I liked that it was a animal friendly hotel.We had a good time in the hotel. I like the staff there . I like the room. I like the cleaning there Staff were very helpful there with booking and taxi there. There were good vegetarian food on restaurants near by hotel.

There was a lot of pollution there in the town,forrest There were lot of wude cutting there. There was no animal park. They were hunting dear's there, and eating them. Avoided those restaurant with dear meat . Internet connection was not good there . Dear's was affraid off people there. Felt bad for the dear's there. I love all animals .

Liked 1. Nice smell when entering the building. 2. Clean and tidy even treats for dogs by the reception! 3. Rooms are spacious and quite clean 4. Many parking spaces. 5. Have a "BP" car charging station (Unfortunately, didn't work when I needed it, but that is not the hotel's fault) 6. Close to motorway 7. Accepting pets.

Notes for improvements: 1. Dated and stained carpets 2. Little mould in some places 3. Bathrooms need an extractor fan 4. The room felt little humid. 5. "BP" car charging station didn't work when I needed it, but that is not the hotel's fault All those small issues wouldn't put me off. I would definitely stay there again.

Prior to our stay I contacted the hotel and they were lovely and accommodating and I was able to ensure a wheelchair accessible room that was also dog friendly. It was raining really heavily when we arrived that even just a couple of minutes out in the rain soaked us thoroughly, the staff member on reception was really lovely, she immediately offered us extra towels and brought them and a hairdryer to our room so we could dry ourselves and the puppy without having to rummage through our bags whilst so wet. This was such a lovely greeting and really set the tone for the trip. The room was a great size, the bed was comfortable. Doggy treats were put out on the foyer for any furry guests which was absolutely lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The shower in the en-suite flooded the bathroom but the staff came to help immediately and were so helpful. They sorted everything out straight away.

The staff were great :helping with taxi , vegetarian food delicious on restaurant outside the hotel,cleaning greate,coffie,tea, cookies good,beds good, view good , Air from windows good,peds allowed good.

The internet connection was pourly. Noise from other guist late at night. Noise from grass machine outdoor. Nature retrate was needed.Not much forest To animals.Deer were huntet greatly as meat In restaurant.Tried to avoid the places,when I found out about it.A lot of pollution there In nature and water.To bad.The deers afraid of Humans.I feel bad for them.

Staff were amazing. Very clean room and great shower. I slept well. Great location to stadium with food on your door step from macdonalds to carvery. Plenty of shops also. Car felt safe in car park.

The breakfast!! Consisted on a bag with a pasty, yogurt, biscuits, cheese, jam, chocolate bar, butter and orange juice. Staff couldn't off apologised any more when handing it over. Felt so embarrassed for them. The carpet in the corridor upstairs was really faded and looked awful. My booking said a large double bed but it was a normal size.Such a shame as it let the hotel down so much.

It was a budget hotel, although price was hiked up due to other places fully booked due to the Euro football matches. Continental breakfast in a bag was sufficient to get me on my way - however, contents of bag were excellent.

TV was strange. Not sure if the remote needed new batteries so had to use the controls on the side. Managed to switch it on but controls were muddled as volume changed the channels! Couldn’t switch it off so had to do this at the socket. Explained to reception in the morning and asked to leave the tv on. Wanted to watch the Great British Sewing Bee!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were all very attentive to any needs we had. Nothjng was too much bother for them. Lots of tea and coffee available. Good idea to have the disposable cups to take a drink with you in the morning. Also normal cups for use in the room. Everything seemed clean enough. The beds were comfortable. The showers were nice and warm. The location was very handy for commuting. It was a good place for a cheap, basic one or 2 night stay. We liked that our dogs could stay with us and the charge was very reasonable. Outside there were lots of places to walk the dogs. They even liked just sniffing round the car park.

The carpets had some stains that looked like bleaching rather than dirt. Some new carpets wouldn't go amiss. The beds in the accessible room twin room were unusually narrow, meaning you couldn't really change position! They were otherwise comfortable and clean enough. Also, there was a nasty smell just as you came in the building at the reception that reminded me of public toilets. Although I have to say it also smelled of disinfectant. I was just wondering if maybe some drains are blocked somewhere. The rooms were fine though, not smelly in there. The rooms were pretty cold when you first went in and took a while to heat up with just that small wall heater. Once it got going, it was comfortable enough, but it probably took a good couple of hours to feel warm.

Price is quite good, especially since we booked the trip quite last minute. Staff is friendly and helpful. As the location is a bit far, it is actually very tranquil and quiet at night. Room is also quite clean. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

Only the location is a bit far from the train station. Would require 25-30 minutes of walk one way. Although there are buses, they are somehow not always very reliable. But the good thing is we stayed healthy and walked a lot during those days.

Clean hotel with good choice of rooms. Plenty of parking. Very helpful staff and a special mention for Veronika, who provides excellent customer service and attention to individual requirements. The hotel is located beside 2 restaurants, it also has excellent access to motorways for travelling both North and South, or less than 10 minute drive/taxi to train station which has regular trains to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling etc.

Staff were helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. I could take my dog and park my car outside. Two pub/retaurants within walking distance. Could pick up extra tea coffe etc in hotel lobby. Heater was good enough to heat up the room. Good night's sleep bed was comfortable. Liked the hospital style flooring in the bathroom as it's less slippy than tiles.

No hair dryer that I could find ( reception might have had one I didn't ask) . Lighting a bit dull for me but thats quite common now in hotels. Duvet cover was clean but there was a rip in the side of it.
