LOVELY VIEW STAFF EXCELLENT VERY INFORMED POLITE AND WILLING TO HELP LOCATION WAS PERFECT AS TO ACCESSING LOCAL AMINITIES WE DIDNT ORDER BREAKFAST BUT IT SMELT AMAZING. WAS OVER ALL VERY CLEAN (APART FROM A COUPLE OF THING) WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN.

ONLY FAULT WAS ON A TINY BIT OF HOUSE KEEPING THE TEA TRAY WAS A LITTLE DUSTY AND WE HAD TO WASH THE CUPS AND SPOONS BEFORE USE DUE TO QUITE A BIT OF DUST THE SAME WITH THE TV REMOTE THAT WAS REALLY QUITE DUSTY ALSO THE WINDOWS HAD BIRD MUCK ON THEM BUT THIS WASNT ANYTHING THAT WOULD PREVENT US STAYING AGAIN

Functional clean hotel in good place on the sea front. Good choice of breakfasts which are charged on top of the price of the hotel, expertly cooked. Really comfortable beds in clean white bed linen. Town, amusements and cinema all in a couple of minutes walking.

Would have liked a comfy lounge with armchairs to relax and read papers but only had a bar to sit in. TV in room had very poor reception which dropped out when bathroom door opened.

Lovely, friendly and attentive staff. Couldn't have been more helpful. Place spotless. My single room upgraded to a small double, so very good value for money. Hotel very conveniently situated along the seafront. As I'm disabled parking onsite particularly helpful. Super salmon and scrambled egg breakfast. Food and coffee plentiful. Superb view of sea from dining room. Although I didn't use this having a bar, again overlooking the sea, is a real bonus during the day as well as in the evening.

As this is an old building there is some noise from creaking floorboards above if you are on a lower floor. There is a lift if an upper floor is required and stairs are a problem.

Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Lovely room. Super comfy bed and great bathroom. Will definitely come again if we visit Great Yarmouth again. Thank you all.

The only negative was the 2 seater sofa in the bay window, as you couldn't see the TV from there but no issue.

Great value. Arrived a bit early but was able to check in because they were able to upgrade to small double (from single), which was more helpful than a lot of places

Instructions for the shower would have been helpful. Bathroom door didn't shut properly Neither of these things were much of an annoyance

Last visited 50 years ago for our honeymoon. Vast improvement internally. This was our Golden wedding anniversary and I chose based on this only. Our room exceeded expectations and the walk in shower was great. Smart TV's just like at home. Great central location. Had the full English breakfast and quantity & quality were fully appreciated, The second breakfast we both had lighter options again excellent quality. Staff very helpful and friendly. A great run business.

The only downside was there was no evening meal in the hotel, however, they did have a sister hotel that offered this which was just a short walk away.

it would of been nice to of have a few more choices of draught beers other than just Guinness or San Miguel also and evening meal would of been nice we found a hotel bar called the prom the served nice food and a good menu

Room was lovely but not quite as big as I expected, tv was supposed to be a bigger one however seemed the same size as a portable We didn’t have breakfast but looked very nice Location was perfect a short walk to beach and amenities

the position of the hotel was good it was not too far to walk and it was very pleasant sitting outside and having a drink and watching the world go by. The room was very large and I am not easily pleased but I was pleasantly surprised, we would go back here and we will be booking again soon, the kitchen and the dining room were very clean and although we did not eat here as we were meeting up with friends I would recommend this hotel like a shot. The staff and managers could not have been more welcoming and pleasant. Our room was ground floor and I will be asking to stay in it again on our next stay.

nothing, The bed could have been mine as we all prefer our own and I am not a good sleeper but if I wanted anything else it would be a shelf for the wash bag near to the sink and fully stocked mini bar ha ha.

Perfect location on the seafront. Close to beach, amusements, everything you need and want is within walking distance. Once we arrived, we didn't have to use the car until we were ready to leave. The staff was amazing from stepping in the door until we left. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay again
