the town planners rather than Ibis! It was clean but a bit tired and things had clearly happened to the poor carpet!

There was a coffee and tea available, not full breakfast. The hotel is 'budget' but really clean, tidy, and the staff is helpful. I'd definitely stay there again. The hotel is in a countryside which is great for walks. There are 2 pubs nearby that serve excellent food.

For the 'budget' hotel I didn't expect anything spectacular of course, and I wasn't disappointed. All the basic things (shampoo, soap, etc) was provided. Coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Staff is knowledgeable about what's where and how to get anywhere :)

Great value, fantastic location with short travel times to Glasgow, Falkirk and Stirling. Friendly staff, free parking and a choice of nearby food venues. Comfy bed, and free wi-fi, with all the home comforts you will need for a short or long stay. I opted for the breakfast the last time that I stayed and was very impressed by the amount of food I received.

The welcoming cheeriness of the staff was delightful after a 5 hour drive, we have stayed before and the welcome is always the same . There’s a pub across the car park a steakhouse behind so if it’s a pub meal or steak dinner you want your car doesn’t need to move from the car park.

It is looking a bit tired but for the price you can’t complain.

Excellent location for a trip into Glasgow. Clean and comfortable with lots of room for our dog. There was a handy refreshment station for topping up the tea in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Red Deer next door was handy for drinks and dinner.

The only negative was that everything was a little tired.

all the staff were lovely, did a great job and made sure you were okay and taken care of. it was comfy and rooms weren’t too big or too small.

it’s more hidden therefore for people that can’t drive it’s harder to find local shops for If and when needed. the one that’s near is an unsafe work in my opinion.
